The dishwasher repair man was very, very courteous. He was on time. Most importantly, he fixed the dishwasher that previous repair guys from different companies either couldn’t or didn’t fix the first time. This company was assigned via a home warranty company. But, I would definitely use Angel A/C again and especially Javier Soto.

It was available locally and he was kind enough to come back today, the same day he diagnosed the problem, to do the repair. Excellent customer service, Javier. Thank you for a job well done.

My client in Rosharon recently had an air conditioning issue. While it was his Home Warranty company that sent out a technician, I was incredibly impressed with the service we received from Angel AC in Rosharon.The young technician, Rody S, who came out (possibly one of the sons running the family business!) was exceptionally polite and demonstrated a strong work ethic. He quickly diagnosed the problem and patiently explained everything to me, ensuring I understood the solution before proceeding. After the diagnosis, he said hell call the warranty company and tell them the issue. He said the problem should be covered under warranty.Giving them 4/5 stars. I must say, there was some confusion on setting the appointment. Warranty company emailed me one date, but Angel AC said it was for a different date. So the receptionist was not very understanding to my situation.Even though we didnt choose Angel Ac ourselves, their professionalism and customer care were top-notch. Its clear this family-owned business prioritizes quality service. If youre in Rosharon and need AC repair, I highly recommend recommending Angel AC for your HVAC and Home Appliances.

Rudys was able to get to my home quickly. He was very knowledgeable and he had a capacitor on his truck! Rudy ran a diagnostic, replaced the capacitor and had my AC unit up and running in less than an hour!

Brody was so nice and professional. My AC unit had been down for a week and I contacted Brody because he had done work on a family member’s home. He came out and within a matter of minutes he was able to diagnose the problem. When he returned to do that work he was very fast and very knowledgeable about the system. I highly recommend this company, after going a Month and half on waiting on a company the home warranty sent that had No clue. My dryer went out and stopped heating. After waiting so long my home warranty people finally sent a company that knew their job. My Technician was Rodys he was very professional explained to me our issue and was efficient about getting the part order and dryer fixed. He notice another small problem with a burn wire and fixed it as well. Our AC wasn’t cooling, so we booked an appointment with Angel AC. At first they said it would be the following day before they could come out because they were booked. But Rodys gave us a call not long after and said he could be out within 30 minutes. He arrived and determined it was our capacitor that was bad, and he had it repaired/replaced within no time. Very professional technician and knows his craft. Highly recommend Angel AC. We will definitely call them for any future AC problems.

They fixed my Kenmore washing machine. Rodys Sanchez came to the house, had the problem diagnosed in a couple of minutes. And went to his truck and ordered the part. It took longer to come in than I had hoped, but when it did he spent less than half an hour fixing the machine. He and the person that answered the phone were very friendly. I would recommend Angel AC and Mr. Sanchez to be given first chance on your repair job. The fifth star would have been for faster part arrival.

Angel AC has helped twice, once to help with my washer and the second time to help with my dryer. After the first service request I specifically asked my warranty company for this company. On both times they were on time and had great customer service. They walked us through the problem both times. During times of COVID-19 restrictions both of the technicians used masks. They take credit card which was a plus! I highly recommend!

This company has saved me and my family money and suffering ( no AC in 100 degree weather) at least 3 times over the years . We have moved to 3 different homes in the last 7 yrs....and we finally settled into where we are staying....of course each different home always seemed to have an issue with the AC. You know the deal -the AC always goes out on the hottest day of the year or during a holiday where most people are closed or if they do come out (on a holiday) they want to charge you double. Well Roady has always been spot on with us when I have called him. Each time he has got us back up and running fast! He has saved me money by being honest with me when other AC companies were not. Just an all around honest skilled and respectable person\company to do business with. I would highly recommend them.Def 5 star rating from me! *****

I am very satisfied with my service on my dryer. Javier came out and was very professional and found the solution to the couple of issues my dryer was experiencing. He called me and advised me he was on route with an ETA and arrived and got to work. Javier was also very kind and explained to me the cause of issues and how he fixed the issues.
