My hot water heater was leaking and Blue Ribbon sent Christine out the same day which was amazing. Christine was extremely informative, professional and helpful! I had other plumbing issues in my home as well that she helped me diagnose and offered options for next steps and quotes. She also suggested that it might be a good idea to replace the tubing connected to the faucets since our house is seventeen years old. She did a great job and we are very happy with the results. Started when I called in. The women’s was very professional and friendly. We set the appointment. They came one hour early. Luis was very knowledgeable, friendly and honest with what was wrong with my issues. They fixed my problem fast. They also told me about issues with my duct work. It was very old and not working how it should be. They did not put any pressure on me to get it fixed ASAP. Bottom line when I decide to get it done I no who to call. We enjoyed our experience with them so much that were hoping to get them to bid on some big (non-emergency) plumbing projects we have coming up because we cannot think of another plumbing company wed rather work with.

Slightly on the high side but I think you get what you pay for. Took their time answering all of my many questions. I’m planning on using them again in the future.

Gerardo was great! We had done some research to try to figure out how to fix the system ourselves, but felt uncomfortable for a number of reasons. Gerardo diagnosed the issue quickly, showed us how to turn off the power to our system in the future to make repairs as needed, and also how to finally successfully install our new thermostat. Overall, he was courteous, helpful, and kind.

Update: Thank goodness they sent John out this time. He was one of the guys that installed our unit from Georgetown AC. He came over to look at the unit, ran to grab a filter, and had us taken care of quickly. He even fixed our thermostat and took the time to answer several other questions for us. We will definitely be asking for him specifically from now on. We were ready to completely move on, but we’ll give Blue Ribbon another chance.Previous review: Our AC was purchased from Georgetown AC in 2023. Per our purchasing agreement, the unit was to be serviced and the air filter replaced 1 year after installation. I called Blue Ribbon after I learned that they had purchased Georgetown AC. A technician came out in November of 2024. He had no idea what type of unit we had, was completely unfamiliar with the unit, talked on the phone the whole time he was here, and did not replace the filter. He said he was going to have to order the filter, but he didnt note the units model, take pictures of the unit, or attempt to order a filter. I have spoken with Blue Ribbon several times since November (now the end of January) to get a filter. I have even sent a picture of the serial number for my unit. Every time I call, they say that they will look into the filter and get it ordered, but they have yet to follow up. They continue to ignore my requests.Additionally, we were given no receipt or record of any service performed at the time of service. I had to call to request documentation. A few weeks after the service, our unit stopped working due to condensation buildup from the drain. Had the drain line been properly vacuumed and cleared, this would not have happened.

Oh my goodness, where to begin.I have an ac ductless splitter unit that stopped working. I used Google to query a la cart repairs (b/c the price for units at Lowes seemed reasonable), but also inquired about full installation with unit. Blue Ribbon reached out and was able to come out the day following the phone call. Gerardo came out and inspected the unit. Checked things thoroughly, and explained the what and the why. He helped set up the follow-up appointment.The follow-up was the installation with William and Nick. Again, stellar representation, candid conversation about the issue, the installation, and what else they would do to rectify the less than original installation.To say that I am completely satisfied is an understatement.The installation and inspection were above par, made even better with the team that came out.Highly recommend Blue Ribbon!

For those that have never use this company before. My best advice is call them up and have them come to your house. You can’t go wrong. They do quality work and actually check the unit out to see if there’s any problems with it. After the big freeze that we had in Texas here in Austin. I called multiple companies out to replace my AC unit. Blue ribbon was one of my third choice that came out. I believe the gentleman name was Ron. Came out. Explain the system they use. Backed up with pictures and comments from other customers. He took the time to go over everything with me. Well, what I can say is I went with the company and they did one heck with Job at my house. The unit they installed was quiet, he put out good airflow and heat. It was one of my best choices to make with the AC company.I am currently in a new home. With a new AC unit that was not installed by them. I’ve been having some issues with the unit unit. I have the warranty company that’s with the builder. Come out twice. All they did is look at it touched it, and one of them may adjustment to the blower unit. But neither of them actually got the tools out . They never checked the Freon to make sure it wasn’t overcharged. Did not check the votes on the unit. They basically did nothing to fix my problem.After those two service techs came out. I was not happy with them. I called blue ribbon. Luis came out. Very young, but very bright intelligent. He got his tools out and after an hour here. He advised me of some problems. Backed up with #DATA. That is one thing this company does do back their information up.after reviewing the data. I went ahead with his recommendations, but I know if I’ve any problems with my unit I can call BLUE ribbon out again to make sure there’s no other problems. I feel confident with the company will use them.

He’s well trained and has been in the business for 20 years. Blue Ribbon does more than just garbage disposals. I will call them again for any other electrical issues such as A/C or heater issues. He came out and found that the Floodstop device has gotten wet somehow and had closed the valve that lets water into the WH. He reset it and the tank filled up. We had hot water again. I didn’t think to look at that device. Anyway, I’ll definitely call them for any future plumbing or hvac needs.

I had a gas valve replaced in October and the furnace checked out fine then. Between the time I noticed the problem and the service appointment, the problem seemed to rectify itself???? As before, the tech was prompt on the appointment day. The furnace checked out fine and I feel that my 11 YO furnace has some life left. Totally pleased with the technicians Blue Ribbon sent out to do the faucet replacements for my kitchen and master bathroom. Joshua was polite, professional and just a wonderful person to deal with. He did the initial inspection of the areas needing work and was able to give me a quick and fair estimate of the cost. Since we had two areas needing attention, Blue Ribbon sent out two technicians and they were able to get the work done in a reasonable amount of time. Both were very polite and professional. I dont recall their names but they did an excellent job! Completely pleased with the work done by Blue Ribbon Cooling, Heating, Plumbing & Electrical and I highly recommend them.

5 stars cuz my techs (Tyler and Jeremiah) were great and I want them to get their bonus, and the company was willing to work with me on some credit back for services not rendered. They responded very quickly to my call which was great cuz we had water coming through our ceiling. My only issue is the prices this company charges seem pretty high and they don’t offer much transparency, just “we charge a flat rate, 30% materials and 60% labor”. They charged me $3k to replace a basic 40gal water heater. Took them 4 hours, 5 if you count the “free consultation”. Giving them a VERY generous $900 budget for the materials, that comes out to $400-500/hour. seems a bit high to me.
