    I am satisfied with the service I received from Brazos Valley. Showed up on time and completed the application has scheduled.This morning ambient temp is 29 degrees inside of my home is 68 degrees. I am not running central heating what a difference insulation makes waiting on summer heat to see the effects on air conditioning comfort.

    Brazos Valley Insulators did a great job with our attic spray foam! They removed the old fiberglass insulation, sprayed in the new insulation and were very thorough.     Brazos Valley Insulators did a fantastic job on two small projects for me, to investigate and resolve an issue in my new home garage They installed a split level A/C unit and insulated the loft above the garage. Their operations personnel Ross, Logan and Rabekah were very responsive in discussing, answering and scheduling the work needed to find an acceptable solution.The installation crews were great, timely, professional and courteous in the execution of the work and clean up.Brazos Insulators will be my go-to firm for future A/C and Insulation requirements, as they epitomize good business practices and customer service in their responsiveness, execution, scheduling and pricing.

    Logan was a great help with me getting prepared for them to spray the closed cell under my house. Once they notified me they were ready to come spray. The crew that sprayed under my house were very good and did a wonderful job. They were such a great crew.     We worked with Brazos Valley Insulators on a new addition we added to our project. When we met with Austin during the initial consultation, he was very informative and provided value right off the bat. The installation crew was efficient and professional, and cleaned up after themselves better than many other trades weve worked with. All in all, not only will I use BVI in the future when we decide to retrofit our attic insulation, but I will also use them from now on when it comes to needs concerning our renovation business.

    Great Company. From the initial estimate for the work to the final installation and follow up, everyone was professional and courteous. The entire job was completed in 2 days with no problems. I was hesitant about installing foam installation, but I can already see a difference in my utility bill.     I had an amazing experience with this company. The men performing the install were polite, respectful and friendly. Beka, was awesome. She even called to check in on my family during the hurricane. Along with a few laughs due to my husband calling them thinking they were the generator people. Overall amazing customer service, amazing installation crew and overall very family friendly oriented. People that truly care as well. Oh and they also called to see if we needed any help cutting down trees and getting rid of debris from storm, all for free. Thank you Brazos!

    In February 2022, this company applied spray foam to the attic, outer walls and under the crawl space of my 1100 sq ft home. Since June when my HVAC was installed, my monthly energy bill has averaged $75. That’s through the 105 degree heat and the first cold snap! I’m very impressed and pleased.

    Impressive customer service. These guys surprised me beyond what I expected. Even after the job was finished.We used them to remove the old insulation and to install spray foam. They had been recommended to us by a friend who had used them several times. We were amazed at how quick and efficient they were to remove the old insulation, clean and disinfectant the attic and then spray in the new foam. Clean and efficient! The difference is amazing.Later they came back out to make a change to the HAVAC air intake and again the quick response and professional.Love these guys!

    Ross and his work crew he sent to my home were all Great to work with. I originally spoke to Ross in 2020 and in hind-site should have done the work then but didn’t. Now, years later and with prices that have gone up he still wasn’t that much higher then the original quote. It might be a little bit before I see/feel the benefits of the spray foam in my attic but I’m glad I chose Brazos Valley Insulators to work on my home. They have a crew of hard working, knowledgeable guys that showed up on time, went straight to work and didn’t skip a beat. I really enjoyed working with Ross, Austin, Logan and the rest of his crew. I witnessed a group of guys that worked hard and had fun all while doing a job that I wouldn’t want to do. If I had a work grew those are the guys I would want working for me. All that being said, I highly recommend Brazos Valley Insulators!

    Was having trouble with cooling down two rooms in the house with this heat. Ross came out to help me trouble shoot and see best possible option to fix this issue. We had two ducts put into place, one in each room and the rooms feel so much better. This was a viable and affordable option that will also help with the rooms during the cold which these rooms were also the coldest during the winter! Definitely recommend this company. Fast and affordable!

    Worked with them on a barndominium project in Robertson County. During the initial build, they did both the insulation and the HVAC. During the project, Ross was great in giving me options and trade offs through the entire process. I went with spray foam on the shell and batting in the walls. To save cost, I went with a lower efficiency heat pump. After a full year, I went back and replaced that unit with the one that was initially recommended and used Ross and his crew again. Both time, the crews were great, answered questions, and did some amazing work on a non-standard project. I will absolutely use them on my next project. Interesting side note, during the install of the replacement unit, the AC was disconnected at 10:00 am and was brought back online with the new unit at 5:00 pm. The outside temp was 102, but the inside temp only rose from 70 to 74 during the time the unit was being replaced. New unit is whisper quiet and not having to work near as hard to do better work.

    Ross, Cassie, and the whole team at BVI are the absolute best. They know what they’re doing. They’re responsive and respectful. They insulated my 100+ yr old farm house and I never once felt like I couldn’t trust what they were doing. Before they worked on my house, my heater would run 5/6 times an hour when it was cold. Today, it’s cold again, but my heater has run *maybe* half a dozen times today, TOTAL. It’s like living in a Yeti. Fantastic!

    I contacted Brazos Valley Insulators after seeing lots of recommendations on Social Media for others looking for spray foam installation. Out of several companies I reached out too, Ross and his company was the only company too return my call. We set up an appointment and arrived as scheduled. He worked with us on several changes on what we wanted done and was very prompt on getting bids too us. His crew completed the job on the day scheduled without issues. Ross even called me today too see if we were pleased with the work and if we needed anything else. Great Customer service not often found these days. Would use again if needed.

    Ross and his crew were great to work with. On time and cleaned up when they were done; they even took the trash that I didnt want from my attic. There was a small dry wall issue, but it was handled quickly and professionally and you cannot even tell there was a problem.     This is THE BEST company to go to for foam insulation. From start to finish I was beyond happy with my decision to go with Ross and his team. Ross came out to inspect and look over the job in our attic. He walked me through every detail and gave me the best options to work within our budget. The crew came out to vacuum out all the old gross insulation to make sure we had good air quality once the foam was sprayed.     Amazing company!We were having ac/insulation issues with our home and called them.The main guy I dealt with was Ross. He is very responsive, honest and respectful.The heat in our home had been an ongoing issues for years due to lack of insulation. His suggestions and timely manner were spot on for what we needed in the heat of the summer.I was 30wks pregnant with our first child when we decided to go ahead with the project due to the home getting up to 78 and not wanting to bring a newborn into that environment.Since the work was done we have noticed less humidity and more consistent feel to the home temperature wise. We ended up doing spray foam and blown in after completely remove the old insulation (which was almost nothing/bare!).I really appreciate their business and the communication aspect of their employees!

    We had 1 inch closed cell spray foam done to insulate our floor before the freeze. We have tile floors and before the insulation it felt like a freezer inside! Heaters couldn’t keep up. Now with the 1 inch closed cell spray foam insulation done we are nice and comfortable! Great service from great people!     I was very impressed with Ross and his team at Brazos Valley Insulators. Ross went to lengths to find the exact insulation batting I wanted. His team was prompt, courteous, and fast. When they were nearing the finish line I went in the attic to look and the team explained the process and pointed out a vent cap that had never been screwed down. Then they asked for a broom to sweep the hall below the attic stairs. I told them as hard as they worked I could certainly clean up. Call them for all your insulation needs!

    Our kitchen was freezing cold during the big freeze of 2021, and my husband and I decided it must be due to lack of insulation. I called Brazos Valley Insulators and Ross came the first Monday after the freeze. He crawled under the house and figured out the problem, which did not include needing his services. He didn’t even charge us for hour he spent at our house. I would only use Brazos Valley Insulators in the future.
