The techs are professional and honest. The problem is found and fixed promptly. The remi halo was installed in my home and it works so well! My children who have respiratory problems get sick easily and have been hospitalized every year in the past for respiratory problems but not since the remi halo was installed in my home. The tech explained in depth about the remi halo and we are very satisfied. -
