Troy is awesome. I called yesterday late in the afternoon, and he was able to come first thing in the morning... on a Sunday. Fixed our issues with our AC unit. Yes ISSUES, in less than one hour. Troy is very friendly and concerned with doing the job right the first time. Central AC is the only place we will call to have our equipment serviced.

We called Central AC for installation of a new unit because we had been told by Master Tech thats what was needed. Troy, from Central AC came out and found that one of our lines had been punctured by the roofers. Needless to say we didnt need a new unit. He fixed the problem and saved us thousands. I would highly recommend him for all your AC needs. Its so refreshing to deal with an honest and friendly company. Thanks Central AC!!!!

Our AC stopped blowing cold air on an August afternoon. Temperature was rising fast. Troy came out within an hour of me calling...ON A SUNDAY. He fixed the issue almost immediately. Great service.

Troy, from Central AC came highly recommended to my older sister and she hired him to fix her AC issues a few months ago. Mine suddenly went out this weekend while I was out of town and I came home Sunday to an incredibly hot house. It was 95+ degrees at the hottest point inside. I have a friend in the business always willing to help me but he lives a little over 2 hours away and I didnt want to bother him on a Sunday and ask him to drive over 4 hours (round trip) so my sister told me to call Troy since he did such a great job for her and since he was local. She was confident he would get to me quickly and that was exactly what I needed. Troy called me back within 15 or 20 minutes of my leaving him a message and was at my house after his next call a couple of hours later. He had been in hot attics all day and was exhausted but knew me, my younger sister, my 4 year old niece and our two dogs needed some relief so he came over, diagnosed the issue and came back early this morning to get the AC up and running again. The best part is that I didnt have to sell a kidney to pay for it 😉😁 Troy is very knowledgeable, friendly, HONEST, prompt and definitely someone I would be happy and confident to recommend.

Troy came highly recommended and at least 4 other people I know have hired him for their AC work. A month or two ago my AC wasnt cooling...it wasnt totally gone but in my mind I thought it needed recharging or something so called Troy and he came out and found that my fan/motor had been put in upside down by a previous AC repairman and wasnt blowing properly (air was blowing out the sides and not coming out the top). When he was finished the air was being properly suctioned in the sides and would blow you away from the top. He cleaned my unit and checked the coolant which was fine. He even got his saw out and cut a small trash tree down that was growing near the unit. My house cooled off quickly and I was very very happy with his service and highly recommend him. He was friendly, knowledgeable and honest and I wont be using anyone else.

We have called Central AC whenever we have had a problem with air conditioning or heating. They are always prompt, courteous, and very reasonable. Most importantly, they are totally honest and really know their business. You never have to wonder if you are getting scammed. They diagnose the problem and fix what needs to be fixed and dont try to sell you parts and labor you dont need.

Had a company out last week,told us our unit coudnt be repaired, parts not available, friend told us about Troy.He came out looked at our unit,said even though probably couldnt get original parts,unit could easily be fixed with other parts,which he did,so thankful!! DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!
