    I am so pleased with the exceptional service and follow up I have received from this company! Everyone has been so polite and considerate always answer all my questions. If the person I’m speaking to doesn’t know they say so make a note tell me they’ll find out and call me back, and they do!! After installation they cleaned everything up and put everything back like it was. Explained everything very clearly to me how to use my new furnace explained how it worked when I asked, I love details! They didn’t mind at all, all my questions. I will be so glad to recommend them to anyone needing a new unit or service!! I love these guys!! Even the helper was a sweet young man working hard, was so nice to see a young man, had just graduated from high school, working hard and learning a good solid trade. Ty!     I had my annual maintenance in April. As usual, Kyle came out, was on time, friendly, didnt leave a mess, and answered any questions I had. I really appreciate this company and am so glad I found them.

    Carthage Air provided us with service better than we could have dreamed possible from a fix to an entirely new install. We called with a concern an hour before closing about our old system and they had a technician, Kyle, out within an hour of opening the following day to fix the issue which only took him about 30 minutes. He explained the issue and answered all of our questions.Joe, the company owner came out to give us 3 quotes on the new system, good, better, and best, and explained all three and how they differ from one another. He also answered every question and was able to give me an install day right then. This process took under an hour.The install of our new system including new air ducts, took a total of 13 hours over two days. Cody, the installer was very knowledgeable and easy to work with and made me feel more than comfortable leaving him and his assistant in my home to work, while I went to work as well. They took steps to make sure the entire process was clean as they went, including wearing shoe coverings, laying protective sheets on the floor throughout where they would be walking and having a shop vac to clean up during the process.We will be using Carthage Air exclusively for all of our heating and air needs.

    During the recent mutli-day freeze, we noticed our heater making a terrible noise. The roads were dangerous and we called several companies. Out of all the companies who listed 24/7 emergency services, Carthage was the only one who didnt simply say we cant come for 4 days. Their receptionist was lovely and gave me a tentative time and told me she would follow up based on road conditions, and she did - throughout several days. She called to check on our heater. She called to update us on her technicians and told us their first possible safe availability. She was lovely. The technicians were wonderful and helpful and tried to find the reason behind the noise and gave us several options for how we could fix it. We previously had a home warranty company come out we were not happy with and Im so glad we found a company we can trust and I will definitely use Carthage Air again!

    I cant say enough good about this team. They came, they diagnosed, & my air is working better than it ever has in the three years Ive been in my home. Kyle was so thorough, gave me all my options and I didnt feel pressured at all. 10/10!

    I called them when my a/c went out and had a tech at my house in less than 24 hours. Other places told me it would be 2 or 3 days before they could get someone out. They were very professional and courteous! What I thought would be costly was less than 300 dollars! Would call them again with any other problems I have!

    Carthage Air replaced my whole AC/Heating System in Nacogdoches. Ive waited 8 months to do a review to make sure everything and everyone operated as promised. First, they were the most competitive quote I received, especially since the system they put in was a very high quality one. In todays day and time, one is hard pressed to find a firm that is truly cares for the customer. This company went the extra mile to make sure I was thoroughly satisfied. They really went over and above what I expected. Since I used them previously on a second home we had in another county, I was glad that they are now doing business in the Nacogdoches area as I was very happy with their service on that system. They return calls immediately, even on the weekends. If you need services, they will come out very quickly and make sure the system is fully functional before they leave. They just did an after installation service check (no charge) and even cleaned out our dryer vent. Wow. I cant recommend them highly enough.

    This company has excellent customer service and work. I purchased insulation and also a maintenance plan plus they serviced my unit today when it quit working. The guys found the issue quickly and explained their work and also double checked the drain pipes. They did not install this unit three years ago but I would definitely recommend Carthage Air for a new unit.

    Ive used this business since its earliest days. They have adapted and grown and I have to say that as theyve moved into the high tech era they have maintained that mom and pop business persona. I really liked that I received several confirmation calls and the service is great. Very professional and Kyle is knowledgeable and an efficient worker. Cant say enough good about this company.

    First time customer late last month (May 2023). AC quit blowing cold, and I’m pregnant with tots and teens at 45! Talk about MISERY! I was SO very pleased with the prompt & precise service! I’ve been struggling with my older unit for a few years, putting it off bc I trusted NO ONE anround here any longer. Then 1call, & a few hrs later came Kyle, & he had it fixed within minutes! He explained everything going on, and each charge in detail so there were ZERO “gotchas”. He even waited patiently for me to gather several forms of payment because for some reason my main bank card just would not process. I actually love the fact it’s paid for right then, so you’re not surprised in the mail with a bill. Customer service is amazing, and I’ll never use anyone else again for my service and repairs. Finally found good , honest folks with excellent work ethic and great service. I’m SO grateful. Thank you so much !!

    Wow!!! I am more than impressed with Kyle and the entire operation of Carthage Air. Kyle was able to come the same day I called and was a total professional. He explained the problem, its costs and made repairs on the spot! Even dispatch bent over backwards to take directions to The Farm. Would highly recommend!

    Very professional. Crew arrived on time, showed great care of our interior while installing ceiling vents, used numerous drop cloths to protect floors and furniture. Completely cleaned up what little debris was left after finishing. They were very respectful of us and our home. I was impressed enough to also sign up for their yearly maintenance plan.

    Carthage Air ROCKS. I had hired another local company who has been HORRIBLE and still refuses to bend on refunding my VIP designation at 300+ dollars (Nacgodches Sheet Metal - dont hire them). Carthage Air who is not even local came and repaired my unit in less than a WEEK and made me feel like a priority without even having to pay them extra for it! Best company EVER! Highly recommended.

    They came out and installed a new AC system. The work was done in a efficient manner. The guys that came were professionals. They were able to answer any questions I had. The outside unit is bigger than I expected. Thats a plus though. The installers did a complete clean up after they were done. I am very satisfied with the job so far. This company will.do you right.

    Highly professional employees. Arrived at the time expected. Capable in diagnosing the issue. A new capacitor was installed. The technician explained that the unit was cycling through a start/stop process causing an overheating and burning up the old capacitor. I chose to not have further repairs done due to the expense.

    They were prompt to try and get us in. We live in Tatum, so others hesitated coming out, but Carthage was kind and professional. I never felt like living in Tatum was an inconvenience while working with them.They were super busy that day and they communicated well about when they would be out, if they were running late and ETA when they were on their way. I really appreciate that.My kids had questions and watched, Carthage Air they were fast and efficient even with an audience. Thankfully nothing was terribly wrong, but they did explain our system and what do expect for the future with this system.I am going to make Carthage Air my first call when I need maintenance or in an emergency.     Fantastic service: from the very first call all through install and commissioning. They even kept moving out the install date at our request as we had COVID…and they prayed for us during that time!     Carthage air put installation in our attic. The young men that showed up were very kind and professional. They had to remove items from the attic first. They made sure to cover the flooring first, they did not make a lot of noise, they cleaned up afterwards and finished in a reasonable amount of time. Overall, great service.

    After Thunderstorm power went off for about 30 seconds, when power came back the thermostat had gone blank. After checking all wire, replaced batteries and this did nothing to fix problems. After fighting with Home Warranty company, and telling me Noone could come out till July 12,8 hot days away. Called Carthage Air at 2:30 pm and someone was here at 4:30 someday. Motherboard in unit shorted out so needed to be replace and had to order it. He then gave us a window unit to last till part got here. It arrive late on Friday, but he was here 1st thing Saturday morning to install. Our unit is running like a champion.

    Carthage AC went above and beyond to fix another ac companys mess up. I had a mini split installed by a company that claimed to know what they were doing. It looked like something a blind person would fo. The ugliest mess of wires and piping all over the front of my house. CARTHAGE AC went out of there way to make me happy. When they were done it looked like what I had seen in all the pictures. Trained and experienced technicians. Will use them for all my future ac needs.

    Our A/C quit working correctly on a Friday evening. We placed a call to Carthage Air and talked to Johnathon. We informed him we didnt need an immediate fix and he said he would be there first thing Saturday morning.
