This is my second time getting help from Artic solutions and as always they were professional and very nice.Today, Chihani came and fixed our heater that had stopped working last winter.He took the time to walk us through the issue and fixed it for us he also noticed our AC water lines were clogged and helped us clean them out.Thank you Chihani and Artic Solutions for helping us stay warm this upcoming winter.

Had a great and professional experience with our tech. Customer service was very good and communicative. The tech, did a great job being transparent and communicating his findings effectively. Not to mention prompt! They were in my house within 30 min of my call, which I highly appreciate. When it comes to Texas heat is no joke. Definitely using them going forward after not having a service in place for years up to this point. My only regret is not finding them sooner, it would have saved me money if I had.

This company I wish I found them sooner not only are they licensed and insure their prices are very fair. I had a high end company do some repairs and that did not last they tried to charge me even more. Artic solutions came out and was very honest with me about what actually needed to be done. Would recommend them over and over again. I got my service same day at less than half the price of that brand name company for the same work and yes they give you a warranty for their service. What else could you ask for

Mr. Shihani performed superb-quality work and troubleshooted my HVAC unit. He fixed it in less than 2-hours as shown in the picture. Other companies were charging a hefty amount, and they would have not even fixed the issues that Mr. Shihani discovered. This speaks to the company’s integrity and “do right by the customer” philosophy.It is difficult to find companies that are as responsive and honest as this one.I strongly recommend this company to anyone and everyone!

I had call to ARTIC due to my fruitless attempt to install a new smart thermostat and messing up my HVAC system. They set me up with a same day appointment. The technician was on time and I also got courtesy a call confirming that he was on his way prior to his arrival. Upon arrival, I gave Mr. Chihani (the HVAC Technician) a rundown of what had happened. Prior to him doing any work he explained the different possible repairs that might be required and a general reference as to how expensive they could be. He performed some troubleshooting and was able to confirm the issue and expense. He did not try to up-sell me on any unnecessary services and informed me of exactly how much everything would cost and obtained my consent prior to performing any of the repairs. I was prepared to replace entire HVAC system, but fortunately I called the right people and wasn’t taken advantage of.
