After receiving various estimates for a new home HVAC system, Andrew from Barrett Family AC Experts provided an extremely fair quote. He conducted the inspection punctually and the final estimate was precisely as promised over the phone. The installation was scheduled promptly, within a week. Justin and Jeffery arrived on schedule, and they spent over six hours completing the job, which was done with professionalism, courtesy, punctuality, and to our complete satisfaction. They even performed some additional tasks without charging extra. The final cost matched exactly with the initial quote. After they left, the work area inside and around our house in Round Rock was impeccably clean. I highly recommend their services!

My heater was struggling to function properly. I came across a winter special from Barrett Family AC Experts for a full heater replacement, which I knew was needed. My heater was over two decades old and was nearing its end. We had previously replaced the compressor and were advised to get a complete replacement due to issues such as Freon leakage. Barrett Family AC Experts sent Tristan to provide an estimate. After a thorough examination, Tristan suggested that the exterior unit was still in a decent condition and only the interior one needed replacement. Even I could tell the interior unit was aged, dirty, rusty, and corroded. Tristan also noticed an off-balance fan which explained the vibration every time the heater was activated. I was prepared to replace the entire system if he recommended it. However, Tristan saved me a considerable amount by suggesting a replacement of only the interior unit. Our interior unit is situated in a tricky spot above the water heater, making it difficult to access and replace, but Tristan did his job excellently. We now have a quieter, better insulated, and more efficient heater. The quality of a company truly depends on the competence and professionalism of its workers, and Tristan was nothing short of that. He didnt try to sell me anything unnecessary. Its been a while now, and our heater is working perfectly. We couldnt be happier with the outcome.

Over the weekend, my heater started pumping out cold air. I immediately contacted a local service provider early Monday morning. They arranged for a technician, Andrew, to visit between 10am and 12pm. I was worried about freezing in my house, as the temperature had dropped significantly. However, Andrew arrived promptly at 10am. He was a very personable individual. He inquired about the issues with my heater and then proceeded to inspect the thermostat. Since I had recently replaced the thermostat, he verified that it was correctly wired. Next, he went on to assess the heater unit. Approximately 45 minutes later, Andrew had my heater warming up my home again. I sought his advice on maintenance and cleaning. He assured me that the unit was performing well but suggested cleaning the internal coil and evaporator coils, as they were quite dirty. I was aware that the heater had not been serviced in a long time, so I decided to have him clean them. I was confident that the heater would function more efficiently without being coated in dirt and dust. Andrew was highly professional and I am extremely satisfied with the heater repair service provided in Round Rock.

I cannot praise Tristan from Barrett Family AC Experts enough. Hes consistently prompt and will try his best to provide same-day service when you need it. Around a year and a half ago, he installed a new furnace system for me and Ive had no issues whatsoever... until a recent weekend. We experienced some thunderstorms that caused power outages and my thermostat failed to restart. Despite my attempts to reset it by turning the breaker off and on, the thermostat refused to reboot. So, I reached out to Tristan first thing on the following Monday morning. He responded swiftly that very afternoon and had the issue resolved in less than ten minutes, thanks to some secret reset code. This just goes to show that he genuinely cares for his customers and delivers high-quality work. All in all, the service was incredibly friendly.

My boss referred me to Barrett Family AC Experts and i have never ceased to be blown away by their service. initially, when i purchased a new house, i engaged them and entered into a maintenance contract for our furnace/plumbing requirements. part of the contract included inspections, during which they informed us our furnace was working but definitely aging- this gave us a heads up and allowed us to plan for its eventual replacement. move ahead about half a year- we had seen some pretty high utility bills because of the old furnace and finally, it broke down. Within a day, Barrett Family AC Experts inspected to verify our conclusion was correct (that it couldnt be fixed) - our contract included a no charge home visit and the service technician, tristan, tried a plethora of things before finally determining it was finished. During this ordeal, we had satisfactory heat but the company offered to supply heaters and in just a few days, had our new furnace installed. The installation team, including duane and ruben, were proficient, compassionate and supportive- checking in frequently to ensure the house was sufficiently warm (during installation) and offering heaters. The price was competitive and their service makes it worth it. i will be hiring them for any future furnace/plumbing needs- they are spectacular in round rock!

I hammered him with questions, of which he answered all and even helped me locate and adjust one if the supply baffles to our bedroom. He identified and addressed some components that were borderline to keep on eye on for potential replacement; therefore I signed up for their upkeep plan which covers heat pump & furnace. Looking forward to an honest and sincere relationship.
