I have to say I am EXTREMELY pleased and happy with the service Ricky and his team provided. We had a bit of a snafu with one of our water heaters in the attic, and although it was a complicated and tight fit, Ricky went above and beyond to ensure that we got a water heater installed properly and quickly. We went ahead and replaced both and I could not recommend them enough. I am very happy to now have a plumbing expert I call in a pinch and count on to make sure everything is perfect. I found Bacon Plumbing after I purchased my new home and discovered the hot water heater needed to be replaced. Bacon had the best pricing and warranty out of all the quotes I received. I was pleased to find they also offered A/C and electrical services. I ended up purchasing a new hot water heater, upgrades for my A/C unit, and an electrical box. The electrician also installed my outdoor Ring camera and new light fixtures. I signed up for the Family and Friends membership and have used Bacon several more times over the past two months. I appreciate that scheduling is easy and the technicians come quickly. Vincent, Ivan, and Hayden have provided excellent service and I look forward to using them over the years to come.

Let me just say this – I Love BACON (Excellent Slogan for an Excellent Company)…I reached out to this company late in the afternoon on Saturday for URGENTLY need HELP! I was overwhelmingly surprised that they were able to accommodate me on such short notice. He showed up within an hour of my call; then he spotted my problem at a glance and quickly arrested it! I was sweating bullets as water was flowing everywhere. I highly recommend Bacon HVAC, Electrical & Plumbing to anyone in the Houston area seeking dependable, high-quality home maintenance.Bacon recently replaced both old A/C units in my home with two new variable-speed units. They completed the job in one day using two crews. The installation went perfectly, and we are very happy with the results. Ive had many Service Professionals work in my home over the years, but the technicians (Ivan, Jonathon, Nieto, Diego, and Alexis) were exceptionally professional, friendly, and courteous. Their work was outstanding.I also had their Master Electrician, Hayden, address an ongoing electrical problem that three previous electricians couldnt resolve. He fixed the issue and installed a whole-house surge protector in less than two hours.Their plumber, Vincent, installed automatic shut-off valves on my attic water heaters. I no longer have to worry about water leaking through the ceiling due to a malfunctioning water heater.All the professionals from Bacon who came to my house were stellar, and I recommend them without hesitation!

Vincent and Ricky were absolute professionals. I was kept informed on their arrival time. Very friendly and courteous, they held conversation about what was needed to be done and explained the reasoning. Once they completed the job, they checked the gas lines, restarted the pilot lights and made sure everything was left in working order. They offered, once I received the correct line to connect my generator up, if I have any problem they would come back out. They look you in the eye when they speak to you. We had Vincent and John come to our house to fix a very annoying buzzing sound from our doorbell transformer in the attic ceiling. After showing them the problem, they presented their repair plan of redoing the wiring and fixing our electrical outlet box (which they gave a 5 year warranty). Their explanation was very concise and to the point. They gave a fair price for the repair work, and after I agreed to their work plan, they immediately got on working.They were extremely professional and got the work done very quickly. They eliminated the loud buzzing noise, fixed my electrical boxes, and even rerouted some of the wires in my attic as part of their clean up work. I would for sure hire them again for my future electrical needs. I highly recommend their services.

Mr. Vincent was thorough and explained how the system works.He explained the different scenarios as to what could have happened to lines in pipes to cause the type of flooding I had experienced but, flushes with tissue made in a few days of use would unlikely be the cause. On top of that the master closet and bedroom were filled with water! I thought the house was sitting on top of a septic tank which included two separate bathrooms! One in the master room and the other in hall bath. To see tissue and what looked like (#@**) coming up through the drain in the tub and shower was horrific to me! He assured me that it had city pipes. However, he did say he would need to verify with test to get to the bottom of it. Estimates were given so that there would not be any surprises as to the cost. He was professional, non-bias, not behaving in a way that would suggest he was only here to make a buck. I learned that toilet paper is not the issue but, toilet paper can expose an issue.

We ran into a difficult situation last week with our hot water heater, and they handled it professionally. We got our tankless unit flushed on a Friday afternoon. The plumber wrapped up the work and we went to dinner. Came home to a leak as the flush exposed an issue (no warranty on maintenance work). Obviously a stressful situation for 7pm on Friday.... they sent out a manager immediately who helped stop the leak and get a restoration person out that same night. They promptly arranged the install of a new unit the day before the snowstorm as well. I would definitely call them again for future work.

I contacted Bacon when my upstairs tankless water heater started leaking through my ceiling. I did know anything about the company other than they had a 5 star rating from 25 reviews. It was 4 pm and they had a technician out that evening. Unbelievable. Diagnosed the problem. Vincent (tech) gave me 2 options. Decided to replace it with standard water heater. Showed up next morning, worked all day, problem solved. Found Vincent to be very thorough, knowledgeable and professional. Very serious with his work. Communication with the company was outstanding. Text me to let me know when he would be here and texted after he left making sure I was satisfied. Highly recommend this company and extremely satisfied with Vincent!
