Capital Air, and Eddie and Christian in particular, is an indispensable part of our bi-annual HVAC maintenance. They installed our two split systems several years ago, and worked tirelessly to ensure that they function optimally. It may seem cliche to say, but Eddie and Christian have become friends. Their customer service, kindness, and commitment to their customers sets them apart.

Ive been using what I thought was local companies for my HVAC needs but it turns out they are owned by big national conglomerates and their fees have escalated to the point of being outrageous.I was referred to Capital Air and called for a preseason furnace check and preventative maintenance agreement. The technician was courteous and fully honored our request to use shoe covers while in the house. I had a discount coupon (online) but even the base fee was quite reasonable.I could not be more satisfied.

Very happy with their services.Our AC system had given out and we had Strand Brother coming over because we had maintenance done by them for many years, they check the HVAC system and told us we needed a new system. I called Eddie at Capital Air and he came over the same day, checked the HVAC system and replaced the faulty capacitor and got thea/c running on minimum capacity but it was somewhat cooling.(what Strand Brothers failed to do and had the capacitor replaced 4 months ago) at no cost and no charge for service call. By giving us a price quote Eddie saved us $10,000 on a cash quote and $20,000 on a 10 year lease quote from Strand Brothers and we cancelled the contract and nobody contacted us with a counter offer. So glad we called Capital Air, we had the new HVAC system installed the next morning. Thank you Eddie, Capital Air, for your great customer service. You will have our business.

EXCELLENT customer service! Eddie with Capital Air installed a new system for us in August 2021. Communication and installation was excellent. We recently started experiencing a problem with our system so we called to request a service call. Eddie and Christian had our unit up and running again with a new fan motor in no time. I 10/10 recommend Capital Air.

I had an issue yesterday and they were able to accommodate same day service from north Austin to south Austin saving the day as it was very hot. The owner, Eddie discussed my issue on the phone and sent his trusty, knowledgeable compadre out to get my system back up and running in no time! I highly recommend this honest & reliable company to all of you.

Eddie, came out and looked at my non-working A/C. We both were in agreement that it needed to be replaced due to its age. He was straight forward with the cost and how it could be financed. The next day we had a new A/C system installed. The workers were very professional and completed their work promptly. We are very happy with our experience with this company and look forward to continuing business with them.

Had a backed up drain line from our AC, and what turned out to be a busted auto-shut-off for that drain, which was causing water to back up and drip into the vent area. Unit was a Capital install so I gave them a call, dispatch to my info and a tech got back to me within the hour. He swang by and got everything sorted out and showed me how to handle issues in the future! Ill see him again in 6 months for a free check up when weve switched from cool to heat. Awesome service, good price, and very kind of them to find time for me same-day!!

Very positive experience.Roger, from Capital Air, came out to our home to fix our furnace during an icestorm.He was here swiftly after we placed the call for service. He was professional, wore a face mask, ensured none of our many cats escaped, explained exactly what he did to fix the problem, and the charges were very reasonable for the work.I will be calling these guys anytime I have an AC or heating issue in my home.

Roger came out today. When he came down from the attic, he asked me a strange question: Has your dryer been working well? As a matter of fact, no. He said our dryer vent is 100% blocked and flammable dryer lint is being deposited in the attic. He even showed me pictures. A very dangerous situation that could have caused a fire, being near our gas furnace unit. I am so grateful that he took the time to mention it, even though it wasnt part of his job. Other people have been in our attic and never said anything. Thanks for going above and beyond! And such a friendly guy, on time and made sure our units were working well. Will definitely use this company again.
