Outstanding in all the ways that matter: Pricing, Integrity and Quality of Service. Overall Clark Heating & Air Conditioning provide a great experience for the customer and deliver an excellent value. I was dreading replacing my older system and had several painful escapades with other vendors but Clark made everything straight forward. Their Lead Technician also performed exceptionally well under extreme heat during one of the hottest days of summer. With no signs of fatigue Bryan performed top quality work and solved issues the prior installers of the old system missed. I also spoke with Roger Clark the owner who talked me through some concerns before hand. I have recommended Clark Heating & Air Conditioning to my neighbors and happily recommend their services.

They kept my older unit going for a bit longer than I should have, and I finally had to replace it a couple of weeks ago. Clark did superb work - they showed up when they said they would and knocked it out in half a day. And the fact that they didn’t try to sell me on a new unit until it was absolutely necessary made me trust them more.HVAC guys can be like auto mechanics - it’s all voodoo to most of us, so the most important element to me is trust. Update on 10/4/24:I contacted Roger Clark about scheduling my fall HVAC system check. Scheduling was so easy. Kyle was efficient, friendly, prompt, and answered all of my questions. He notified me when he was on his way so I could put my dog in a bedroom. It is always a pleasure dealing with Clark Heating and Air Conditioning. Roger and the folks who work for him are the best!Clark Heating and Air Conditioning was quick to respond to my need for a new AC. I received a quote through email, signed the quote agreement digitally, and my installation was scheduled quickly. Fortunately the temps were in the low 90s by now, not fun but bearable, so when I called Roger I really wasnt expecting anyone to come out til the following week.His tech, Kyle, was out here mid morning Saturday and quickly had us up and running again, the part was under warranty and the service call way more than reasonable, especially on the weekend. Kyle checked out the system for us, made a few adjustments and its running like a champ again.Thanks Roger, your and your crew are awesome as always!Edited to Add on Oct. 30 2024 -Another great job from Roger and company. He cleaned the coil and checked the unit out in a very timely manner . He got the unit running in good shape. I no doubt on 105 degree day was very appreciative..My units motor went out the next day, at about 2 in the afternoon, Roger was able to have Kyle come back out within a few hours and he fixed the issue very quickly and had me up and running.
