    Wow!! Very impressed with the professionalism of Leo who came to investigate why our AC was not coming on. He methodically went through the HVAC system and was able to pinpoint the issues that were preventing the unit from working. He escalated appropriately and was able to get an additional technician to assist him in fixing the issue. He also was able to find a tiny wire that was not connected inside the smart thermostat. Throughout the process he keep me informed on what he was doing which also allowed me to become educated on our new system. THANK YOU FOR THE GREAT SERVICE!!!!

    I have used Climate Control exclusively for over three decades. They have excellent prices on Trane Equipment. Their service is outstanding and reasonably priced. I highly recommend them for either a purchase or service. Furthermore, I have dealt directly with the owner and by all accounts from my experience and his employees he is a very ethical and fair person.

    I honestly was worried when my A/C company merged with Climate Control Heating & Air. Would I get the same great service? After dealing with two other HVAC companies that either couldnt finish the job to code or found it too difficult, I was beginning to lose hope. But Climate Control stepped in and got the job done quickly, professionally, and at a very reasonable price.They installed fire dampers on my A/C ducts, something other companies struggled with, but their team had the knowledge and expertise to complete the work flawlessly.     Climate control always helpful in getting on the schedule even if unplanned maintenance like this case. The schedulers got us on the schedule when it appeared to us our down stairs heater was not working. Climate control kept us advised on the status of the tech guy and his expected time of arrival. The tech guy, updated his time of arrival , so we were sure when to expect him. Climate Control technician was not afraid to explain to my spouse how to set the thermostat properly, so we could get the heat working (not trying to run a program, just run a setting). We have used Climate Conttol for over 14 years and still happy with their service. Thank you Climate Control!

    I was having AC issues. I called on a Saturday at 7:10 am. I spoke to a very nice person at their answering service. At 7:30 am. I received a call from a very nice tech named Jon. He said he would be at my house in 50 minutes. About 45 minutes later Jon arrived. He was very professional, and proficient. He diagnosed the problem, replaced the condenser. He explained everything he was doing and why. Very good service. Happy customer.

    The experience I had with Climate Control couldnt have been better. I had a unit that needed servicing, the company I originally called, immediately started placing the bug in my head that it might need to be replaced. Every step of the way they would point to the unit needing to be replaced and in the end quoted me $13.5k for a new indoor and outdoor unit.I called Climate Control for a second opinion, Mason showed up and was very thorough and professional. He explained how for every one of his tests and readings, mine was perfectly within specs and certainly did not need to be replaced. In the end it was a service call was all that he charged, for excellent service and honesty. Would recommend these guys to anyone who asked.

    Climate Control replaced my entire HVAC system 6 years ago and it has performed flawlessly! Up until this point I have never had to call Climate Control for an issue. A couple days ago the AC would not run, so I called for service, their rep showed up 40 minutes later! It turned out that the drain line was clogged due to my neglect/ lack of homeowner maintenance, totally my fault.. The rep cleared the drain and did a full system check. Can’t say enough good things about Climate Control!!

    Top notch company. My ac had an issue all of a sudden. The thermostat was blank. I called them and requested service. Within the hour a technician was there.     Climate Control installed my three units 17 years ago. There was a construction error where somebody ran the drainage line up over a beam then out to the edge of the house. Clearly a poor job as water does not run uphill. A few years later when this redundant drain was needed it didn’t work and I had water coming down into my kitchen ceiling. Climate came and looked at the problem with the A/C drainage and told me they made a mistake on the install and would fix the problem and repair the ceiling even though it was a couple of years after the warranty expired. I didn’t even ask them. They just told me they would do this. I continue to use them for my annual heating and cooling checks and also for my one replacement unit to date. I always find their technicians to be pleasant, professional and easy to talk to about options that make sense. I never get somebody trying to make a sale and replace my units when they still work. We talk about unit life’s, leaks, risks and repair costs and this lets me make good economic decisions. I have nothing but good things to say about the company and their employees. Jon, who came today, was another great tech and a good ambassador for Climate. He provided me candid assessments of my units’ health and an array of options, all focused on my financial costs not profits for Climate, as it should be.

    We had an emergency call and I’m a pretty handy guy. The tech was able to walk me through a simple troubleshooting, as I had done the basics. It was a sensor in the condensate pan that had tripped the thermostat. Placement of the senor was catching a breeze causing condensation. moved it to the left, and bingo that was the fix. The air turn on instantly.

    Ive had a service agreement with Climate Control since I bought my house, there have been issues with my AC on different occasions but Climate Control has always been helpful. Recently I have had a slew of good experiences last year I had Mason help us out with some coil issue we had when our ac was still under warranty. The experience with him convinced us to extend our service agreement even after our warranty ran out. To our pleasant surprise he was service tech today and pointed out where our AC is doing well and diagnosed some trouble spots. In the end we were able to find a solution that fit our family with the advice of Mason. I hope to see him again for our next check up or if we run into any issues.

    Climate control installed the air conditioning unit and duct work when this house was built in 2009. Since then ive had them spring and fall check ups.In 2015, my coil went out. Since I had american home shield warranty , they would not allow me to select climate control for the repair work. The company American home shield sent out did a terrible job and they must have used cheap parts because the coil failed again two years ago in July. Since it was in the middle of summer and most companies are the busiest. I used a small company to do the coil replacement, That was a really bad mistake, because.The person used. A cheap coil and did a horrible job. I was back too a leaking coil and very bad repair work from two years ago.Feb 2024 the a/c was just not working to cool my home. I called Climate control, they came did a thorough evaluation and help me to decide to install a brand new unit And they removed all the bad work added. New pants and float valves. My system is running as if it was 2009 again the price was very reasonable. I did get a quote from two other companies , and Climate Control was the best.
