Had to call an A/C company, because thermostat had no power. Wife got on Comfort form and Boerne air conditioning was referred to us. I immediately called on a Friday, I was scheduled for Saturday morning at 7 AM. He arrived at 7 AM sharp on Saturday morning. Clayton introduced himself and I advised him on the situation we were having. He knew exactly what was wrong; changed out a fuse, placed everything back the way it was. Put in the new thermostat, Programmed it for us. Afterwards, as we were talking found out, the company is a family business third generation for him. my wife and I really liked the way Clayton presented himself, very professional and explained everything to us about our system. Whenever you call for service person, he would be the one you would want to show up to your door. I was really surprised on the service charge on a Saturday was very affordable, Plus, he gave us 10% off for being a new customer. I couldn’t have been more happier, So glad that we called Boerne air conditioning company. I would refer that company to anyone in the Comfort area. 5 Stars

Mark and his crew where absolutely amazing, they were clean, took the time to make sure the items they had to move where ok. They completely cleaned up after themselves. My AC is running smoothly and my home is now more efficient and cooler! Thank you. Highly recommend

I have used them twice. The first time I could hardly feel the A/C blowing when it turned on. They came out the same day within the hour and checked the system out and found the blower was set to low and adjusted the speed on it. The second time was in the middle of summer and the A/C stopped working and they came out the same day and found the A/C Drain line clogged. They fixed both issues and then inspected my entire system to make sure everything was working properly and didnt need any other maintenance. On both occasions they only charged me the callout rate which I believe was like $120 but I could be wrong but whatever it was it was very minimal. Excellent service, would highly recommend them.

This week, we installed the third HVAC for our Boerne residence over the last 40 years. After careful review, my wife and I chose Boerne Air Conditioning & Heating to install a new replacement RUUD heat pump. We couldn’t be more happy with our decision! The “local” company was professional, courteous, fast, had an answer for every question, and their price was fair. Because of their work, we will forever recommend them for residential/business heating and air-conditioning. They stand for everything good In the service industry. Also, It is important to note that by going with RUUD in 2006, we had an AC that served us more than 18 years. Boerne Air Conditioning and Heating sells and services RUUD… just sayin’!!

I had problems with my old air conditioner. They came out and repaired it using common sense. Another company had quoted me 1400 to find the leak. They found it within minutes and had it fixed inside of an hour and recharged for less than the initial company was going to charge for diagnosis.6 months later I had them change out the unit. They got a repair in place on the old unit so that I was not without air conditioning for a few days and comped the repair. Each time I have dealt with them I have felt that I was taken care of.Could not recommend highly enough. In a service industry it is hard to please everyone but I feel like they try to exceed customer expectations.

Outstanding experience! I had a contactor go bad on a 22 year old unit. Called Boerne AC and they came out same day (within an hour) and fixed me right up. Austin was professional and very knowledgeable and took the time to check other items on this old unit. He even prepared me for issues that could spring up in the future. I felt the price was reasonable and appreciated the new customer discount. It was easy to do business with these folks and I appreciate dealing with a local, family-owned business. I dont give out 5 stars very often, but reserve them for exceptional service that goes above and beyond - Boerne AC exemplifies this standard. A+ would recommend!

I had a great experience with Boerne Air Conditioning and Heating. First working with the young lady in office setting things in motion, to having Austin come out and evaluate the problem. Austin went into detail of what to expect with my failed A/C coil. And then a few days later, the owner (Mark) and his assistant Brandon came out and made fast work of making the repair. What I appreciated most, was Mark explained everything and answered all my questions. It’s no fun having A/C issues, but Boerne Air Conditioning and Heating are true professionals. They also have a really cool family history and story in running this localbusiness.If you need A/C or heating work done. I highly recommend them. But I hope I don’t have to see Mark and his boys anytime soon.
