Our AC was blowing warm air, so I texted Chris. He responded quickly responded and offered two times to come out. Chris promptly arrived, checked the unit, and identified that it was low on Freon. He hooked up the gauges and confirmed it, then added 2 lbs of Freon. I was impressed because it was the first time Id seen an HVAC tech weigh the Freon. The temperature dropped immediately. Chris mentioned that the indoor evaporator might need to be replaced. Well have him back in a few weeks to check the gauges again and decide the next steps.I also noted that the fan on our other unit was still running even when the unit was off. Chris found a burnt wire, replaced it, and fixed the issue.Would I recommend Chris? Absolutely! He is one of the most honest techs Ive encountered in a long time. My a/c unit was cycling off and on too fast and the unit was making a funny noise. I booked my consult appointment online yesterday and Chris showed up this morning bright and early. Today was the second time Chris has rescued my 12yr old a/c unit. He diagnosed the issue, quoted me a fair price and fixed the unit under and hour! Recently Installed new HVAC system estimate was perfect for my home and very competitive.
