Finding out about Chilly Breeze and Bobby was like finding gold ! I called to schedule an appointment and was given a time and date. About 10 minutes later Bobby called me and asked if I wanted him to come by now. Of course I said yes! Bobby was very professional, knowledgeable and honest. He gave me a price to replace a 3 ton condenser. I asked how soon he could do it, and he said tomorrow if that was okay. Needless to say, I have a new condenser installed.I got a price for changing out my old, old 3 1/2 ton , the whole system and the price was very reasonable so next week when I get back from vacation, Chilly Breeze will be installing not only a new 3 1/2 unit but new furnace and a complete change out up in the attic. I also am having them replace the furnace and coil for the 3 ton unit installed today.I am so pleased to have connected with this company.Thanks Billy!

Chilly Breeze, provides excellent service. A very “high profile “ HVAC company did not notice incorrect furnace panels placement; Chilly Breeze caught this oversight.. And, the “high profile” company reimbursed Chilly Breeze service cost related to clogged drainage pipe from AC system in attic.

We have used Bobby with Chilly Breeze for 3 air conditioners for our rental houses in the last 2 years. Bobby gives absolutely great service, great recommendations for what needs to be done and does what he says he will do. He goes above and beyond on his work and does a thorough job, including clean up both inside and out. Most important to me, he communicates if he is running late, etc. You wont be disappointed.

Our AC stopped working Sunday night and I contacted him that night. Bobby was able to come Monday morning to diagnose the issue. I was initially thinking the whole unit needed to be replaced but he was able to switch out a capacitor and everything was fixed promptly. He is very professional and courteous in his interactions. Its hard to find honest people in this day and age but he is not only knowledgeable, but also very trustworthy. Bobby is the only AC guy I will use, and would highly recommend him to anyone. 10/10.

Called Bobby out on a very hot day due to our 13 year old main unit not cooling. Bobby found the evaporator coil was leaking and outlined our choices. We decided to replace the entire system. Bobby was out in days days with his crew and replaced everything within 4 hours. He took plenty time to explain the installation and train me on the new smart thermostat that came with the system.We highly recommend Bobby.

My AC was not working properly and Bobby was friendly and personal about the care he took to explain the issues with my AC. Bobby gave several solutions to repair and with reasonable prices. All issues were resolved and work completed same day. Bobby is a small company and he has many, many years of AC/HEATING experience. Quick and trustworthy service. Bobby and his team have replaced two of my leaking evaporator coils and has always been a pleasure to work with him. He is very knowledgeable and given me different options to work with each time. I’ll continue working with him on any hvac issues I have in the future.

A few months back, we had our ducts cleaned and they told us that we were going to need to contact an A/C person soon to have some work done. This week, our downstairs vent was not blowing, so we figured it was time to make the call. Bobby showed up at 7pm on a Friday evening with the most amazing attitude! He took a thorough look at the unit and all the ducts and surprisingly told us that everything was PERFECT, we just needed a new filter! He crawled into our super difficult attic hole and showed me how to install it. I don’t think you can appreciate just how heroic he was for that unless you’ve seen our old-school tiny square attic opening with NO pull-down ladder! We have had many things go wrong in the few months that we have owned this house, and many of the contractors we have hired have tried to up-sell us or create problems that didn’t exist in order to make a few extra bucks. Not Bobby! He was 100% honest!! But, the best part was that he was SO friendly and truly happy to help. They don’t make them like that anymore; he is truly one of a kind!

Called bobby one day and told him my problem and he diagnosed it over the phone. Told me what to do to get my AC back online. The issue appear again several times and i did as he said and it fixed it but there was clearly a problem. I asked him to come and check it out. He came in, diagnosed the problem. Given that the problem was major we decided to hold off. He didnt take any money for driving over and taking a look. Great guy.
