Our AC went out in our restaurant and within 3 days Robert and his team had us up and running again with cooler air than we had before! His service is top shelf even went to the lengths of driving to El Paso and back to pick up a new unit so we didn’t have to wait longer. Not only were they fast and efficient, they took the time to explain everything and were extraordinarily friendly. I would and will recommend them to anyone and everyone. The epitome of courteous professionalism!We came back from being out of town to find our air conditioning had gone out! We were given next day service(right away in the morning) to have our new air conditioner replaced. If you want it done right with a dose of great service, choose these guys!

I had call Burleson Service on a cold call needing help on my A/C units approx. 4 years ago they had a Tech. to come out that day and on time. I have been using them ever since never disappointed in the service from the phone call to the Tech. that came to provide the service, very professional and knowledgably. In the past 2 years we decided to upgrade our HVAC units and Robert was the only one we called. He did go over the options with us and helped us picked the best one to fit our needs and havent been disappointed. I recommended Robert to a family member and they had new HVAC units installed with the same results, easy from phone call to installation. And just like Robert suggested the units are very efficient and have seen the savings monthly. Highly recommend Burleson Service Co. for all your HVAC needs.

We have used Burleson Service for 20 years now. Prompt, competent and always provided the most quality with courteous, efficient service and we are positive the most competitive costs available. We chose this company on the recommendation of a friend and it is the only one we have ever used, based on that first and subsequent repair visits. We have each time conversed with Robert about the state of present units and evaluated together the appropriate time to replace each one; this recent visit to replace the entire outside unit and the attic units, comprising the evaporator coil and furnace. There never was any question who we would use, because every time for these 20 years we finished repairs with the most confidence possible, plus knowing , based on other comparison with other companies the costs were appreciatively lower and even with the lower costs the quality has always been the best anyone could find.

I have used Burleson Service Company on 2 different houses in the past 4 years. Both times they were able to come on the same day. The second time it was after hours. I ended up having the complete system replaced in both cases because the price was reasonable and they were able to get the job done within a couple days. Technicians were professional and courteous and got the job done quickly. I am certain anyone would be happy with their work.

These guys are as reasonably priced as HVAC work can possibly be.I had a COMPLETE HVAC system replacement. Within 48hrs, an estimate was provided(AND HONORED) and the new system was completely installed and operational. I would had NEVER expected it to go so quickly or smoothly. Flexible, affordable, and honest. Not many of these kinds of folks left. Highly recommend.

We have had a long standing relationship with Robert. He has taking good care of all our HVAC needs.When we recently replaced our tired expensive to run equipment, Robert suggested a very good brand that was in our budget.The results in energy savings has been well worth the investment.Our electric bill went from around 400.00 to 225.00 from feb 2015- feb 2016.There are 100s of HVAC companies to choose from, however we feel that Burleson Service Company has always taken good care of us.
