I have been a satisfied customer for both plumbing and heating/cooling needs for more than 20 years. Yesterday they installed a new American Standard a/c and furnace. I especially want to praise their well organized hard working and highly skilled team of new equipment installers. They are motivated to do an excellent job. That rare quality, problem solving ability, was shown when they quickly found a solution to an unexpected obstacle. The work area was left clean. What could have been a stressful experience for me was instead a good one.

I had the Best experience with Aquaris than I have ever had with a company. I had a new HAVAC unit installed in June. The owner, Peter Haslow, came at the beginning of the job and at the end, to ensure everything was done right. His workers were very professional and left a clean jobsite. A few weeks later, my other ac unit quite working, I called and Mr. Haslow came out the end of the day and replaced a part and it was up and running. A few weeks later, a pipe bust out side. I called and he came out and fixed it late on a Friday afternoon. They are reasonable, trustworthy and dependable and they have a new client for life!

I purchased a HAVC with Aquarius in March and Bernado was excellent to work with. Peter the owner answered all my concerns when my system arrived at my home. The team was diligent and cleaned up after my HAVC was installed. I will continue to use them for other services. The office staff was professional and they made sure I had my warranty and certificates emailed and mailed. Thank you for being honest and dependable.

Very impressed! Aquarius business has been one of the most reliable and responsive companies I have ever used. This summer our AC stopped working (in Houston) and the next morning on my initial service call request, they tweaked their schedule to get our AC up and running. Incredible service and under $150. Secondly, our service technician was professional, extremely courteous and taught us a few prevention steps. I highly recommend using Aquarius if they are in your area.

Fantastic company. I woke up Sunday with no ac and was appalled. Its been over 100 degrees every day for weeks. I called and got their emergency tech Louis and he came out immediately, diagnosed the problem and Monday morning, called to advise me that he had checked and the part was available and under warranty. The office called me and made an appointment and then when Louis was able to come sooner, they called me every 30 minutes to update. I dont remember the names of the women in the office, but they are stars and everyone I dealt with is a credit to the company. Highly recommended.

Great communication. Honest assessment of my AC issues. Offered several tiers of solutions that allowed me to financially assess the repairs. When I had technical questions they spent a good amount of time on the phone with me patiently explaining benefits and caveats for each solution and recommendation. Sales process was not pushy or urgent.Based on previous experiences with home service companies I would say this was the most relaxing, informative and professional one yet.Due to this, I was comfortable enough to confidently choose a complete AC replacement which was installed quickly and professionally.Again, communication was outstanding and everyone I spoke to and worked with was professional, courteous, polite and easy to deal with.Thank you for everything. My house is comfortable again, and my power bill is dropping.

Awesome!!! Aquarius Home Service is the best!. We were told about them by our former AC guys that unable to help us because old distance. We were told that they were an excellent company, very honest and had fair prices. They certainly did not disappoint us. We got a brand new AC system that we are very happy with. Nancy in the office, Luis , the service technician and the installers were all great! Nancy kept us posted on who was coming when and Luis explained EVERYTHING very well. We are so happy with the final product and we recommend them highly.

Aquarius replaced our AC coil in the attic with an American Standard new unit. The Installation crew did a great job with all the details involved and everything was finished on time and the cleanup afterwards was perfect. Our Technician, Luis Alvarado made sure that everything was done properly and according to the original quote given to us. There WERE NOT any hidden surprises with extra costs!We just moved here from Arizona, and it was wonderful to find a reliable, honest company with great products, good service and competitive pricing.

I knew after speaking with Donna, who works in the office and Peter, who works in the field, that I didnt need to look any further for a competent company to install a new AC system in my home. Both are very knowledgeable and experienced and answered all my questions so that I felt confident about my decision. Im happy with the great job Johnny and his crew did too. If youre looking for a quality product, experienced crew, and an established, reputable company, you found one. I also liked the bid options I was provided and the professional service I received. I have recommended to my son that he should talk to Aquarius whenever he needs a new system too or even just a service call because Im a very satisfied customer and they earned my trust.

A couple of weeks ago I had Aquarius Home Service replace a very old a/c system that stopped working at a rental home I own. They met me at the house right away and quoted a fair price on a new American Standard A/C. Installation was completed the next business day and my tenants were very pleased the system was installed and functioning without delay.However, I was not surprised because Aquarius Home Service has consistently provided me outstanding service for about 15 years on my homestead and rental homes.The owner Pete, manages the staff well and focuses his staff on honestly, first rate work, quality products and above average friendly service.Donna who frequently answers the phone is very knowledgable and a pleasure to work with. She has a solid gold professional personality.This kind of service has become rare.

Aquarius put in a whole new 4 ton unit in my home yesterday. From start to finish it was a great experience, starting with Luis coming out to assess my needs and go over the options that I had. He was extremely knowledgeable and certainly knew what he was talking about and clearly explained it all to me. On the day of the installation, they were right on time and Luis was there as well. It was obvious that these guys knew what they were doing and the entire job only took a few hours. Also, the owner of the company even dropped by to introduce himself and check on the installation. That was a nice touch, indeed. This is a very professional and well run organization, and they are local to our area, which is an added bonus. I would highly recommend them, and I will certainly use their services again.

I only write reviews when Im extremely pleased or highly dissatisfied. This is a review for the former! The customer service for this company is TOP NOTCH. From the lady who takes the calls and schedules appointments, to the technician (Bernardo) who came out. He did repairs to get me back cool but also let me know Id soon have to change my unit as it is 15+ years old. But, he never tried to push to sell me anything. He was honest, efficient, patient, kind, professional...and even had a sense of humor! That was a high point for me because I tend to be a jokester.When I do replace my unit, it will be done by Aquarius.If youre in need of HVAC repair or replacement, stop searching. This is your company!

I called to inquire on the installation of a uv light and ac tune up. Spoke with Peter and price was great compared to some other companies that I had spoke with. They were able to fit me in the same day which was awesome! Sean was my service tech. He was very knowledgeable, nice, polite, and explained to me what I could do to maintain my ac system. I really appreciate the fact that Sean took off his shoes when entering my home without me even asking. I’m a clean freak and don’t wear my shoes in the house. I will and would definitely recommend them for service!

The team at Aquarius is amazing! They are always very responsive and do an amazing job. I have used other companies in the past who always try to sell me on getting a new AC since mine uses the old freon, when there is nothing wrong with what I have. Aquarius never does that, they are very upfront and honest on the issue at hand. I have had them work on my AC and even had them replace both my water heaters and have been extremely happy!

I don’t usually write reviews but had to put one down. A month ago our A/C went out in the whole house and after doing some research called Aquarius. Someone came out the next day. We ended up having to get two new A/C units after the issue was diagnosed. Throughout the whole the process, the Technician in charge Luis was awesome. He explained what was going on with the system, what would be done etc. Installation crew did a fabulous job. After installation one of the rooms wasn’t cooling well so Luis came out to diagnose the problem and suggested an option which resolved the issue. Through this process I can say I’ve been educated by Luis on A/C’s. Their pricing was reasonable and customer service was fantastic. I had multiple follow up calls from Donna and Luis to make sure everything was working well. I would recommend Aquarius Home Services if you have any HVAC issues. I’m sure they have other good folks but I’ll say ask for Luis.

After a frantic “No Air” conditioning call at 8am on a hot AUGUST morning, Nancy called me back promptly and scheduled a technician for me 4 hours later. Shawn was prompt, efficient and most helpful replacing a part to get my ‘air’ going again, and he even reprogrammed my thermostat on his way out. Hats off to the entire Aquarius team.

Sean, with Aquarius Home Service, visited my home to take a look at my unit. He was punctual, professional, knowledgeable and personable! He shared best practices for how to best run the unit. Sean also provided the what and why to all findings and his recommendations. Because of the initial statement mentioned above, it is also not easy for me to give an endorsement / recommendation. That said, if you are looking for service done right...call Aquarius Home Service! I highly recommend Sean and this company!

I was really happy with the service provided by Aquarius. I received several quotes for an installation of a tankless hot water heater. I felt that Aquarius gave accurate and truthful information in addition to a reasonable price. They came out on the install date and replaced my two 50 gallon tanks in my attic with one tankless unit within 3.5 hours! We had hot water back again during one of the coldest weeks in January!!! Thanks so much!

I really cant say enough good things about Aquarius. I was refered to Peter and Donna by a friend and I am so thankful....there is a cold snap now and I just heard my heater kick on and it is thanks to Aquarius. Every year when it got cold I had to call someone out to fix my furnace BUT Peter and his team fixed it once and for all. Since that time they have helped me out with many things. Installed my stove, moved plugs for me and cable jacks...and they did a vent fan that required some tricky duct work. So glad that I can call on them when we need help. Oh I almost forgot they fixed my office AC when it went out on a 90+ degree day!

I have not had a better air conditioning experience than with Aquarius. They came out to evaluate my system before the heat of the summer. Normally, technicians will ‘find’ something wrong, just so they can make money. The Aquarius technition was very friendly and seemed very thorough. He found some things that might be an issue with my a/c system in the future but didn’t think it was necessary to fix them right now. He said he thought it best to get the most out of the system before replacing anything. I would highly recommend these guys.
