From the outset, the technicians were proactive in their communication, consistently updating me on the status of my service and the available options regarding home shield coverage. They presented multiple scheduling dates for the work, notably offering me faster options than the one I initially chose. On the day of service, employees arrived early to inform me of an even sooner appointment. Equipped with all necessary tools and a friendly demeanor, they approached the task with professionalism and clarity, diligently explaining what they were doing and how it related to my warranty and covered parts under the contract.The team led by Jake and Jeremy showcased remarkable expertise, completing the installation of both the furnace and air conditioning system efficiently while maintaining a clean work environment. Their attentiveness extended beyond the installation; they ensured that I was comfortable with how everything worked and offered their support should I have any concerns. After the installation, I did notice a slight sound coming from the air vent, which they suggested could be related to the air filter. They recommended trying a different filter and assured me that they would return if the issue persisted. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the thoroughness and professionalism displayed by A.R.T. Heating and Air Conditioning, and I will continue to update my reviews as I engage with their reliable services.

    I can always count on ART. They have been servicing my HVAC/Heat Pump for the past 10 years and always do an excellent job. Today’s team was Jake and Jeremy, they were very professional and courteous. One thing I can point out is that when I have a service request they come out quickly to assess the problem and always give me advice on how to take care of my unit to help it run more efficiently. Thank you Jake for today’s advice!I totally recommend to give ART a try.

    Using AHS was referred to them, Although they didn’t fix the issue, the customer service was great. They came out within 24 hr of the claim out in ,and 4 times after even on a Sunday, which I appreciated. While they couldn’t figure out the problem, I respected that they didn’t just throw parts at it. They took the time to troubleshoot the situation and suggested getting a second opinion, which shows their commitment to providing quality service rather than rushing to a quick fix.

    We had an issue with our AC going out and freezing up.When they came out they were informative of what they were looking for and why. They did not try to up sell us on having to buy anything new and spent a lot of time really diagnosing and finding the leak to ensure the problem was corrected.Appreciated their hard work in the heat and honesty.

    I had some work done through American Homeshield. Unfortunately 30-days had passed. Versus trying to go back through AHS I called the company concerning non-cooling AC and a tech was sent the same day to address the problem. Thank you so much for your diligence and wonderful customer service!

    Their team is great. They have very fast service and do great work. My inside unit kept freezing and they got it working. Its been about x3 weeks and no issues. My house has be cool and comfortable. (I got the before pic below but no after. It was closed up and I dont want interrupt its functioning)

    Extremely prompt, professional service. Submitted our work order on Friday night close to 10 for AC not working, and had the call and service at 8 Saturday morning. All services were completed in a quick manner, but was explained as it was done allowing for an understanding of the issue. Was able to fix a problem that was supposedly fixed a year prior by another local company, but this time it was done right. Would highly recommend to anyone!

    Yes everyone, another AMAZING experience with A.R.T.! We called them Thurs to set an appointment for Friday, and they were at the house at 8am sharp. Thoroughly checked the outside unit and the one in the attic, and had us going in less than 30 mins. Extremely polite, professional and knowledgeable. We couldn’t be happier.
