After what seemed like an out to get me kinda week 🙃, Friday we woke to a hot house with no A/c. Of course feeling defeated and knowing I couldnt afford this right now. I didnt even look for an A/c repair company. I reached out to my neighbors to borrow fans. We are blessed to have the amazing community we live in. Jesse saw my post and reached out to help. He came over on a Sunday morning got us all fixed up. He was so sweet and understanding. I will definitely recommend him and this company. I prayed for patience and understanding lol, I was asking more for myself. But God sent it in the form of Jesse Davis. We are so grateful and would recommend 10/10.

It was so nice to get a second opinion and actually get our A/C fixed the same day, Joshua was not only on time but was able to come out a few hours early. He was nice to talk to and when I asked about air flow to the back part of the house, he even offered to go into the attic and fix the kinked ducts in the attic. He was respectful and polite, he even cleaned up the fiberglass from the attic. He was a pleasure to work with and would absolutely trust him again to fix our A/C. He even checked in with us the following day to make sure the issue had been fixed and that our unit was working efficiently.

Matthew & his crew replaced my entire AC unit in July during 100+ degree weather. He patiently explained my options, giving me pros & cons that helped me make a decision. It was a very difficult job due to the odd installation of the old unit. Matthew assured me they could do it & he was right. They worked in extreme heat & cramped spaces. I greatly appreciate the time he took to make sure everything was working perfectly before signing off on the job. I would definitely feel comfortable using Capital Cooling Services again.

Our a/c went out for the 3rd time in 10 days. We ask our home warranty to contract with a different company. Capital cooling was the company that came out. They were prompt to diagnose, get the estimate and works with our home warranty to get it installed ASAP. Josh did an excellent job, worked efficiently, cleaned up all debris and was very pleasant to deal with. I will continue to do business with them, with or without our home warranty company. Great company with good old fashion work ethics!
