Had a recurring problem with the compressor tripping on high head pressure in the heating mode. Other contractors came out and looked at it, and after just a cursory look, just declared that we would have to replace the whole system. Gary Boyd, on the other hand, did some diagnostic checks, and offered several causes and possible fixes. He explained all the options in easy to understand terms. They ended up making an adjustment in the system pressure (the simplest and lowest cost) fix to begin with. So far (several weeks) it has run without tripping on the high head pressure, where it previously would trip multiple times every day.We would highly recommend Gary and Krystal Boyd for your HVAC needs.
