Ac technician / company Owner Michael was very friendly and profesional and quick respond with appointments with same week or next day, including weekends for emergency service , He explained every detail of issue with my ac unit . Also took time to talk about future solutions with my ac unit issues and also possible options if unit needed to be replace , but thankfully what he did restored my ac unit and will run for a few extra years , I will call him for any of my air conditioner issues will not trust another company to provide service .

I will be recommending Bluebonnet Cooling & Heating to all of my friends and family.Here is our story...Our A/C went out during a week of triple digit temperatures and at the same time my wife was recovering from a minor surgery. To say we, and especially she, were miserable is a vast understatement. Michael answered my first call and although he was booked for that day, he squeezed us in between jobs since he was near the area. We were fairly confident that replacement would be needed. He confirmed and explained why demonstrating how knowledgeable he is. While he was there taking information on our unit so he could provide a quote, a competitor company I had called showed up. Michael was very professional and said he would give me a call in 30 minutes with a quote so as to give the competitor time with me to offer a quote as well. That stood out to me tremendously and is a prime example of his character. True to his word, Michael called back within 30 minutes and provided a quote. The competitors said I would get a call later that evening with a quote. I thought about it for almost an hour and decided to go with my gut feeling. I called Michael to let him know I wanted to proceed with his company and I am glad I did. The competitor didnt call me back until later the next day which would have delayed our install even further. Two days after initial contact, Michael and his crew showed up on time and provided fast, friendly, professional, and quality service. They had our entire unit (inside and outside) swapped out in about 3 1/2 - 4 hours. I will be purchasing one of their maintenance plans and using them for all of my future cooling and heating needs. If you are reading this review I highly recommend you do the same.Thanks again to Michael and everyone at Bluebonnet Cooling & Heating. You have earned our business for life.

Bluebonnet is always quick to respond! Texted them at 9:00 PM last evening that the AC at our rental property was not working - in 113 degree weather. They responded within minutes and had a technician out first thing this morning. Our tenants were ecstatic to have the AC back up and running. This was our third time to use Bluebonnet and couldnt be happier.

They arrived at 7am sharp (scheduled at 7) got to work right away with an estimated completion @ noon (5 hrs) all work completed and cleaned up better than when they arrived and bill paid by 10:30. When he was finished with the job, I told him about an issue I had trying to get Nest thermostats installed by another company. Within 20 minutes, he was able to identify the problem and install the two units. The other company spent 5 hours and countless calls to their technicians and couldnt figure it out.
