Called Assurance first thing in the morning they said they could get to us that afternoon and Andy, the service rep, called at 10:30 am to say they were on their way. They quickly determined the issue, retrieved a new unit from Texarkana, and had us up and running by 3. They were the nicest most patient and willing to help men. Heath, the owner is the most amazing business owner I have worked with. I would highly recommend him and his company for any if your A/C needs!!!! They will be tge only company we will use from now on

Heath at Assurance Air was fantastic to work with! I had a very old system and had to navigate electrical and plumbing issues in order to get my new AC unit installed. Heath was knowledgeable about what needed to be done and recommended repruptable contractors. He coordinated timelines around the holidays with the other contractors to make sure that our new system was up and running quickly and smoothly. Excellent Service!!
