    Everyone, from the receptionist that took our first call, to James (our salesman who returned every call and answered every question), to Sergio and Oscar (our installation team and all around good young men) , to Martin (the man that came out to make sure everything was done to perfection), was extremely polite, courteous, friendly, and very professional. They all did everything exactly as they said and everything went smoothly as it could have. They all showed at their appointed times and actually finished sooner than we expected, less than a full day. Great people to work with, and theyā€™re local to Bulverde now. They werenā€™t the cheapest, but by far werenā€™t the most expensive either, and they did everything they said they would. My wife and I are very pleased with our new a/c system!!     Daniel and another very nice fellow, his name escapes me šŸ¤” came to my home today for a split AC unit electrical hook up plan and estimate. They were fantastic to work with from start to finish. The estimate was below my expectations, their honesty was very evident in their plan and proposal. Very happy with my experience so far, looking forward to the work be completed.I will add to this review after the work is completed with photos.Ok!! The work is done āœ… I canā€™t tell you each persons name who did the installation today, 2 AC men and 1 electrician.Everything was completed and looks very professional.     This was our first time using Champion Home Services for plumbing. Weve used them for our AC in the past and they always did a great job. Joshua A. was very knowledgeable, professional, and respectful. He did a great and thorough job installing our new garbage disposal and bathroom sink faucet. He will definitely be the one we call for all our plumbing needs!

    Champion did a great job of replacing my AC/furnace. Roy inspected and quickly found the problem. I appreciated the photos and videos. Scheduling was prompt. Joe and Jacob did an expert install.     Called office (very welcoming and supportive), scheduled appointment. After moving in the house, few months ago, we discovered ā€œunknownā€ pipes outside and humid/wet areas close to foundation. Eric did thorough inspection, explained what was going on and located issue. Eric did superb customer service and we are feeling safe with this company. Everything smooth from calling office until completing job. If I have plumbing/AC issues, I call Champion Home Service.

    This company earns its 5 star ratings! Based on experience, cost and skepticism, i called several companies before selecting Champion Home Services. From the first call to the final inspection, I was impressed with everyones courtesy, patience, knowledge of the products, and ease of responding to questions.1. Roy was charismatic, organized, and straightforward-- no BS.2. The team, Roque and Anthony called in advance, were on time, had the correct items and equipment, and were ready to work. No breaks, no joking around wasting time...they were on it!! I appreciated all the drop cloths and care not to hit walls with the equipment. They picked up as they worked, leaving everything tidy.Professional, from start to finish.

    Jose Guillen was the expert that came out to my parentsā€™ home when we had no airflow from our AC, this was right before the freeze. He attentively assessed and let us know the blower motor needs replacement. The great thing is he was able to scan and find out the unit was still under warranty and that saved us half of the would-have cost. We went ahead and get the membership for even extra savings, but moreover for the peace-of-mind. They will always notify you prior to arrival, and send you photos of your parts that went out. Great service overall, thank you!

    Technician was on time, courteous, professional, provided quote prior and repaired the plumbing [red pex] issue the way it shouldve been done by PH home builder.     As a customer, the most important things to me are competency, trustworthiness and RESULTS. I am very pleased I listened to my friends recommendation and contacted Champion for a plumbing issue at my house. Eric Calligan came to do the initial diagnostic evaluation and work estimate, which was reasonable in comparison to other quotes from competitors involved. Eric was exceptionally professional and came across as very likeable, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. He took the time to problem solve and to explain options and the recommended plan to me. He came back to do the job assisted by Joshua Solis who also presented as friendly and professional. These 2 guys spent an afternoon dedicated to fixing the plumbing issue in my primary bathroom. They were efficient and the pride they took in their work was very apparent to me. Thank you both for taking care of the issue and providing me with excellent advice and service. I was so impressed with this team that I have signed on as a Champion customer for their maintenance program. I highly recommend Champion and see Eric and Joshua as huge assets to their business. Its also great to have a company that delivers comprehensive services: HVAC, plumbing and electrical.

    I had the best experience with Champion Hone Services. I notice my AC wasnā€™t working over the weekend and they were out the next day. Within 30 minutes figured out it was an electrical issues and had no issues fixing the unit. AC was on within 2 hours. Jose was amazing. Very knowledgeable and waisted no time fixing the unit.     Today Juan Gil came to my home. He inspected my water heater and flushed it out. We also discussed the benefits of a tankless water heater and a water softener. He was well informed of both items. We discussed other perks that come with them. Answered all my questions without hesitation. Showed me a brochure of the water heater and softeners. We discussed prices and financing options. I told him I would probably go with the premium package but I have to wait till June for installation. He was very professional in his work and presentations. He was courteous, friendly and professional young man. I felt very comfortable having him in my home. Thank you Juan. See you soon.

    Starting with scheduling, through the initial inspection/estimate, and then the job itself was smooth and highly professional.James took my concerns serious and was able to provide a comprehensive overview for the service, it made the decision to go with them over the other estimates I got easy.I highly appreciated the information I received on the day of the duct replacement providing me a clear picture for who would be in my house working that day. Joe and the team were so considerate of my space and the fact I work from home.     Great job by Juan Gil! He diagnosed problems with our 16yo hall bath toilet and presented several solutions to correct the troubles in cost effective ways. I knew the best long term fix was to have a new toilet installed, which he accomplished quickly and thoroughly. At all times, Juan was respectful, pleasant, thorough, and professional.     Very impressed with this company. I went to Google search for plumber in my area. Still somewhat new to Texas, I had no idea who to call. First the receptionist that answered the phone was very caring. On a Friday night someone was at my door less than 2 hrs later. Thankfully the technician Eric was not only very polite but honest. He told me what he thought happened even though that meant I paid nothing. Free estimate was also amazing to me. He calmed me down reassuring me that if it wasnt what he thought, they would come back. Long story but bottom line this company from my experience are trustworthy and honest.     I worked with Josh Ashcraft and canā€™t express how much I appreciated his help and expertise. I recently called Champion services for a leaky water heater which turned out to be a full on failure. Josh was not a pushy salesman looking to make a quick buck. He was thorough with explaining my options and helped me understand which one I should realistically go with, depending on my situation. I also should mention that the company came out and replaced my heater the SAME DAY! On top of a water heater Josh fixed both a cartridge and spout with ease, staying well past 5pm to get the job done, and solving all our plumbing problems. Thanks for the awesome work!

    My hot water heater wasnā€™t working and Joe came out and all it was the fuse was not pushed in completely and once he pushed it in fired right up.     I had a blower motor that had to be replaced. The part was ordered and installed within a week.just before the wet and cold weather hit our area.out tech Brandon removed the old part and installed the new blower motor. Performed a diagnostic test on the unit yo make sure everything was working properly before he left. He explained the replacement process showed me the old part and the new part snd and the levels the diagnostic test showed. Always very pleased in the manner the work is done. Very satisfied customer. I would recommend this company to anyone needing ac/heat work done.

    I will NOT let a bad experience or bad tech determine all the business that Ive had with this company. Champion has been servicing my home for almost 10 years. They have ALWAYS done great service and a great job helping me maintain my home. Im grateful for that.I will state that my most recent issue did not get resolved due to the tech that they kept sending out. Even after requesting that a different tech be sent out, they still sent the same tech. The tech, Michael Sanchez Sr. continuously said that our a/c was fine....3 days in a row. Every visit, he said that its ok. But we just knew that wasnt true. He would come but was on his phone most of the visit, come back and state that everything is fine. Again, we just knew that wasnt true. We knew we had an issue but we are not the experts so we didnt know what it was. 3 days in a roll, he told us that nothing is wrong. We kept calling back because we just knew that we had an issue.Finally, we decided to call another company. The other company verified what we already knew. Sure enough, we had an issue. Michael Sanchez Sr. was not correct when he said that everything was ok. We had to endure things that couldve been fixed had he did a thorough job.Attached are pictures of what he failed to tell us about. But let him tell it....everything was fine. You can see the corrosion, deteriorating, the growth, and the freeon that had been there for I dont know how long. We have been inhaling all this, going back and forth to the doctors because of non-stop health issues because none of this was brought to our attention a long time ago.

    A young man by the name of Chad Lee came to fix our AC. He was in the attic for over 20mins if not 30mins and we got scared!! However he was diligent at work. We have had other AC repairmen come to the house but this guy was thorough and focused on finding the issue.He went above and beyond and ensured the AC was working before he left!! He just didnt state the problem, he fixed it and explained what he did. Something other repairmen dont do.     My tech Brandon was able to make our appointment time earlier than scheduled. When he arrived he started the maintenance work on our 2 units. Found one unit not working correctly. Went ahead and performed the maintenance on the working unit- everything was working properly. On the unit not functioning correctly he diagnosed the problem and had to order the part. Once part is received he will return to install the part. Brandon explained the work performed today and the part replacement process. All under 2 hours. Great service and communication. I would recommend Brandon and Champion Home Services to anyone needing maintenance service at their home. Plumbing, electrical or AC - Champion Home Services is the company yo call.

I am still determining if Champion will work the present issue, but few organizations so well represent the needs of a customer.     I dealt with Alex, the technician, who came out to declare our previous unit legally dead. He was very kind, very knowledgeable and was also very understanding when I had to loop my husband in prior to dropping $14,000+. I have not always had that experience about technicians understanding the husband/wife dynamic that we are a team and we will make the decision together. My husband was home for the install and spoke very highly of the installation team. Im sorry I dont know their names to give them due praise.

    Champion recently worked on our water heater exhaust pipes after a recent new roof install. Unfortunately, the roofers failed to properly reattach the water heater exhaust pipes which led to fumes being released into our addict. I couldnt be happier with the service Jose Sierra, LP provided. He arrived on time, was very professional, and quickly diagnosed the issue. The repairs were done efficiently, and the pricing was fair. Highly recommend Champion and Jose Sierraā€™s services for any plumbing needs!

    Had Bailey come over yesterday to check out the installation from a previous company and was very thorough in his inspection.     I recently needed my heater fixed. The technician came out evaluated the situation and gave me step by step breakdown of what needs to be fixed, how much it will cost, how long it will take and ensured he will be the one taking care of it when the parts came it. When the parts came in I was notified and app was set up. The same technician came out just as he said and fixed the issue. There were two parts that needed to be replaced. When the first part was replaced he me that the problem was fixed just by replacing that part and the second part was not needed after all. Now I know nothing about HVAC and he could have easily installed both parts and charged me for it but he didnā€™t. He was extremely professional, honest, kind and amazing to work with. I have used Champion AC for many needs in the past and I honestly think they made a customer for life with this last interaction. I would highly recommend.

    Michael and his assistant were the most professional team that has ever done work for me. Mike described everything to be done and answered all my questions. He was punctual, kept me informed with his progress, kept drywall holes to a minimum, called a renovation team that came out that same day to estimate drywall repairs and check for other possible water damage. Everything was cleaned afterwards. If I ever have another plumbing issue, I want Mikes team.
