I loved Kriss attention to detail. He was very knowledgeable about the job at hand. Because of him, Bacon will be my company of choice!!!!!Review update!!!! After a few weeks, the pull out nozzle that was part of my sink and faucet installation wouldnt retract. Initially, we thought it was a manufacturing error and called to get a replacement. After coming out to take a look at the issue, it was discovered that the weighted ball was broken, and some type of rubber band strip was used to hold it together. If it was broken out of the package, all the technician had to do was notify me, and I would have bought another one. But that seems highly unlikely since he used a rubber strip to keep it in place temporarily. We are very reasonable customers and understand mistakes happen. Not notifying me of the mistake so an immediate resolution could take place is the issue. Honesty goes a long way in retaining repeat customers!After editing my review, I received a call from Able, one of the managers at Bacon Plumbing. We discussed the issue, and he sincerely apologized and extended every effort to make things right. He also offered me a $100 credit for my inconvenience. After the call, I can say Bacon stands behind their business!

Another great review about Bacon! This is my second review of this company in less than a week, except this time it is about the plumbing side of the company. My tech Bradley and his helper Jack were phenomenal in installing a brand new tankless hot water heater. Just like my electrician from Bacon (see previous review) they were both great to have and easy to talk to. Very professional and explained every detail of everything. Having to remove our old water heater and upgrade to a tankless, he spent majority of his day with us. Enjoyed the conversation and laughs as Bradley and Jack were both professional and personable at the same time. With the experience I’ve had in less than a week with both the electrical and plumbing divisions of Bacon, they have made a customer for life. Thank you for being honest every step of the way.

Its such a relief to have regular annual inspections for everything that keeps our home running safely and efficiently. Today was our electrical health check, and Zac Dwyer did an outstanding job. He arrived on time, was very professional, and explained everything he was inspecting and his recommendations. He thoroughly checked our breaker panels and reassured us that they’re in good shape. We are very pleased with our service we received from Bacon. The ladies who man the phones were so pleasant and helpful. Tim our AC tech has been fantastic and as he was servicing our unit noticed that our electrical panel was not in good shape. We needed a new AC unit and he was prepping us with that and explained every step to us so we didn’t have any questions. Aaron our electrical tech was equally fabulous and both our new electrical panels and AC unit look so nice and pretty! We are very glad we contacted Bacon and again very happy with our service!

I am very impressed with Bacon Plumbing because of Blake Carson. Bacon provided a competitive price and Blake Carson worked hours to ensure my shut off was accessible and the valve replaced. He had to cut away roots to get the job done which ultimately broke the saw. He replaced it and kept working. He then went above and beyond to make sure no leaks and checked to make sure my water heater piping was properly insulated. No pressure. Just making sure if I needed anything I would know so I could call Bacon. I am very happy with the service I received and recommend Bacon and Blake. Ask for Blake.

Blake did an amazing job. We have a 25 year old home with a bad calcium deposit issue on the master shower. He did he best to go thru the current valve and replace the cartridge but in the end we had to go through the wall in the closet behind and replace the valve. His patience and problem solving were top notch and he never faltered in his quest to complete the job. Fine young polite young man as well. Thank you for sending one of your best to do the job. He was knowledgeable, professional and respectful to a retired professional. He explained in detail the work that is necessary to fully use the capacity of the present compressor as well as replace a rusty drip pan and replace the air venting system (which I anticipated in the many years that I have owned this home). Jeremy arrived at my house and was quite friendly and upbeat. He diagnosed my plumbing problem and immediately came up with a solution. He was lacking some of the necessary parts but came up with a workaround instead. Eventually he resolved the issue with some common sense and ingenuity. After completing his repairs, we spoke briefly about how our problem evolved. After that, we settled up for his work and off he went into the night air. Would definitely use him for needed services again.

Kelly a certified electrician came to my house with a bid to reconnect electrical wires to the circuit box for an attic floor code. Even though it was currently denied, he had the best attitude and kept a smile. I then had him to install a few switches and flood lights in my yard. When finished, he asked , was there anything else he could do! He was ready to assist with the same optimistic smile. I would definitely call him back for electrical work when it becomes available. So glad, I have found a reliable company with employees who display excellent workmanship. So far, I have never needed a return visit for the same order. I called Bacon Plumbing during the weekend due to a water leak. A live person answered the phone right away, and they were very helpful explaining the options for after-hours and regular hours service calls, and what they could or couldnt do for me. Since it was Sunday night and the weekend service charge was an extra $150, I ended up shutting off the water and having them come out Monday.Mondays are busy, I get that, and it was a long wait. When the plumber arrived, Tony, he was excellent. He took time to explain what was wrong, what had caused the leak, and what my options would be. He went the extra mile in explaining and talking about long-term care and maintenance.Bacon has a service club for $16 a month, and joining for a year gets you 15% off all your service. If youre having any serious work done, its a good deal. Specifically, if youre spending at least $1300 on service, the cost of the membership is less than the 15% savings. You also get annual check-up with the membership, which includes things like flushing your water heater.I ended up needing to fix the leak and replace my hot water heater, so several thousand dollars of work. Tony made everything fairly painless, and Im glad I called Bacon plumbing.I did have to wait a long while for service on a Monday, but the quality of service was worth the wait. Definitely recommend.

As was the first service for leaks detection, hydrostatic test, isolation test performed on November 1st was excellent. Isolation detected 2 leaks in the sewer pipes. Blake again, explained in details and choices of repairs plus offer financing with 0% interest if pay in full by end of term. What I like the most is no pressure of selling other services by Bacon.November 2nd, the crew consist of 8 came and dig to prep so all pipes will be rerouted outside instead of under the foundation. I would give this company unlimited stars they are just that good. They say what they mean and they mean what they say. On time, great communicators, professional, courteous. They are how I would love all companies to run. Had a sprinkler line bust and Jorge was able to get to our house on the same day. He was able to get our main water to the house back on (we turned it off so the pipe outside wouldn’t continue to flood) even though the problem couldn’t be fixed right away. The dispatcher I originally talked to when I first called about the issue was an excellent communicator and made sure we knew what the status was in regard to having Jorge come out. We also got a call 30 minutes before his arrival to let us know he was on the way. He fixed the immediate issue. We had Marcos come out a day or two later to fix the bigger issue and he did an awesome job. Fast efficient and so nice. This is our second time using Bacon and they work with integrity. At 11pm on Sunday, my tankless hot water heater started sounding like a jet engine - concerning to say the least. Bacon Plumbing had good reviews, so I figured I’d give them a shot and called around 11:20pm. The dispatcher called me back with a ETA once they confirmed the plumber who would come out. They also text a link to share the location so you can see how far away the plumber is, which is very helpful! Bret showed up in the window provided by dispatch (around midnight).Bret was incredibly kind, thorough, and explained everything (because I asked - I’m sure if you don’t want to be there and get the play by play, he wouldn’t provide it, but I did want all of the information and was in the attic the entire time he was working).He descaled and flushed my tankless hot water heater - no more jet engine noise and scary vibration! It was all finished, paid, and signed for around 2:30am and I was incredibly satisfied that I could then go to sleep without my hot water heater exploding.This has been my only interaction with Bacon Plumbing, but if this is any indication of how they are as a company (timely, thorough, polite, answered all my questions, walked me through everything, etc.), then I will more than happily use them again - but hopefully I won’t need to call at 11pm on a Sunday again!

(he needed to move a gas pipe which required a little sheet rock work on an inside wall). Once we agreed on the scope of the work, he performed the work quickly and thoroughly which actually required a trip for him to go to a plumbing supply store to get the proper pipe fittings. once the job was complete, he cleaned up the area very well and helped us.
