We ordered a generator from Mike and his team before Hurricane Beryl visited Houston. Despite the post storm challenges and demands of everybody wanting generator service or new generator Mike kept us informed on the whole process. When the time came for installation his crew was polite and friendly leaving the site clean and tidy after they had finished work. Once inspections were complete Mike came round to teach us both how to operate the generator and give us tips and guidance on how to get the best out of it and how to check and top up the oil if it runs for a long time.

Great work by Mike and his team installing our new 24 kW Generac following the recent Houston storm. It was a multi-day process due to our gas line being on one side of the house and the breaker box being on the other so had to route the electrical through the attic. The team was professional and routed everything neatly. Mike was always courteous and on time and super responsive to texts. We have had a string of bad luck and somehow had 3 prolonged power outages the last 2 years so the investment in a full home generator before the supposed busy hurricane season was a no brainer. Can’t imagine losing power for a long time in this Houston heat!

Eric did a great job on the valve gap check. He corrected the factory setting which was off. He double checked the maintenance required that was done prior to his visit. He was very thorough even taking pictures to verify no other issues existed.

I purchased a Generac 26 kW generator from Carriere HVAC. Even in the very challenging time following the massive loss of power across the Houston area during the May 2024 derecho and Hurricane Beryl in early July 2024, Micahel Carriere and his team were very responsive. The generator was delivered within weeks of the order being placed in early July and the Carriere team was able to complete the installation in mid-September. Very satisifed.

Great service and pricing. Mike is always there when I text or call. So far the Generac has been bullet proof. We just did yearly maintenance. We lost power during Beryl and the Generac started no problems. We were out for about 15 hours and took care of our neighbors and nieces.

Accurate diagnose, thorough and did not try to oversell unneeded services but recommended best plan of action and was able to remedy issues immediately and additionally helping me make a plan for add ons for peace of mind for future outages. I would highly recommend Carriere. My AC went out about a month ago and I had another company come out who recharged the freon and put a UV dye in the system to find the leak (which cost me almost $500) - made an appointment for 2 months later. A few days ago, the ac wasnt cooling again and I called them back to come out. The quote they gave me to replace my coil was outrageous. So I called around to several companies and Carriere quoted me literally less than half of what the other company did. They got the part the same day and were here first thing in the morning, as promised, to do the repairs, which were finished before noon. I am really grateful for the professionalism, promptness, and affordability of this company, especially during the pandemic with money being a little tighter than usual. I appreciate their trustworthiness which was very refeshing after my experience with the first company. Thanks for everything guys. Its really appreciated!

I called him on Sunday morning and he came and gave us a quote on how much it was going to cost and how much time it was going to take to do the job and what it was going to take from beginning to the completion of the job. He kept us updated the whole time on each phase of the job. He dealt with the permits and the inspectors and with Centerpoint. He gave us a fair price for the work he was doing replacing the electric panel and all the breakers. Never asked for money until the completion of the work done. He was honest and sincere in all his work and he did all the legwork that was needed to get the job done. He was very professional and I would recommend him to everyone.

In June of 2020 Michael came out and gave us a quote on a plumbed in generator. It was over $10,000 less all in than any other quotes. His knowledge of installation was evident and he made sure to give us the best bang for our buck. The winter storm of 2021 hit and millions were without power. Our generator kicked on and we were the warm coffee house on our street. Our pool pump ran without interruption and suffered no food or water loss or weather related damages. I without any reservations, our family would recommend him.

Wow truly impressive. I called to explain I had no AC in my house. They showed up within an hour. They quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it all within the span of 2 hours! There prices are in line with the average cost of an AC repair. If I run into AC trouble again Im using them!

I had another company who came for over 3hrs who told me my circuit board was damaged but it was just the contactor and he fixed it in less than 1hr.
