    We had a great experience working with Arctic Air Co. We bought a Mitsubishi 2-ton split unit in November 2023 from Georgetown Air Conditioning. After eight months the unit stopped working, and we learned the company went bankrupt. Blue Ribbon Heating and Air bought the company. Over the space of four months, Blue Ribbon misdiagnosed the problem on four separate occasions. The technicians were not trained by Mitsubishi and the management was unresponsive to our requests to resolve the problem. After four months of waiting, we sacrificed the financial benefits of the warranty and contacted Arctic Air Conditioning and Heating. They diagnosed the problem in 45 minutes and repaired the unit within three days.We highly recommend Arctic Air Conditioning and Heating for their professionalism and responsiveness.

    Exceptional service whenever I have called them. They are on time, do thorough work, and patiently answer all my questions. Most recently, my heat went out during a 19 degree freeze. Dustin arrived the same day and re-set the thermostat. He even came back to test it again before saying the job was done. Highly recommend!

    I hate writing online reviews - but Arctic deserves it. A couple weeks ago, my AC stopped blowing cool air. Arctic replaced my system several years ago, so I called them to check on it. They sent DUSTIN, who is an angel and a genius. He figured out the problem in minutes and instead of telling me what the issue was - he actually showed me the part and how he tested it and explained exactly what I needed and what my options were for the repair. And he finished the repair so fast! He had excellent customer service and while I hope my AC never needs him again, when it does, he is the only person I will even consider calling.Thank you DUSTIN and Arctic!

    I recently had Arctic Air come out to service my air conditioning unit at my home in Round Rock, and I couldnt be more pleased with their service. From start to finish, their communication was excellent. They kept me up-to-date through their app, providing real-time updates on the technicians arrival time and the progress of the service.In addition to the app notifications, they made a follow-up call to ensure everything was working properly and to answer any questions I might have had. Their technician was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient, addressing all my concerns and leaving my AC unit running smoothly.Overall, Arctic Air provided top-notch service, and I highly recommend them for any HVAC needs.

    We initially got a diagnosis from a different company who quoted us an outrageous price. We were referred to Artic by our systems manufacturer to get a 2nd opinion. They came out the next day and did a thorough diagnosis. Come to find out, the previous company diagnosed the issue incorrectly. Our tech was extremely honest and even explained why/how the previous company was wrong. The true diagnosis was thousands cheaper than what we were originally quoted by the first company.Our technician was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, explained everything he was doing in detail, and provided a quote upfront before starting any of the repairs. He performed the repairs the very same day. It took a few hours and he even stayed into the evening to ensure the system was back up and running properly. His overall customer service was so kind and he apologized for working into the evening. Please dont ever apologize!! You saved us!! He even made sure to close up the attic before leaving (the previous company didnt do so). It was a small gesture that made me realize just how much attention to detail they have!Overall I would recommend this company 110% to anyone and everyone that needs HVAC service!! We will most certainly be using them again whenever we need HVAC service of any kind.

    I am always skeptical when I see a five star review on these sites. This was actually the second company I called to request an estimate. They were thorough, quick, and honest. So was the other company, but arctic was a lot less expensive with the exact same procedure. We planned out the date and they showed up ready to go. The process was quick and within no time we had new ductwork and the AC was back on. A big thanks to Artic and all their employees. Worth every Penny and deserves all 5 stars!

    I called Arctic air after seeing they Had all five star reviews. I like the fact that they were veteran owned and use all American made parts. Tana was the Service Tech. he replaced the capacitor in just a few minutes, and the system was up and running perfectly. A lot of times companies will come out and even though itā€™s something as simple and inexpensive as a capacitor, they will tell customers that their motor, condenser, etc., etc. is bad and try to charge them thousands of dollars for new parts or units. Thatā€™s something to happen to my 85-year-old elderly dad a few years back. We definitely use them again and recommend them.

    Excellent responsiveness and great price! When our 22 year old unit died, they were kind enough to offer us a portable unit until an installation could take place. Their technician even squeezed us in late in the day to make sure we got a diagnostic done so we could get moving and cool again.     Arctic Air has been fantastic both times we have reached out for maintenance service. Recently Dustin was great. They give information, they are thorough and explain what they have seen and done and recommend. On both occasions, no additional work was recommended, and advice on maintenance was delivered to keep everything working properly. Service has also been very prompt, even in high demand summer months.

    Just had Dustin out from Arctic Air. He was knowledgeable, thorough and very professional. They send reminder emails and texts and text you when theyre on the way, which is nice. I signed up for the bi-annual maintenance check after reading there reviews here and on my housing community FB page. I used another company last year but Im very happy I made the switch!

    Great service! My elderly mother contacted me at 5:00 one day stating her AC stopped working. I was able to call and get a next day appointment. Yeah! Scott came out and worked long and hard in the hot attic and got it working the next day. He went above and beyond to make sure it was working that day. It was late in the day, but he went to the warehouse and returned w the correct motor to install that hot evening so she would have air that night. Stellar service!!! Both him and Katheryn are extremely pleasant and kind people. So happy her neighbor recommended Arctic Air!

    Refreshing to meet a real professional. Scott came to the house next day and diagnosed the problem in 5 min. Board fried. He got the parts ASAP. Meanwhile he bypasses the board to get the AC to work. Inside fan stayed on continuously but it was just temporary till parts came in. When the parts came, he installed the them quickly and professionally. Did a systems check and charged a reasonable price. Cant say enough about his professionalism, quality and experience. He didnt try to charge some silly price saying the system needed replacing. Artic Air, the best around.

    I had another AC company come out twice because our AC would just stop working. The second time they said we needed a whole new unit and it couldnā€™t be fixed. We had Arctic come out for another opinion because they were highly recommended to us by my brother and neighbor. They were able to fix our AC unit in a little over an hour. Never said it needed to be replaced. They are very knowledgeable and great at what they do.

    Scott was amazing! Everyone involved with our experience with Arctic Air Company was awesome!. Madison and Katherine worked to schedule a diagnostic visit and they were both extremely nice and professional. We were lucky to have Scott come out for a second opinion diagnostic. Katherine explained that Scott is the top in the industry and after todays visit I can believe it! In a very short amount of time Scott was able to diagnose a very rare condition that was occurring with our air conditioner. He was actually able to save us a costly repair by realizing the rare condition was occurring, and how to counteract it should it ever occur again. Ultimately, there was nothing wrong with our air conditioner and we appreciate the straightforward and honest diagnosis. We had another company scheduled to come out again only 4 days after the other company had already been out. We are happy we reached out to Arctic Air because Scott was able to come out a day earlier and solve it in a matter of minutes. 10 out of 10 rating if we could go that high!     This should show up as a new review So here goes. Heating part of my heat pump went out on New Years weekend of 2021. I called and got ahold of Scott and Katherine. Answering a call on New Years, now that is not the norm for sure. Scott told me how to turn on the Emergency heat unit and all was well until he came out and fixed my unit. As always, Artic Air has fixed the problem and they both keep on giving great service. Thanks again.I have been using Artic Air since 2005 when they installed my Heat Pump and Aprilaire filter system. I was going to buy a larger and more expensive unit, but they told me that it was not the correct unit for my house and instead installed a smaller unit that was sized for my house, and saved me money. I appreciate this kind of honesty, and integrity. Brian and Scott have always done excellent work and have taken care of any problem that might arise.doneThis is a new review that I wanted to add. Last week I had a question that did not require a service call, and was not an emergency. I called and left a message for Scott at the office, and in no time at all Scott called me back, and gave me the answer to the question.     This company is amazing. We had a cold spill that came in few days ago heater wasnā€™t working. I called Artic Air I believe in the afternoon not really thinking that I would see them that same day I explained the situation to Katherine she had mentioned she did not want me in my family to be cold that night. It was going to be super cold. So she had her technician come out the same night Out around 730 went to my attic took care of the problem and we had heat great customer service our recommend them to everyone

    Google needs a 6th star because 5 doesnt begin to describe how much we appreciate the help and service that theyve given us. long story long, a family of 4 with cats and a dog (and not a lot of money) sitting/sweating away in mid 90s temps in a house with an old (outside unit built in 1993!) a/c system needed help and 5 other companies tried to squeeze us for our last dime. thats right, 5 companies came out and tried to sell us new a/c systems ranging in price from 13 to 20 thousand dollars!! arctic was our last hope. they came out and gave us a quote for a brand new system (higher quality system than the other estimates btw) for less than half the $$$ we had been hearing. and just when i thought we had heard the best news possible the techs said but let us see if we can save this one so it can last a little while longer at least. 45 minutes later there was cold air coming out of our vents. i cant express the rollercoaster of emotions that this whole ordeal has caused and how grateful we are to arctic for going above and beyond any/all expectations we couldve had. needless to say they have earned a customer for life and i will recommend them to anyone that mentions a/c issues. thank you again for all your help arctic. you guys are the best.

    Tana is great to work with. He does a great job evaulating your system. He will keep you informed of possible issues and let you know if he feels the problem needs to be addressed.     I had been using another company for plumbing, electric and HVAC, but they were very pricey and always tried to sell me services I didnt really need. After having a routine check up on my HVAC system by that company, I was presented with a jaw-dropping quote for a variety of items on a system that was working very well. I called Arctic Air for a second opinion after getting a referral from someone I trusted. They came the next day and did an assessment and found that my HVAC didnt need anything. There were a couple of items to keep an eye on, but its in good shape for a 6 year old HVAC. Thank you Arctic Air!

    I fully trust Artic Air Company, the owner and staff are great and so helpful.In August 2020, another A/C company came when my unit quit. That one told me it was not fixable, prepared a quote to install a new one, but I didnt commit then as he expected.Fortunately I found Artic Air, Scott came, and Scott quickly diagnosed and solved the problem right away at little cost of service call. That saved me tremendous cost.Ive had him come yearly since then. Both he and the serviceman, Tana, are both knowledgeable and trustworthy.     Our AC went out and I tried everything I could to fix it, including replacing the capacitor. When all else failed, I called Arctic. Maddison answered the phone and was super friendly and accommodating, finding an opening the next afternoon, mid heat wave. Tana Bushnell called when he was on the way. He arrived before I got home and immediately got to work, calling me once he found the problem. When I got home, he was wrapping up and provided me with a payment link for simplicity and a military discount! He was timely, quick, efficient, friendly and respectful.     The Arctic team is fantastic. Scottā€™s honesty saved us thousands of dollars. Two other companies refused to do anything but sell us a new condenser.     Artic Air came to my home on a Saturday very late afternoon emergency call even though I had never used them before. Scott was very professional and knowledgeable and fixed the problem with my A/C. By 7:30PM, it was up and running fine and cooled down my house quickly.     Honest, fast, and knowledgeable. I had another company come out when our AC was acting up (blowing warm air, no cold). They charged me $350 just to figure out what was wrong, and then provided a proposal for $1,400 to fix the problem (labor only). I called Artic to get a second proposal because those numbers seemed way too high. The first company had told us not to run the AC at all or it could damage the system. Artic was able to come out same day to make sense of the situation. Scott was awesome and professional and informed that the other company was wrong and the price was outrageous even if they were right. So glad I called. The repair will cost $341. I think I found my AC guy. After the repairs are complete and prove true, Ill definitely be passing on the info to my neighbor who is having similar issues with his AC.

    My entire HVAC system needed replacement due to mechanical problems and the systems used the outdated R22 refrigerant. The duct work needed new insulation (house built 1974). Scott & Katherine did a fantastic job for us. Once the job was started they changed out the entire system in one day. They had the HVAC up and running before the end of the first day of the project (which is greatly appreciated in the Texas Summer Heat).
