I called Apache on Monday morning at 8:30 and the front office was able toSchedule me and sent someone out around 12:30 PM the same day. My technician was Nick. He was very respectful of my home. wore shoe covers. Stated quiet whileI worked from home and made sure the doors stay closed. He updated me on every step during the process, the pricing was very fair And the service was quick and honest. I would definitely recommend Apache for anyone in the Kyle Austin area.

I am changing my review. The “Swiss cheese model” seems to be at play. Both in their side and mine. After speaking with the owner we have worked to resolve all my concerns. I have three units (indoor and outdoor at a house and a split unit at the barn) that Apache has installed and maintained for us. We appreciate their willingness to work with us, adjust to our schedules and hear our concerns. Thank you for the hard work in a horrible economic situation. Absolutely Terrific! Justin was honest and informative , and got a non-working AC up and running in no time! They came out promptly, same day as I called. He diagnosed the issue , and then gave me some non-urgent recommendations to consider for a future repair. I felt completely taken care of by Apache and that they didn’t overcharge me I felt like everything was honest. I’m so thankful for them! You’ll definitely be in good hands if you need any of their services.

Apache Air & Heat crew came out and installed a new AC in our downstairs as well as upgraded some parts for our upstairs unit. The 4 gentleman arrived on time and worked very hard to complete the installation. Everything was discussed in detail to understand the issue and come up with the best solution. The technicians were extremely kind and diligent. Travis led the crew and his expertise of the AC system was amazing. We now have clean and cool air! This was a first time service call from Apache. Our technician asked for a detailed explanation of the HVAC issue. They asked for a quick tour of all the HVAC components and proceeded to check their operation. They identified the fan motor issue and suggested a resolution. After the repair, they tested the system and noted 2 other issues for us to monitor. Very professional and knowledgeable. We would recommend them and plan to use their maintenance plan.

I called Apache when the people Ive used for years canceled my appointment. My house was hot and I needed help. They scheduled me ASAP and came out that next Monday. The technician, Justin, was very knowledgeable and found the problem right away. It was an ongoing problem which couldve been fixed a year before, if the people who had been servicing it would have done it. But, evidently they had just didnt want to deal with it and I had no idea! Justin took the time to fix it and now my house is cooler than its been in years. What a relief to have found Apache! My AC went out and after hearing from a different company it was diagnosed as the capacitor needing to be replaced. I was told about Apache Air and Heat. Stephen arrived the same day. He did a thorough examination and it turns out that the capacitor wasn’t the problem at all! A speedy response time and clearly understood explanation on what actually had caused its failure and then fixing it happened within an hour and I’m no longer melting. I’m so very thankful and feeling truly taken care of.Grateful in the Hill County

I had Apache Air over to my house for a 2nd time recently and I cannot stress enough how pleased I am yet again. Both visits they have helped me understand some issues with my a/c unit that unfortunately were caused by a different previous company. This last time I had Travis out and just like my previous experience with Herman, he was on time, polite, extremely thorough and very transparent about my issues and the best option for repair. I am having them back out soon to complete the major repair I currently need and I will be getting on their maintenance program for the long run.

I screwed up a smart thermostat installation (from now on, I leave it to the pros). I wasnt going to use the ultra-expensive HVAC company that serves so many in the Blanco area (no names, I suppose). Several people recommended Apache. Jason came promptly, spent a lot of time diagnosing the mess I had made, and fixed it. Turns out no parts required. And no pressure for annual service contracts. He just did the repair. And the cost was perhaps (should I say it?) too low. Six stars. Im going to have them back for all future HVAC work.

Tech was professional and did a good job. what i didnt like was the charges. the service fee was fine. i expected that. my mistake was approving the instalation of two safety switches without getting the price up front. i know that these switches cost about 20 to 30 dollars apiece. when i was billed 200 dollars for each one i was shocked. i told the tech to install without getting the price up front so i paid the bill. i will not use your services in the future.update—the owner reached out to me on the bill i was charged. we have cleared up the misunderstanding and i am now satisfied with the service. i have upgraded my review.

Apache was amazing! AC went out last night, and it’s slated to be one of the hottest weeks yet. I sent them a message Monday morning at 6 AM, they called me back before 8 AM and were at my house by early afternoon. Steven identified the issue within minutes of being here and had it fixed in 10 minutes. He looked at a couple other things with the duct work I was concerned with and offered his suggestions. We needed to replace an old AC/Heat system in our residence. There are quite a few companies out there who do this type of service. I had used Apache Air and Heat previously for a fairly minor service and I was impressed by the quality of the technician. Since replacing a system is expensive I asked folks who had used Apache Air what they thought of the company. Nothing but high praise. So, we set up an appointment for a replacement estimate. Estimate was given by a real nice, professional and efficient technician. We went with Apache Air. On the replacement date, December, 2021, the Apache Air team arrived on time and hit the ground running...no messing around. Real nice bunch of guys that were respectful of our property. They were fast and replaced our worn out system with a quality product. Were happy. I highly recommend Apache Air and Heat for anything related to ac/heat. Theyre great!!! Thank you.

Our AC went out in the heat of the summer in Johnson City and we ended up needing the entire, older unit replaced. From easy/friendly scheduling with Bridget to consultation with the owner Steven, who stood out in the sweltering heat and patiently went over several options and made multiple additional economical suggestions for improving the cooling in our home, to a quick and professionally installed AC unit that is doing an excellent job of both cooling and heating our home, all at a fair price, our experience with Apache has been top-notch (even their hold music).

It is a nice service that a text is sent prior to the techs arrival which shares a picture and brief bio. Tres had the AC problem diagnosed and fixed in less than an hour. Replaced our system with apache. Other companies quoted us astronomical prices of 13 thousand and higher. It included equipment for a residential home that didnt seem necessary. Unfortunately our system failed prior to our scheduled install. They were able to come early and accommodate 5 days early our install. I manage a bed and breakfast with 3 houses on the property, all these houses are old, they are leaky because they are not air tight. Apache’s owner and staff go above & beyond even on holidays. July 4, 2019 at 7pm my a/c stopped working.
