    So highly recommend! I was able to reach them on a Sunday afternoon. The repairman, Brian was here quickly and was able to determine the issue. The cost was so reasonable- I was concerned it would be so much more. Saved me from trying to tolerate an extremely hot and humid night especially after recently getting power back from the hurricane. I will definitely call them next time when needed.

    Websters dictionary doesnt contain the words to describe the quality of workmanship that Brico shows to their customers. A few that come to mind are first and foremost, integrity. Second, professionalism, and third, last but not least, honesty. The integrity of everyone in this company speaks volumes by their consistency. In every aspect. From showing up on time to the hand shake after the job is completed. This kind of customer service is extremely rare these days.I would like to take this opportunity to mention Brian. This young man is truly one in a million. His promptness, honesty, sense of compassion and professionalism are impeccable. Again, a rarity these days. Brico stands alone in a category all bytheir self. In my opinion, high above any other a/c company Ive seen in 63 years. So, if youre looking for an a/c company to work on your unit, dont waste your time on any other company. Brico is the only a/c company worthy of your time!

He was very curious, safety contious and efficient. I can see great things for him and his company.     I called Brico last summer when our ac randomly stopped cooling - the lady on the other end let me know they were booked, but gave me some ideas on how we could potentially fix the issue ourselves. She then called back to let us know they could fit us in after hours bc they knew how hot it was - but by that time we had gotten the ac to work again using the information she originally gave us. This earned our business right then and there.I called to set up a yearly check up for our ac before the summer, and she was just as kind as she had been last summer, and got us scheduled for the following day!Charles came and was so kind, respectful of our house and our animals, informative, and diligently checked all of our ac and attic for every possible thing. He gave me a detailed break down of any foreseeable issues, a quote for things we have been thinking about and would be potentially be doing in the near future, was never pushy or salesman to me. He was honest, kind and most of all, helpful- I couldnt ask for a more well rounded company to do business with. Highly recommend this team, will continually use them for any and all of our ac and furnace needs!!

    Brico replaced my home AC system and I was very pleased with the service I received from beginning to end. I initially called to inquire about getting my existing unit serviced and they were able to send a tech the same day. He called me prior to showing up and arrived ahead of schedule. The tech spent hours troubleshooting my system and when faced with something he hadnt seen before, he called in backup who quickly showed up to take a look. They were able to provide a few different options for repair/replacement and I appreciated that I did not feel pressured to make an immediate decision and I also felt that the prices were very fair. In the end I decided to have the system replaced and the turnaround on the install was very quick. The install crew did great work, were quick and were respectful of my home. When the install was done Brico sent a tech out to inspect the install work and ensure it was done correctly. The value, honesty and attention to detail make it an easy decision to call Brico again when I need HVAC services in the future.

    Doug and his crew don’t like to disappoint their customers. We have used them numerous times for servicing our current a/c and replacing thermostats.     I’ve been using Brico AC for a few years now. When it came time to update my system it was a no brainer when it came to who I would use. Philip came out right on time and provided me with a quote and fully explained all of my options. The process of upgrading had its challenges due to my house and how it was built, but they never once complained about having to come back out here and they didn’t stop until I was 100% satisfied. I recommend Brico to anyone who will listen. Philip and Bryan were awesome!

    Brian came out last minute around at 6:30pm to help us get our AC working again. came out prepared and educated. Very professional and very fast work.     First off, Brico was the only A/C repair service to actually return my phone call and they did so within a few minutes and were out here within the hour.Brian and Doug were absolutely amazing. Great attitude and walked me through everything from beginning to end. Had other a/c guys tell us we needed to spend triple the amount that Brico charged. Highly recommend them and will definitely use them again in the future.

    They got a tech out to us last minute without any questions, got here in less than an hour. Did more than I asked for, helped out with the price without being asked. I believe the techs name was Phillip, he was very nice and knowledgeable and gave me some very good advice on upkeep.

    These gentleman were very professional and took their time too make sure the job was done correctly. Replaced a 5 ton A/C unit in about 6 hours. The company owner called in the morning to let me know they would be running late because of a part issue, but that was the only problem and I was notified for that. What a Fantastic job. The price was competitive as well.

    First time calling Brisco for AC help. My capacitor short circuited the night before and my duplex house was 89 degrees inside! Thankfully, that very Sunday, Brisco was able to send out their technician Brian to help. It was a 49 charge just to check what was wrong and everything else that needed to be added was decently priced. My grandma was happy about the service because she has been charged and arm and a leg more than once by other independent repairmen. Great work and professional! Will highly call again if needed in the future.

    Brian and crew came out on the weekend and got our AC working. The guys are honest, and professional. They repaired my AC for 1/4 the cost of the previous bid I had from a competitor.Good people.They are not trying to sell you stuff you don’t need. I always get multiple bids on things that are expensive and have ended up using them for the last 3 major AC jobs over the last 10years or so.

    Good price and awesome service! Everyone was a extremely nice! Our AC needed a freon charge and they were able to squeeze us in late in the evening (called around 3:30, they were there by 7:30!) The AC runs great and we are thankful we didnt have to wait an extra day! Will definitely use them again if our AC goes down.

    A/C unit was getting old and there has been increased vibration in the lines and the unit itself was loud and needed to be replaced already. They came out timely, topped up the freon which did help a bit but we decided to go ahead and replace the whole unit (very old) and they were back out in a couple days with a new unit to install.They were on time, efficient, made no unnecessary damage or holes and cleaned up after themselves, wore a mask and were as considerate as possible. Would definitely recommend if you need any A/C service needs.

    Five Stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.Guys showed up took down and removed the old system. Reinstalled a new furnace, A/C, and new thermostat. Everything seems to be working and the crew did clean up their minimal mess made.     We have been using this family owned business for all our heating and cooling needs for many years.We have referred them to all our family,and many friends.neighbors and even several co workers.They have all had the same great experience,prompt,friendly,professional service.They installed a completely new system in under a day ,6 years ago,on our home,even a new thermostat.They protected our floors,cleaned up very well afterwards and beat everyone else price!!Additionally,2 years ago ,we were in Hawaii,and we got a call from our daughter that the AC wasnt cooling.I contacted Doug,and he came straight out and got the unit up and running in no time,needing only a capacitor.I later realized it was Sunday night ,9 pm local time,on memorial day weekend!Now thats service after the sale.I highly recommend Doug,Brian and BRICO!!
