Barry is beyond professional! Whatever he’s getting paid it’s not enough. He made sure everything was working correctly and was so personable. We offered a cold drink because it’s so hot but he refused. Just super nice and wish all service professionals could take some tips from him. I’m going to recommend Brooks to the company I work for.

Excellent customer service and Tech was professional. Annual service plan is affordable and covers my needs. I have a Carrier unit, and they will work with manufacturer for any parts under my warranty. If something isn’t right, they strive to make it right. Many AC companies won’t do that. Highly recommend for servicing your needs.

We have been with Brooks for several years and their employees are the best, they will come anytime of day are night to get your problem fixed. When you call them they have a very nice staff to talk to. Our service man is Mr. Fred and he is at the top of our list.

Had a new upstairs A/C heating system installed in July 2021 by Brooks. Found it not working yesterday. Brooks came out and found a loose tstat wire inside the system. This means that when they installed the system the technician did not make sure it was tight. Took the guy about 5 minutes to discover it. Brooks said the system agreement covers parts but not service and still charged me $86.20 for something that was their fault on the installation.UPDATE: We were contacted by brooks and advised that they were going to refund the charge. Thank you for standing behind your work.

We called Brooks today for the first time. They were here in 30 minutes. The tech that came out, Chris, found the problem immediately, quoted a price, returned and installed it in 45 minutes. Y’all have our business for good now. I just hope we get the same technician. Chris is a real asset to your company.

My parents purchased an unit from Brooks. When the unit went out the service tech Chris was quick to get to the house and was very nice to my Mom. My Mom is a very nervous person so he was patient and kind to her which I though very highly of. Once the unit was condemned the salesperson was out the same day and had the quote ready that afternoon. From beginning to end my parents had a new unit installed a day after the old unit went out. I highly recommend Brooks Heating & Air to anyone that has heating and air needs.

I have used this company for years on the maintenance of my heating and air units. They have been reliable and delivered good service. My wife likes that they vacuum before they leave and they wear protective booties over their shoes so they dont mess up her carpet. They have showed up at midnight more than once when it was 100 degrees and my AC went out. I am happy with their service. Sometimes I think their prices are a bit too high but overall they are in line with other companies in the area. I would recommend them.

I had to replace the A/C units and heaters in our house. I obtained numerous quotes and Brooks beat them all by far. The install was completed in only a day. Everyone from Stephen Sherman the salesman to the installers were a pleasure to work with. Dont hesitate to give them a call.

A solid company with old-school values. Hired Brooks to put a central air system in our 100-year old country home and they knocked it out of the park. Bonus: the young man doing our attic duct work found an extremely valuable antique shotgun up there and immediately notified me by phone instead of putting it in his truck. These folks have integrity, and you just cant put a price on that. You can bet we will use Brooks at all our properties.

My air conditioner went out in the middle of the summer. I called a very large air conditioner company locate in Shreveport, they came out to the house very quickly and quoted me a price to install a new unit. This was my first unit to ever buy and their price seemed like a lot to me, so I called Brooks to see what they would charge and how long it would take to get my house cool once again. (I got their phone number from my next door neighbor that highly recommended them)They first sent a tech to make sure that I needed a new unit and he explained in great detail why. About an hour later a Brooks representative came to the house to give me options and prices. I never mentioned to him that I already had a quote from another air conditioning company as I wanted to keep everything to myself.What came next was simply crazy, Brooks quoted me $1,700.00 less than the afore mentioned company did. The unit was exactly the same size so we were comparing apples to apples. I asked if there might be some mistake, he went back over everything and the price was what they normally charge, no mistakes.I explained to him that I had already received a quote and that they were $1700.00 cheaper. He replied yes maam, we hear that alot. He never talked bad about the afore mentioned air conditioning company, even though I did, He was very professional and very courteous.They had my new air conditioner installed and cooling the next morning and I had an extra &1700.00 in my pocket. I am not saying that you will save this much, I am saying that Brooks treated me great and saved me alot of money.

Called them for quote, had the lowest show up price , I wasnt home and they came that day, diagnosed the problem to be a small part causing the issue, and replaced it on the spot. Less than $150 bucks total including the price to show up and figure out the issue. Straight up bad to the bone. I was dying and they got me back to being cold in a jiffy. Seriously blessed I called them.
