James provided great communication throughout the entire process. Install work is extremely clean, especially that I’m OCD with how things look. Used James to add a mini split air conditioning to my garage - did excellent work on getting me the right sized system, a clean install, and took extra time to walk me through the new system as well as provide useful maintenance tips. Hes also been a big help in a pinch when my home AC had a condensate drain issue while I was away on travel and couldnt deal with it myself.

Belton Air recently replaced my ancient hvac with a new Bosch system, and my family couldn’t be happier. The system is SO quiet, and it offers options never available with previous systems we’ve had. With everyone at Belton Air, quality in all areas was far superior to any other ac company I’ve worked with before. I was impressed by their knowledge, products offered, workmanship, as well as their willingness to answer all of my questions extensively. Additionally, pricing for the new system was comparable or less expensive than bids I received from other companies for less efficient systems. Friendliness and good communication are important to me when folks are working in my home…I met with many friendly hvac contractors who communicated well before choosing Belton Air. But the knowledge, helpfulness, workmanship, and quality products along with friendliness gave us the best experience with those at Belton Air. I can’t recommend them more highly!

Belton AC to the rescue! James arrived within 15 minutes from the time I called, on a Friday, after 5pm. My unit had stopped working and the house was 80 inside. He quickly diagnosed the issue, cleared and cleaned the drain, rinsed the condenser and provided suggestions on future maintenance. Will continue to use them for any future needs.

The team at Belton AC are top notch. Tim and Kyle came out and got some gaps in our plenum fixed up, then did a full checkup on our system and discovered that our capacitor was nearing end of life, saving us from a much bigger repair cost later that could have also meant being without AC in the middle of Texas summer. They were friendly and efficient and were perfectly happy with the price for their services. Well continue to use and recommend Belton AC moving forward.

When your builder installs your A/C incorrectly and the Humidity remains high. It is time to find someone who can correct the issue. James Wilson and his crew have my home’s humidity down to 58% & A/C @ 73°. Before these wonderful people fixed our issue Humidity would go into the 70s and A/C would be set at 68. We needed some maintenance done on our almost 30 year AC, and suspected it would need to be replaced soon, especially with our Texas heat, and have been surprised its lasted this long. James came to check and sure enough, it was on the way out. James was very quick and knowledgeable, answering any questions we had and helped us decide what we should get. He is very timely with responding and he and his team did great work. I cant wait to recommend him to anybody needing AC help. We couldnt be happier with his services!

Belton Air Conditioning and Kyle S. is my new HVAC company. Kyle came out for a pre-contracted quick install job. He arrived on time, was polite and professional. Instead of just doing the contracted work and moving on quickly (in a Heat Advisory Warning level heat wave no less!) his keen eye spotted evidence of a previous HVAC repairman’s recent presence and he inquired as to our troubles. He quickly offered advice and did some diagnostics - beyond his contracted responsibility. He did what he could to help me, gave me solid truthful advice, and when I thanked him for going above and beyond, he said: “no sir, that is my job.” Amen. Ive had Performance Climate working on my AC for the past few years. They do excellent work and are honest and fair about fixing things that can be repaired and maximizing the life of the AC system. James has excellent communication and arrives when he says he will. He really came through this summer when we had a unit quit working overnight. He happened to be in the area on another job that morning and was able come over to fix it the same day!

I can not thank Belton Air Conditioning enough. My outside unit stopped working and of course it was after normal working hours. I posted on my neighborhood fb and James reached out to me. Everyone I came in contact with from Belton Air Conditioning was amazing. Kyle was so friendly and discovered the issue right away. He fixed everything and even showed me some great maintenance tips and tricks. He even check everything else to make sure all other aspects of my AC unit was looking good. I appreciated them coming out even at 9:30pm.

Could not recommend more! Our AC broke when it was 115 degrees outside for those few weeks in August, and we were desperate to find a quick fix as the part we needed wasn’t readily available. James was able to quickly respond to us, provide timely answers, keep us posted on the part tracking, and most importantly was able to come out to our house very quickly for the install. Highly recommend using Belton Air Conditioning for your regular maintenance and emergency AC needs.
