John is GREAT! During the worst of summer heat and a late Sunday afternoon our AC had severe problems. He did not hesitate to work us into his schedule, make a service call, and remedy a work around until an electrician was able to arrive and fix the problem the next day.

Our A/C went out on a 104 degree day and to say we were desperate is an understatement. We have little ones and pets in the home, and the temp in the house was averaging 85. And because it was a weekend, we were limited to which companies were available to come out. I called Apostle Air and spoke with a very friendly representative, John, who was I able to work us in and resolve the issue within 15 minutes. We’re so grateful for his availability and expertise. Just absolutely excellent customer service. I would 100% recommend this company to anyone who needs A/C repair.

The our AC stopped cooling at about 8:30 PM on Friday the 30th of June . Frantically looking for a service company I found Apostle. Talked to John and within the hour a service truck showed up. We’ve had John repair our AC system multiple times over the years because our system is really old. And it seems like something breaks at the end of the day or on the weekend. John is always quick to answer the phone and rush to the scene no matter what he’s doing or how busy he is. John is the last AC guy you will ever need. Trustworthy and the bill is always less than what we feared, lol. Can’t say enough good things about apostle. Hire them!

John and his crew were absolutely superb! John was scrupulously honest and answered all of my questions regarding what I needed; he was ethical, professional, and cared a great deal about my satisfaction. Having previously had a negative experience with a different, larger company, I could not have been more pleased with the services provided by Apostle H/A. Had a new unit (condenser, heat pump, etc) installed along with an additional inside air intake. John’s installation crew was professional, extremely hard-working, careful to clean up all work, took pics of all work done, and even completed a few additional tasks for which they did not charge. Apostle provided superior work at a fair price and went out of their way to ensure I was 100% satisfied. I will ALWAYS use this company for my heat/air issues, and recommend them without reservation based on their honesty, quality of work, and superior interactions.

Jon is amazing! We have called him twice now for services past working hours! He came and serviced our AC unit in the middle of the summer (1am) and Labor Day while other companies were not able to or would charge an arm and leg. Very informative and helpful! He explained the issues we were having thoroughly, and was honest about everything - including not at all pushing to do the expensive options. Ive had AC issues twice this summer. I called Apollo and they were at our home within the hour, and they did a temporary fix until they came back later in the evening to fix it completely. We had another issue later in the summer, and John was at our house in less than 20 minutes, and on a Sunday morning. He again fixed our issue. We wont be calling anyone else for AC/Heater stuff, and will recommend Apollo to our neighbors and friends as much as possible

Our AC went out on a Thursday night, we called Friday morning @ 8 am and we had a brand new unit installed and house cooled before the end of the day. We wont be going to anyone else with our AC needs from here on out. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would.

Have used them twice and both times was extremely satisfied with the level of professionalism and service. Called one time late at night and he was out almost immediately to diagnose the problem and got it fixed the next morning (needed a new motor). Second time my AC froze up and he came by in between jobs to take a look and get me taken care of! Amazing person! John and Chris have done work for me, my family and my friends. They always do a great job for a very reasonable price. I have never heard any negative feedback from the 8-10 times he has done work for one of us. They have done minor repairs to full systems.John took care of my mothers HVAC issue today even though it is way off his beaten path. I just got out of the hospital so when she called about her AC I knew exactly who to call. He got her fixed up quickly and inexpensively.Thanks guys!!!!

Amazingly kind, honest, professional and friendly service. Texted for service at 10:46 pm, thinking I would not hear anything until the next morning. He responded immediately and arrived at my house at 11:15 pm and had me back to cooling in 20 mins. Highly recommend this company. Very reasonably priced for a late night and last minute service.

JOHN is an Angel from Heaven!!!!! Our air has been out for almost 2 weeks and I am 9.5 months pregnant and due any day. We’ve had lousy people come and take hours to still have no air. I called John at 4 am on July 4th holiday he was in bed and made us a priority and was here 30 minutes later! He was very nice, provided Excellent customer service, and fixed the air in a matter of minutes! He even told me to call him if I had any more problems same day he would have his phone and be available. Definitely recommend this company and specifically JOHN! Thank you so much! I had an AC unit that stopped working yesterday (Saturday afternoon) and the outside temperature was 101. I called several AC companies but none would come out on the weekend. I reached Apostle Air and the company had John arrive within 30 minutes. Parts were necessary, however all parts companies were closed this late in the day. John said he would be back Monday and actually felt bad he couldnt get the part after hours. I was surprised when I received a text from John on Sunday asking if I would be home, as he was able to get thee part and didnt want our family to have to wait until Monday. He came out and within an hour had the AC back up and running. I cant imagine using another company after my experience with Apostle Air.

There is a reason the reviews are all 5 stars. Excellent company that will not take advantage of its customers. I tried to install a new google nest thermostat, key word being “tried”. Long story short I blew my fuse. They came out same day, educated me on what happened and how to avoid it. Fair price, fast response time and very friendly service. Will recommend them and continue to use them in the future.

AC condenser fan and compressor stopped operating, acting like they weren’t getting enough voltage. John came out right away and diagnosed it as the motor capacitor being faulty and swapped it out with a new one, and gave the condenser coils a quick wash down. He was quick, efficient, honest, and didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need, and explained everything he was doing.

I was able to get it working after rinsing it off and letting it set for 30 minutes. But Im still blown away by Johns responsiveness and willingness to come out. Please read the whole review you will see why in the end.In the dead of our heat wave my air conditioner went out. My husband said to call the number on the refrigerator; it had a coupon so I did. However it was not the one he meant. I had already called them and they were going to be there in a timely manner. When he got there I showed him the inside and outside air conditioner. Twenty minutes later he said he was mister fixit. He could fix anything. But not mine; it was too old and he would have to go to eBay to find the parts. Finding the parts that could take a long time and cost almost as much as putting in a new A/C unit would. He gave me a quote for a new unit at the price of $7300.00 and change. Told him I would talk it over with my husband and call back if it’s what he wanted to do. He wrote his number on my copy of the service call fee and said to call him if we wanted a new A/C unit.I called the other guy on my refrigerator and never call back as of today.I remembered we used a company for our A/C problems at my office. I called the office got the number and called Apostle Heating and Air Conditioning. John answered the phone said he would be there in about an hour.When he arrived I showed him the units. He asked where the breakers were. In the mean time I had some heavy duty fans running. He noticed that the fans would cut off and on. John asked how long has this been going on? Since last night I said. He called a buddy of his that works in the Electrical Field. His buddy told him to have Oncor come out to look at our wiring coming from the poles outside the house. He said that we had a (Neutral Wire) that was burning up and that is what caused my A/C unit fry. John said that he could fix the A/C unit, however, it would happen again if I didn’t get the (Neutral Wiring) fixed. John fixed my A/C unit inside and out for the price of $550.00 which I was happy to pay. Oncor came out and fixed the wire from both poles to the house at no charge. Far less than the $7300.00 and change from Mr. Fixit Man.We have used Apostle Heating in our business now I will use them at my home. If I ever need a new A/C Unit John’s unit was less than the other guy’s. Thank you John from Apostle Heating and Air Conditioning your the best.

They show up when they say they will (and response time is very reasonable) Their work is done right the first time and I have yet to be disappointed with the amount charged.
