Im so happy to find Calahan Construction and Air on KCBI Radio! I had a water leak in my HVAC closet, causing black mold in HVAC ducts! Stacey found the problem, and he and his awesome crew removed all the moldy ducts, air vents, etc. at a very reasonable and fair price! My Niece came over yesterday. She has asthma, and is enjoying the good, clean air in my house...me too!. I am very pleased to recommend this company for home repairs and a/c issues. Yall, thank you so much!!!

Great to work with.I was referred by a family member who had used them for work on their personal homes and investment properties and am so glad they did the work for us. I asked them to reroute all my ducting through the attic instead of down a wall and out in the crawlspace under the house.Not only was Calahan one of the only companies willing to take this project on but they also were the best priced from around a dozen estimates. Stacy came to my house multiple times to confirm what we wanted and that measurements were correct. They did a better job than the large company that installed my AC system.We highly recommend Calahan for Great Service, Professionalism, Fair Pricing, and Quality Work.

First of all I want to thank Stacy Calahan for service above and beyond, he was extremely helpful and worked within my budget. Let me just give you a little background: I have a property in Savanna Texas and I live in Mesa Az found out that my air conditioner had not been maintained by my property management company, my tenant just moved in, had a few estimates done, and was working with my insurance company, my insurance company would not pay due to the units had not been maintained, and to make matters worse I am going through a rough divorce, so money is tight, Stacy kept in contact with me to see what the progress was with the insurance company, never pushy genuinely concerned, when I told him the outcome he put a package together for me that was within my budget and got everything installed the next day. Nowadays that type of service doesn’t exist but for me on this one day and this one man made a big difference especially when COVID-19 is running loose out there. No words will ever express my appreciation of this one man on this one day. Highly recommended Stacy Calahan and will be indebted to him for his kindness, professionalism, and his can do attitude. He rates a 10 in my book.

I have been a customer of Calahan for over a decade now. They have earned my business and loyalty. It began with them helping me to nurse an old unit as long as possible. Later they installed a new unit. They have maintained by equipment. I seldom have issues, but when I do their service is always top notch. Their employees are professional and courteous. What I like best is they always give me options. They explain the problem and possible solutions. I get to decide what the next steps are. It is a common occurrence for my neighbors to talk about some outrageous air conditioning bid. I tell them about Callahan and every single time their bid is many thousands of dollars cheaper in their competition. I can’t say enough good about this company, honest dependable, caring professionals. I recommend them to you with no reservation whatsoever. Once you start using them you too will be a customer for decades.

Stacy and his team are very professional and are dedicated to customer service. Stacy is honest and straight forward. He thoroughly explained the issues and my options. Each time the service and quality have been exceptional. He even called the next day to ensure everything was working properly. The A/C at our business stopped working over the weekend due to a power surge. We own a dog boarding business and not having cooling in the summer is an absolute emergency. We called several companies and Calahan was the only company who was willing to come out immediately. Calahan Construction and Air did a wonderful job fixing our houses AC. They were able to get someone out to help us very quickly (very important when dealing with AC in Texas!), and when they inspected the system, they explained very clearly what the problems were and offered options and advice, but didnt push us too hard in any direction. After the repair was done, they made sure to check up with us that everything was working well, and a few days later when we had a freon leak they hadnt caught on the original inspection, they were able to come out within hours and fix it free of charge. I definitely recommend them, they clearly take pride in their work.

Stacy was going to come out on a Wednesday. My HVAC unit had a failed blower, we had no AC for a day and a night and were going to have to endure one more night. I got a call from Stacy Tuesday afternoon asking if he could come out Tuesday late afternoon instead of Wednesday. That was a very nice surprise. The service was excellent and at a fair price. From my experience I would recommend Callahan over any other company for AC issues. Thanks Stacy, you rock!!

I had no air and heat for the last 3 years YES THAT IS CORRECT 3 YEARS.Stacey is a referral from a co-worker who recently had a system installed for a reasonable price and she was pleased with the work.I invited him to look at my HVAC and the problem was small, 7 other companies wanted to install a brand new system for between 18 - 20 thousand dollars and for me to go into debt for 10 years.I can’t believe that Stacey could be so truthful and give me a price that was so affordable.I will pray for him and my co-worker every day that god shines all blessings on these 2 people forever and a day.Please always call Stacey for all your needs he truly is honest and most helpful as a human being before profits.

Warranty company had been ghosting me for 3 days because they wanted to put a bandaid on my 25 yr old unit, plus charge me for other stuff without explaining their reasoning at all.Callahan was super honest with me about price, part availability and timeline. I Highly Recommend Stacy Calahan at Calahan Construction & Air! It was in middle of summer 2019, hotter than you can imagine inside my house even with 2 portable a/c units running in LR trying to mitigate some of the heat while waiting on my a/c company to help me. I found Calahan Construction & Air... Stacy came out quickly diagnosed the problem right away, my unit was dead (I had been nursing it over last few years) but I couldn’t purchase a new unit until I got in a place to fund a house remodel. So, I needed a used 5 ton unit - not an easy ask, but Stacy found one and installed it w/in 24 hours for a price that did not break the bank (about the same cost as 2 top of the line portable air conditioners, which I returned!) He was professional, responsive, and quick at a reasonable price! Stacy listened to me, took ownership of my problem, was kind & caring and best of all got the job done quickly at a price I could afford...all in the middle of summer (his busiest season) when other air conditioning companies are charging premium prices or up selling, Stacy Callahan got me what I needed not what he could sell me! His work ethic & business model are heads and shoulders above the rest, do not hesitate to use this company for all your A/C needs!!

I have used Stacy and his company on several occasions. The first time was in the middle of winter, we’d returned at midnight from a trip. It was 22 degrees and we discovered a broken heater. I looked on Angie’s List and found Calahan Construction and Air. I called the next morning early and he showed up within 30 minutes and fixed our heater. Last night we were feeling rather warm for having the A/C on. We placed a call at 9 pm. We thought we’d be leaving a message but Stacy answered. He was here at 8 am, diagnosed a unfixable unit and installed a new one today. We are customers for life!

Our very old ac unit suddenly gave out and a friend gave me the information for this company. Stacy was very friendly and helpful, asked me intelligent questions to get an idea of what kind of new unit I needed for an accurate quote - whereas everyone else I talked to either gave me huge ballpark ranges or insisted they needed to see the house to make any determination, and some trying to say I needed a larger unit than was necessary. (Google is your friend, it pays to double check information given to you). His team did an amazing job dealing with the oddball setup of my house, having to make several modifications to get the system setup to work with the odd specifications. After they finished installing my new system and left for the day, the system kept cycling off, and when I messaged Stacy to ask if that was normal (never had a new unit before 😅) he immediately sent one of the guys back to check it, which I was pleasantly surprised by as it was late in the day. (Not on them, the safe t switch was apparently accidentally triggering, as it stopped doing so once it was pulled out and put back in). I 100% recommend giving this company a chance to help you out with your AC needs, and will be calling them again when I’m ready to do some construction work!
