    After letting Steven know what another electrician had done to my service, he immediately dispatched Jose and I couldn’t have been happier with everything he did. Jose even reminded me of a couple of other issues I had mentioned to Steven but had completely forgotten. Thank goodness they communicated my needs and concerns. We had them out several years ago for other electrical needs and they are reliable, consistent and HONEST! Highly recommend!

    Great experience! Steven was so helpful and even tried to give me advice before coming out and having to charge me something. He did still have to come out, but these guys seem honest and experienced. Hard to come by these days sometimes! I will absolutely be calling them if I ever need help again in the future.

    Our technician Devin was friendly and thorough! He went above and beyond to fix an over flowing drip pan and multiple clogged drain lines that were not his fault. He made sure that we would not have to deal with this issue again. When leaving he even helped me catch my dog that escaped (my fault!).

    We lost electricity inside our house late at night around 11:30pm. We called Apex and spoke with Randall. He was quick to take down our info and send out a tech that night. We decided to just wait for the morning to have a tech out. The tech arrived promptly on time at 8am and within 30 minutes had quickly identified and corrected the problem. He thoroughly explained the cause and how to avoid this in the future. I would highly recommend Apex Electrical AC & Heating and will be using them in the future, should any other issues occur. Speaking to Randall over the phone assured us we were in good hands.

    My 2 Year Old A/C Unit went out last night around 9 PM, I called APEX and spoke with Steven the Next Morning at 9 AM after I was not able to reach my previous A/C company who installed the Unit. Steven was responsive and very friendly on the phone! Within 2 hours of my Phone call my unit is up and working again. Great team and Great people at APEX. I will definitely be using them in the future for my A/C needs, and Highly recommend them to anyone needing help!

    The technicians from Apex did an amazing job on installing a new panel for our show room. They did excellent work, very knowledgeable in what needed to be done. Pricing was fair and much better than most of the bids I received. Lastly they cleaned up everything better than they found it. I would highly recommend them..

    My secondary overflow was leaking on the back porch so I called APEX to have my A/C unit serviced. Omar gave me a window from 5-7pm that evening! They showed up at 5pm on the dot and got everything I needed taken care of. They even went above and beyond and cleared the foliage around my unit and stuck around in 100+ to ensure our unit was running smoothly! The response time was phenomenal and the work is top notch!!!!     Steven was truly the best! He truly went above and beyond. He explained exactly what the problem was and fixed it in no time. He even checked our other a.c. to ensure our safety.     Steve was amazing! After searching the web for an electrician to install a GFCI outlet, I came across his company, and as a bonus, veteran owned. He was able to book me on short notice and was early, polite, professional and very informative as far as explaining each of my options.     August 4, 2023, around 8 PM we noticed our AC started to make a noise as well as the temp in our home not going to cooling temp. I called around at least 10 different places and everyone was booked and could not come out and help us. We are a family of 7 with 5 children and 3 animals. As many know Texas is HOT in the summer. Omar answered when I called and immediately told me he would call one of the other technicians to come out as soon as they could. 2 hours later another technician was able to come and fix our AC within 20 min. He explained everything to us and what went wrong and quickly got us back to cooling off. We were pleased with how fast they were able to come to us on an emergency call.

    We had a circuit breaker that kept tripping . We called SFX Electric to schedule an appointment to fix the circuit breaker. We spoke with Stephen. He walked my husband through the procedure to fix the problem. We wanted to let everyone know what an awesome person Steven was. Instead of charging us $150.00 service charge it cost less than $5.00 for the part. I would recommend SFX and will definitely use them in the future

    SFX Electric was recommended through work. Mr. Fikes answered his email within 20 min and his phone right away. We had flickering lights and he was able to get in next day and came first thing in the morning. Pricing is very reasonable especially if youre a veteran, active duty or first responder. Super friendly and extremely professional and would highly recommend. Ill be using them from now on no doubt.

    Hands down the best tradesman I have ever worked with!After a small electrical fire which also took out power to my AC, I was in desperate need of an electrician. Of course this took place when most places were closing for the day but, after about 8 calls, I came across Steven at SFX Electric. Hallelujah! Not only did he show up pretty quick, he nailed the issue down without hesitation. We own a very old house that needs some work. While we are game to tackle most projects on our own, electrical is not something we mess with. That said, Steven could have easily taken advantage and used a scare tactic to make me believe we would need a ton of work done or else we could be in danger. He did exactly the opposite! He is a truly fair and down to Earth person, and made it a point to let me know that he is not interested in selling me on things that we dont need and would rather prefer to be a trustworthy resource. He gave me some suggestions and let me know what could be improved, and what really didnt need changing. By the way, a lot of those unnecessary changes were strongly suggested on a previous quote by a different company in town, which came with an unnecessary price tag. Not only that, but we have a big electrical job we need done and Steven quoted us significantly less than that other company mentioned.Not only were he and his apprentice kind, professional and timely, I never for a second felt threatened with them being in my house without anyone else at home. It also brought me comfort to learn that he will not hire just any random person off of the street. He makes a point to primarily hire local firefighters and/or military veterans. I believe I heard him mention that he himself is a Veteran Marine. He was also in no rush and even encouraged me to ask any other electrical questions I had, which he answered accompanied by a few sketches so I would understand completely.Seriously folks, Steven is a truly honest guy with character that isnt trying to rake in a wad of cash, but cares more about your trust and business. I am sometimes guilty of relying too much on the quantity of reviews a business has on Yelp. Well I struck gold taking a chance on SFX Electric.....DO THE SAME! This company is now, without question, our go to electrical resource.Thank you guys!!!!

    Ive hired Mr. Fikes several times now: fan installation, security camera installation, outlet work, etc. I even hired him once after my house had been struck by lighting to make sure everything was okay. He never disappoints. He is reliable, professional, and charges fair prices. I dont have enough good things to say about this excellent tradesman!

    Steven is very professional, arrived 25 minutes after I called, but also seemed to genuinely care about my situation. My family and I just moved to New Braunfels from Pennsylvania and our dryer needed some help. Unfortunately, my dryer had met an unfortunate end as it was 14+ years old. That being said, Steven was extremely knowledgeable and probably the most honest person Ive come across in a very long time. Not only did he take the the time to educate me on what went wrong with my dryer, he also spent his valuable time filling me in on New Braunfels. It was a pleasure doing business with sFx Electric and will most definitely recommend them and use them in the future.

    If you think you have an electrical issue this is the guy to call! I called SFX because I’ve had some issues with an unusually high number of light bulbs burning out and was looking for a quote. Instead of charging me for a service call I got advice on how to troubleshoot my own issue and even some tips for how to deal with NBU in case the problem is with their equipment.What other electrician would turn down work to make sure I wasn’t wasting my money and help me solve my own problem.I will only be calling SFX when and if I need an electrician!
