My experience with Atlas AC from beginning to end has been exceptional. From my initial contact with Pete all the way to Anna, making sure paperwork was submitted for CPS rebate. As for the technicians Nathaniel and Leonardo, they were nothing less than professional. The guys were knowledgeable, accommodating and advising me every bit of the installation. While we’re in topic of installation, let me just say it was better than the installation on the previous system installed when the house was newly constructed. Bottom line, I would recommend Atlas AC to anyone looking to replace their system.

Atlas AC worked with us from start to finish. Pete put all the gear in motion , made it happen. we bought the Infinity Greenspeed 21Seer2 4 ton . Super quiet. Jaime and his team were excellent on the job! Very respectful and also spoke Spanish.Of the bids I received, Atlas was one of the fastest and even gave out prices over email!I chose them because…-They provided multiple price options-Gave the best labor warranty-Provided a list of specific work items (not general statements)-Were very responsive-OUTSTANDING customer service (read below)In addition to this, the air handler arrived damaged out of the box so they had to come back in 3 days. Instead of leaving my grandparents in the heat they installed temporary window units without additional charge! AND when one of the team members accidentally stepped and cracked the ceiling drywall they scheduled a hanger to fix it! (We are still pending this service)Overall, they have the BEST value of all the bids we received and I would pick Atlas A/C again any day! See pics for workmanship examples.

Frank, Jesus, and Steven did amazing work on our condenser and duct work today, and Pete and Nathan were nothing short of informative and amazing over the phone. From scheduling to service call to work and payment, these guys are the best. Definitely going with Atlas from now on!

Five stars across the board, from beginning to end, you will be more than pleased with this company. The person answering the phone was cheerful and responsive. I was immediately connected with Pete, who was knowledgeable and was never motivated to make a sale. Scheduling was easy and accommodating. Jorge came right away to take measurements for new equipment; his kind and lighthearted spirit was refreshing. Nathaniel and Lou installed the equipment and were always courteous and patiently answered all my questions. The staff were on time for both appointments, and kept me updated on their progress. Online payment was simple and quick. The staff will make your experience comfortable and pleasant. I wish all companies were like this one. The job was done ahead of schedule and the product was a great price, so no complaints at all.

Israel and his 2-man team showed up on time early in the morning and got busy right away. They worked all day in the 100 degree heat installing a new 4-ton 2-speed Carrier outside and the air handler in the attic space. Israel showed me the new units and gave me some helpful tips to keep them running clean and smooth. No problems at all with the install except for a minor one with the thermostat. The smart thermostat was defective so they placed a temporary basic thermostat until a tech can be scheduled to change it out with a new smart one. All 3 guys were friendly and very respectful of our property while on site. They cleaned everything up when they finished. I was very satisfied with the installation today and with Atlas overall. When it comes time to replace the other AC unit in my house I plan on calling Atlas again.

Joaquim is the best! We have an old system in a tight attic space and he always manages to get back there and figure out what is going on. He has made recommendations to us for things to improve for safety or to bring it up to code as well, but is never pushy. He is always so polite and professional, and he really knows his stuff. He saved the weekend today by working to find a part on a Saturday so my family would make it through the cold weekend nice and warm. Definitely recommend Atlas and ask for Joaquim!

We reached out to Atlas for a second opinion on a property I manage. The first company stated that the unit needed to replaced or coil needed to be replaced without testing for leaks. After doing a google search and readi reviews I reached out. Jose went out to the property did a thorough inspection of the unit and send his recommendations over. I had additional questions and a Senior Tech superviser answered our question and went over our options with us. The qoute we received from them for replacement was much more reasonable than the first company cost. We ended up going with repairs, as the unit still had life left in it just needed some attention. KAYLA was very responsive and easy to schedule service with. Jose came out to do the repairs to the unit up and running. Atlas is transparent , easy communication and would recommend them for hvac needs.

I highly recommend Joaquim at Atlas Air Conditioning. Our new HVAC system was not working; he took the time to trace all the installation done previously and found many problems. He took the time to communicate with the company that made the air conditioner. After he completed all the work that was needed our system is performing perfectly. (The company that installed the air conditioner were not able to find the problem).

Their team was very friendly and informational when it came to selecting a new unit for our home. They werent trying to sell us a ridiculously priced system and did not pressure us into purchasing a larger unit, which we ended up doing anyway becaue their prices were reasonable. The install team took their time and ensured everything was done correctly. Financing was avaible and super easy to apply for. The whole process was smooth and easy. Talk about great customer service!! Their pricing is itemized so you know exactly what you’re getting, did appreciate that very much compared to other companies. From getting an estimate performed to getting pricing from Tommy and Pete to installation details with Melanie were fantastic through phone, text and over email!! Pete especially helped us determine the exact heat pump unit needed for the tax credit we are seeking, thank you sir!! Melanie was a gem through the install process making sure I received my white thermostat among my numerous other questions. The installers Israel and Leon were prompt and took their time in getting everything hooked up appropriately and Israel especially handled even more questions from both my husband and myself. We’ve only been homeowners for two years and this was a major purchase we were unexpecting amid an unexpected shower remodel. Ugh. But I am so happy my husband found their YouTube videos, they put into practice what they preach folks!

I was really impressed with Atlas AC. I had to replace my 16 year old AC system and since it was going to be a big investment I shopped around for the best price. While other technicians came over, did a visual, and gave me a quote. Atlas stood out. They sent their technician, Jose who did a complete survey of my old AC system which included taking pictures, measurements, and even sketching a diagram. I was amazed by how thorough he was. They even came back with the best price that fit my needs. When it came time for installation, Junior and Oscar was exceptional. They arrived earlier than my scheduled time which was great. I was initially told it was going to take 6-8 hours to install my new AC system. But to my surprise, they completed it in 3.5 hours. This showed they had the experience and knowledge to work that efficiently. I can confidently vouch for Atlas AC. They definitely exceeded my expectations.

We have been experiencing a gradual loss of cooling with our downstairs AC system. I chose Atlas based on the positive reviews and Genesis came out today. He was extremely professional, explained all of our options, and made sure that we were getting the best price. As it turns out, we have to replace the evaporator coil and it will take a few days to get the part. Genesis brought us a complimentary window unit and air cooler so we can keep the downstairs livable over the weekend. He was extremely helpful.Great tech and great company.

My whole AC system went down, and I needed to replace it. I had several companies give me estimates. This company sent a technician to take careful measurements and pictures which he sent to an analyst. The result was a proposal that was reasonable and tailored to my house. I have gone through two complete systems the last twenty-two years. The analyst said that our vent system was too small for our 5-ton system, which created all kinds of problems (including mold). We added the recommended vent which did not cost a lot and a much bigger plenum, and the new system is working the best it ever has. I am truly happy with their service and will use them for annual maintenance. Also, I thank them for their impartial YouTube videos which were helpful in doing my research. I recommend Atlas AC!

Atlas AC repair has amazing technicians that are highly trained and knowledgeable. Last year I had Taylor who did a great job fixing my upstairs unit that was way undercharged. This recent spring tune-up, Genesis really helped me out with my primary unit. Apparently it has an obstruction and he was able to discover it and then repair the issue at a reasonable cost. This increased my units air flow significantly, gave me a better split and should put us into a better cooling situation this summer! Genesis was very professional and patient with all my questions and was very thorough! Highly recommend this company for diagnosing and repairing hard to identify issues.

Pete Valadez was awesome to work with on my heat-pump project. We had discussed all aspects in detail for several months before i finally made my decision. He returned my emails, phone calls and text in a timely manner. no pressure. He gave me a very detailed list of cost, parts and options of several units. Thank you, Pete.I cant remember the name of the gentleman that did the pre-inspection but i never had seen an AC tech crawl through my attic and check all of the vent hoses and vents like he did. He gave intelligent conversation on what was good and what was needing upgrade based on the system that i choose. This inspection lasted several hours.The installers were efficient, hard working and knowledgeable. I tested them as I have a good knowledge of systems working. they passed big time.I had gotten several quotes from several companies and the Atlas price was the best. They made sure that i was aware of the rebates from Carrier, CPS and tax rebates. I even got a rebate for paying cash. I found Atlas AC Repair online while looking for information on YouTube concerning my extremely noisy AC system. They have many informative videos on their channel explaining the different things to consider when upgrading your air conditioner and furnace. I then went to their website and found that I could get a good estimate of the cost of a new system based on my needs without having to fill out a form or questionnaire. When I contacted them they sent out their installer to evaluate my current setup and tell me what I needed to solve my issues. I was impressed with what I heard and decided to buy a new Carrier AC and furnace from them. The install went just like they said it would and I am really happy that I decided to go with them. Everyone I dealt with was very knowledgeable, answering all of my questions and making me comfortable with the entire process. I am very impressed with this company.I was on the market for a new AC system and was getting frustrated with all the local companies (I live in Houston) coming out and trying to sell me systems for an insane amount of money. I even tried Home Depot and their prices were just too much. In my frustration I went to YouTube and found this companys channel which features Kenneth talking about many related subjects. He seemed very sincere but what really sold me is that they post their prices on their website. They have a tool you can build your quote online and have a lot of information that is very helpful when making a decision. The downside for me was that on their website it was posted that they service San Antonio, Austin and Dallas areas but not Houston. I decided to email them anyway to ask if they can recommend a company in the Houston area. Pete got back to me very quickly and was very helpful. Long story short, they decided to take care of my issue themselves by sending two technicians down to Houston to do the installation. The price I got was exactly what it was showing on the website. At no point did I feel they were trying to up sell the systems or features. Pete was great getting back to me and answering all my questions. The technicians they sent were a father/son team both named Israel which were great. They were very professional and patiently answered any questions I had about the new system or differences with the old one. Overall Im very happy with this company and I plan to keep using them for my future AC needs.

He looked at my system and told me things that they said were wrong werent even wrong. My system is 17 years old and he said the things that I have a normal for a system of that age. I live in San Antonio, Texas so its pretty warm here and we do not use our heating element of our air conditioning systems as much. The air conditioning on the other hand is practically year round so instead of trying to convince me that I needed to replace my whole air conditioner and heating system , He recommendation/ suggestion was to replace the air conditioning portion with a the same or comparable brand to the heating element I already have. I’m so thankful to have spoken first with Pete who walked me through the entire process, gave me general ballpark pricing OVER THE PHONE (which shockingly ended up being spot on to our final quote!), got us through payment, scheduling, and kept us apprised of every step of the way too. Stellar project manager and customer service advocate!The GM Timothy came to do our initial assessment and site visit, my husband and I were so impressed with his time spent in educating us on our needs. He leveled with us about three very expensive add ons we felt like we HAD to do based on the other companies strongly recommended advice who came out to us, saving us at least $5k+. Turns out those things weren’t necessary for our house and with our new system cooling us down in record heat with ease, it’s abundantly clear he was right!Israel + his crew performed the installation with the upmost professionalism. Our house is 30 years old with a lot of unique challenges they navigated in partnership with us and ease. We had some annoying requests they were so willing and sweet to accommodate.Atlas operates so differently than pretty much any other vendor we’ve partnered with. We’re thankful to have been treated fairly and respectfully, to have gotten such noticeable care, being spot on in communicating. This is supposed to be stressful but Atlas really made it smooth and easy.Thank you hardly cuts it!!

Had a great experience working with Atlas AC. They are extremely professional, very honest and provided quality work. All of my interactions leading up to the service appointment went through Tommy. Hes very responsive and easy to work with. Charles and his crew came out to do the initial inspection for the estimate and then returned for the actual job. They very thorough (much more so than other companies that I had come out to give me estimates for the same job). The installation went very smoothly and in my opinion very quickly. David Duarte, my tech was great at what he did and such an awesome dude! We had a drainage issue that turned out to be a clog, they got out here within 24hrs of calling. David walked me through the entire drainage system showing me how it works and explaining what he was doing. He did offer a small addition they could make to the system if I wanted it, but was not pushy at all and really just seemed like he was offering to be helpful, which I definitely appreciate because I am bad at saying no. My dad worked in the AC industry for years, and when I told him about it, he approved of everything David did including the price. David, if you are reading this, great to meet you, and good luck in life bud, you rock :)

I was attracted to them as a result of their transparent YouTube postings Transparency is a a very rare quality with A/C contractors these days, so I was very impressed.My entire interaction with Atlas AC Repair was a very positive experience, from the Call Taker/Dispatcher to Taylor, the technician. I appreciate their less than 24 hour response time, their friendliness and professionalism, their honesty, and their pricing. I thought they were very fair. Above all, they returned my 17 year system to peak performance. Been having issues with my AC the last few years and it finally died during one of the hottest days of the year recently. After bad experience with some ac guy I decided to call Atlas and Im so glad I did. They did everything they said and more. Installed system despite the extreme heat, kudos to those techs. System works great, got a great price, they even registered system and applied rebate on my behalf. They got permits and had city come and check their work. Great experience, highly recommended.

I live in the Austin area. My heat would not turn on and there was a lot of work that needed to be done. Things had to be replaced. It was a big job in an older house.I had the pleasure of meeting Bryce and Mike, who worked together from 11 A.M. to 9 P.M. I did not realize that they drove from San Antonio to get this job done.. Not once, did they complain, stop working or even showed any signs of exhaustion. They had to come back the next day with a part to finish the job. Again, they drove from San Antonio to get the job done. They are a great team, very professional, kind, hard working and I would recommend them to anyone.

The sales representative responded to all my questions, the installation crew show up in time, they took their time to do their job, and answer any inquires I had. Then to sweeten the experience, I got an email days later with all the paperwork ready for a CPS rebate.

We needed to have our whole A/C Heating system replaced due to it being very old. We had five companies come and give us bids. Atlas AC Repair LLC was thee ONLY company that went INTO our attic to access things. The gentleman was recovering from a shoulder injury and was in much pain. He went up into our attic anyway, thank you so much. He saw damage from the racoon that had gotten stuck in our attack shortly before us calling for HVAC service. And was missed by the one other company that attempted to look into our attack by climbing up the ladder and just looking in. We told every company that we had just had this racoon problem.We love how we could get a fair assessment of the cost just by going onto their website. Their prices are fair for the industry. Pete was very helpful and patient as we went through the deciding process.The only issue I personally have is the service man that came out the day after installment. He appeared to have been annoyed that he had to come out for nothing as I was concerned that the loudness of the inside unit was an indication that maybe the installation didnt go perfectly as our closet for the unit is very small and their were some issues with the first unit that was ordered and a smaller one had to be put in. Pete was very gracious and sent someone out to make sure when I discussed this with him.Unfortunately we dont do texting, so I wasnt notified prior to the serviceman showing up a couple hours earlier than I was told he would. That caught me just jumping into the shower and not prepared for accepting company and my husband had stepped away from the house also. Just to give some possible TMI info because if you are in the service industry, you have to understand what excellent service means. My health doesnt allow me to get dressed fast or easily, so not getting the proper notification that the service call was happening early put me in a very awkward situation. And then to get the look of. You just wasted my time coming here. from the service guy. I give this info to help that man be a better technician, and Im confident he can. The service industry is not easy and many customers are royal pains in the butt. But, being open minded and understanding of what your customer may be going through is vital to excellent service behavior. I am definitely still giving Atlas five stars. I highly recommend this company as long as they are installing the brand name unit you are wanting.

Outstanding service and work. Pictures were taken before and after the job. The pictures are review by a second person that did not participate in the install. I know this because I received a call after the work was completed so they could do a 10 minute rework of a minor detail. We were desperate to get someone out and was told with other companies no one would be available for 2 days, and our house was already in the 80s (hot)!!! Atlas AC Repair fit us in, and ensured our family would have air for the night!!!! The Technician, Mr. David, was extremely prompt, kind, respectful, and took care of our AC needs in expedited time! I have been with Atlas A/C for a few years and they are fantastic. I have spoken to Tommy and Noah by phone and met Jim. Tommy helped me deal with a difficult home warranty company even though they dont usually do work with any home warranty company unless you are an established customer. My system was replaced and has been fine since. Their patience with my on going problems amazed me. The service team were friendly, on time, answered questions appropriately. I HIGHLY recommend them!!

Incredible service! So thrilled to find a company that has exceptional customer service. They were reasonably priced, went above and beyond, came out quickly, did an incredible job on installation of the unit, and their techs were extremely knowledgeable and knew what they were doing. David Solano and his son stayed until almost 9pm to properly install everything and then came back the next day to make sure they finished everything and didn’t leave anything left undone. They even fixed issues that a previous HVAC company didn’t do right. We will only ever use them from now on. They give you “old school” customer service. We can’t rave enough about how impressed we are of this company. We had several companies come out and and give us quotes. I did a bunch of research on each company. Atlas has an A+ BBB rating for a reason. You will be very impressed and happy with Atlas!

After a very long search for an Ac replacement and replacement of old original ducts and getting estimates of 20 grand and 18 grand just for the outside unit alone and low-quality systems. I found by accident on Youtube ( of all places) this company on how much a system should cost you in Texas the man explained ac/heating systems and all of the differences between them in a way that I could understand what I needed and wanted so I pulled up the company on the web and reviewed the site. It actually gives you the cost of the system explains what size you need for the square footage of your house, I found out my original system I had was too small and that my heating system was not compatible with the outside unit, hence why every year my system needed to be fixed. this is the summer of 2023 records highs of over 100 degrees for over 3 months and the ridiculous cost of electricity. moving forward I got my system I wanted the company sent me a text with picture of whom I would be inviting into my home they (the employees) were all very professional and courteous explained what they would be doing and why. I cannot give this company and their employees enough praise I tell everyone about them that will listen to an old lady rattling on, you will not be disappointed with them.

My experience with Atlas AC Repair was excellent. Pete, Kenneth, Robert and Aleah were very professional, prompt and courteous. They patiently responded to all of my questions and did their best to address all issues related to the HVAC installation. The president of the company, Timothy, personally visited the job site to ensure my complete satisfaction. This is the best customer service I have ever experienced. The temperature outside is currently 101 and it is a cool 75 in my home. This Carrier unit is the best HVAC system I have ever owned. The air quality of my house is better, the quietness of the system operation is unbelievable and the energy savings is remarkable. This is all attributable to the excellent engineering of the HVAC system and the professional installation by the Atlas crew. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who is in the market for a HVAC system.

I’m currently renovating a neglected house. I’ve had several trades come to do work. Foundation, paint, masonry, and now the HVAC guys at Altlas. They’ve been by far the best people I’ve worked with. Not only did they do an excellent job installing both units but it’s like they weren’t even here. They took a lot of time to prep before they even started to make sure they didn’t make a mess. They cared enough to vacuum up insulation that fell from the attic crawl space while they were up there going back and forth. Not only that, but they beat other quotes by 25% or more.
