On Sunday night our 14yr old HVAC system completely died on us. Monday morning I called, texted, and e-mailed several different companies to come out and give us a quote for a new system. Having 2 children under the age of 5 I knew we needed to act fast to replace the system before the temperatures became any hotter . Beltran Heating & Air Conditioning were the only ones to respond in a timely manner but it didnt stop there. Carlos fit us into his busy schedule that day and was at the house to give us a quote by the afternoon. He gave us a fair price on a new system and we set it up to be installed the very next day.At 11:30 that night I was texted back by a different company saying they were available to schedule a quote in the morning. It took that company the entire day to even respond back to me and they are another 5 star company in the area. Obviously, we did not go with that company and were very thankful we called Carlos.On Tuesday morning Carlos texted me personally letting us know that Joe and his son Bobby were on their way to install the new system. Bobby and Joe are professional, kind, and very skilled in what they do to say the least. The very first thing Bobby did was lay a bunch of tarps down to protect our floors on that path to and from the inside unit while Joe was outside removing the old outside unit. The two of them worked together flawlessly and kept everything very organized and clean as they worked. They were mindful and kind to my very excited and curious 1 & 4yr old children who were constantly trying to get a closer look at what was going on.By late afternoon they had everything installed safely and cleanly. Carlos stopped by to make sure the system fully worked and showed us how to use our new thermostat.For the first time in the 4yrs weve lived in this house the upstairs and the downstairs are the same temperature. I dont think Ive ever seen my kids sleep that soundly as they new system is nice and quiet and doesnt wake them up when turning on.Thank you Carlos and your amazing team of Joe & Bobby. You all clearly care about your customers and are the professionals I would recommend to anyone in need of heating and a/c repair & replacement.

Our family has been a customer for more than 10 years now. Carlos has helped us with all of our seasonal maintenance work. This week our oldest AC unit quit working. Carlos showed up the same day to make sure there wasnt an easy fix, and he was here the very next day ready to install a brand new AC system. He brought a three person crew that worked over 8 hours on a 103 degree August day, and he didnt leave until our very old house was cooling off again. Carlos saved us. Theres no one Id rather call. Hes been along for the ride to see our family grow, and weve gotten to know three generations of his family, too. Hes pure San Antonio in the best possible way, and I dont know what wed do without him. Thank you!

Beltran are my go to guys when is comes to Heating and Air Conditioning. They are very efficient and have come through very quickly. I have used them to install complete units on two properties and am very happy with my decision to do so! Carlos is very patient and will respond to you very quickly which a plus especially when our ac went out in this Texas heat. He is also knowledgeable when it came to installing our ecobee thermostat. If you need anything related to AC/Heating do not hesitate to call!

They were very fast installing my new A/C. He came over over to inspect my existing unit, offered a couple of options. Carlos Beltran was very professional, kind and attentive to my AC needs. He works very fast, takes photos and thoroughly explains the problems with AC/ Heating Units. His colleague was respectful and hard working. Carol is now my familys AC/ Heating company as he has already serviced my fathers property, mine and my mothers per my request (same day). Pricing was very reasonable and I would highly recommend this company.

After dealing with a broken Air Conditioner, for 3 days with very hot temperatures, a house full of out of state guests and 5 other companies that were only interested in selling me a new air conditioner after I was told over the phone that they could repair my unit. I was so happy after a friend recommended Carlos Beltrán. He came right over and actually repaired my unit. I was happy to learn that actual repair men still exist. They guys were polite and real professionals. I have never left a review before, and although I have never met these people before. They treated me right.... oh, and let’s not forget the pricing... more than fair. No complaints from and I would recommend this company to anyone.

I was having AC problems for weeks with my house not cooling. After researching HVAC companies, i came across Beltran Heating and Air. Impressed with their reviews, i finally called them at 5:30pm. Carlos arrived 45 minutes later and thoroughly checked my unit inside and out and was able to find the problem. Carlos and his crew were at my house the next morning and replaced my AC unit. By noon they were done and my house was cooling again. Carlos was honest, fair, and really cared about what we had to deal with and made sure he got us taken care of. I am a customer for life and so will you.

This is my Heating and AC company now! Amazing service and professionalism. Knocked on the door each time he came in and placed his booties on his boots each time. Gave me a fair price on what was broken and not just wanting to replace the whole system. Because of his honesty, promptness and rectitude, we decided to have his company replace the outside system. He was extremely fair in price, returned the next day an quick to replace. I cant imagine using another company from here on. Thank you, Beltran!!

Beltran is definitely my new go-to HVAC guy in San Antonio. As someone who lives out of town and has a rental in San Antonio that needed a new HVAC system, Carlos gave me a very good price that beat all the other contractors Ive asked around. He took initiative to contact the tenant himself and scheduled time for the installation and took many photos afterwards. Very honest and straightforward, would definitely recommend for anyone who needs HVAC services.

From the start/phone transaction to the job completion, Ive never been more impressed with this company, Beltran AC/Heating. They gave me the best quote to do the job (Air Handler replacement), best warranty and more importantly a top quality job....an awesome father & sons team.

Great Service, great price. I am not sure how they do it, but they were able to beat the other bid. I suspect is has something to do with the fact that I dont see their commercial every 5 minutes during the local morning news program, and there arent any fancy (expensive) vinyl graphics on their trucks. He came out the same week I called and replaced the system (including some duct work) in a single day at a price I could afford. The crew was professional and thorough. They protected my floors and did a full clean up when they were done. No hard sales pitches on more than I needed, no pushing a service contract. This is my A/C and heating company from now on.

I called pretty late because I couldnt sleep the house was like a oven he answered the phone we scheduled for some of his people for the morning between 10 and 11 and he showed up himself way before 10 because his people had an appointment they couldnt get away from and went right to it he found the problem fixed it thank goodness we didnt have to get a whole new unit and the price was good thank you for being so awesome 😊

If I could give this man 6 stars, I would without a doubt. Impeccable customer service and truly reasonable pricing.I used his service earlier this year for an HVAC problem. He literally picked the phone up at 11pm on a weeknight, scheduled to come the next morning at 8am. Came out, realized I had a grounding wire problem. Appt took maybe 30min. Charged me a basic service fee and went on his way.Fast forward to tonight, and I hit him up just because I remembered using his service before. Was even better tonight. He came out the same night I called him, even though it was after 8pm. Found out I had low freon and a leak in my coil. Told me what to do since the unit was still under warranty and offered a quote to swap the coil at a later time but still had my house cold until the coil can be swapped. I was skeptical on his freon pricing but after some research, realized he really is the lowest-priced in SA.Many props to this man and his well-managed company. If you are like me, youre skeptical of reviews. Id suggest you take the chance with this one and see for yourself.

I have always been treated well by this company. They installed a new system four years ago and it has been operating perfectly. They come out to service both my systems twice a year and have done work on my older unit to perfection. I will continue to use them as my go to A/C company because they are honest, dependable, and I trust them. I hope everyone else has this kind of experience as well.

TL;DR Carlos has fair prices, great workmanship and knowledge, incredible customer service. Dont waste your time elsewhere. Give him a call.I called Carlos after doing some research and seeings lots of recommendations on reddit by other San Antonians. He picked up and was able to come out and take a look that same Friday. He gave me a very fair quote and was out with his guys just a few days later. He had the problem solved/work complete in just a few hours.We had a different local company out before Carlos for a quote and Carlos beat their quote by a substantial amount. I paid less money because Carlos has realistic prices and his quality is superb. AC has neverbeen better and I feel like I did not get ripped off. Carlos even offerred to come back out if I noticed any issues at all.

I called Beltrans on July 21,2018 and spoke to Carlos about needing a New AC unit. He was very attentive and was able to answer my questions. I said I needed a New Unit like yesterday! Carlos then said he could do it on July 23 Monday AM. They were on time as he said and his crew were very nice, polite, knowledgeable people. They were very careful and knew what they were doing. My New Unit was installed by 4:oopm same day. They were very clean and cleaned up after them. And also the price was very reasonable!!!! Carlos then explained everything in detail to me and about keeping up maintenance with new unit. I definetly give them a 5 STAR !!! I would give them a 10 STAR if I could. So if anybody needs a New Unit Beltrans is the place you want to call!!! I recommend them very highly!!! Very happy customer! I will definetly call them back if I need too!

My ac went out and i googled a hvac services beltran hvac and services popped up i called them around 1030pm they answered (mr carlos) and scheduled me for the next day to come out and look at the issue and tel me what it could be.next day he called hour early he was on his way told me what it was and got the problem fixed and great price that i couldn’t say no….very satisfied with their services professional on time and great i do recommend beltran ac and heating.thank you !!!!!!

I had a great experience with these guys! A/C wasnt working, called around 6 pm and they came out the next morning. It was a father and son, and they were very professional and friendly. There was a part in my unit that had gone out and they replaced it. They didnt try to up-sell anything else, and the charge was more than reasonable...definitely less than Ive paid in the past!
