Benny and his team are great at what they do! They replaced my outdoor and indoor A/C system, flushed and drained the existing copper lines, and tested for any leaks in a matter of 5 hours. These guys are passionate, efficient, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them for all your HVAC needs.

I’m an extremely satisfied customer. I had an A/C cooling issue today and I was able to get the issue fixed this afternoon. The 2 employees were extremely professional and explained the problem fully to my understanding. “Benny heating and cooling” has done my A/C maintenance for over 10 plus years and by no doubt they have always done above and beyond in a professional setting. I had a problem with my AC unit this Morning....Benny and his team are very Professional and Prompt. They came out within minutes of my call. They fixed the problem within 30 minutes and their price was very reasonable. I highly recommend them. Any issues I have with my AC unit I will surely contact them again. Great Job!!

Late in the evening I found out that one of my two AC units had a frozen line. I turned off the AC unit. Early the next morning I called Bennys Heat and Cooling, and being late June their service workers were busy in the field. The reception called her boss (Benny) to find out when they would be available to show up. Benny advised that he was finishing a job early and could come by within the next hour. Benny showed up within the hour and checked my AC. He found no problems with my unit other than a possible dirty filter and didnt charge me for the call out. Being very thankful for not charging me, I asked him if he could service both of my AC units when he had a chance. Within the next 3 days his service team was back. They were very professional and courteous, and gave my AC units a full checkup and cleaning at a very reasonable rate. I will be calling them next year to service my units again, this time before the hot summer season.Thanks Bennys Heating and Cooling for the prompt response and job well done.R. Zamora

Noah was our technician. He was very polite and knowledgeable. The problem was that the central unit wouldnt come on. We have had several technicians try to fix it. It would work for a short time and then not come on again. This young man found the problem almost right away. He trouble shooted and, I personally believe that he fixed it this time. I highly recommend Bennys if you are in need of central heat and air repair. He also ran tests on the outside unit and recommended some repairs on it. I agreed and Im so grateful for this kind of service.

Impressive customer service!Would highly to friends family. Recently ended a contract with American Home Shield (which was a nightmare). Repair times would be up to 2+ weeks. So, I was expecting at least a week of miserable Texas heat. Imagine my surprise to have our A/C repaired in less than 24 hours!! Only company I would trust to use again.
