    I had problems with my AC on Sunday afternoon. Andrew Smith companies was able to arrange for service technician to come on evening. Andrew determined the issues and fixed them promptly. Also - all documentation, photos of the work was sent to me immediately. Overall, a very good experience with Andrew Smith.

    Andrew and Team are the best HVAC out there! We have a tiny home and the AC went with a guest there. He got out there in a timely fashion and it ended up being a dirty filter which caused the system to freeze. Highly recommended.

    I called Andrew Smith HVAC service on a Sunday morning when my furnace died in zero degree weather. He responded promptly and arrived as promised. He diagnosed the problem and gave an fair priced estimate. Because it was a holiday weekend he could not get the part for 2 days. He recommended I call a competitor stating they may have the part in their shop and he trusted them. The competitor did not have the part so I scheduled with Andrew and bought space heaters! Andrew arrived early on the scheduled day and had my furnace up and running quickly. I highly recommend the company as they are reliable, trustworthy and fair. They are the firat HVAC company I will call whenever needed in the future!

    Andrew is a life saver. Last week our thermostat stopped working and so we have no heat in the house. I called a lot of hvac services and he is the only one who can come on the same day. He came on time and fixed it without charging us an arm and leg. He is very honest and Im so glad we found him.     Andrew was able to come out to our house same dayā€¦actually an hour earlier than expected. He came in, diagnosed the issue, fixed it (just a capacitor issue), checked Freon levels, cleaned everything and put tabs in the hvac unit, and it only took about an hour. I would highly recommend him, and weā€™ll be using him again for any further hvac needs!

    Andrew replaced a sensor in our heat pump for air conditioning. Hes absolutely amazing, very professional and diligent.     From the time you call, communication is on point and you get an appointment right away and pricing was WAY better than anyone else. You need to call Andrew Smith before all others and heres why. My day started calling another 24hr no overtime charge big company. 3 hours later with no ETA after multiple calls. I called Andrew Smith who had a good idea of the issue just by the description I gave over the phone. He was at my house in less than 45min. Quickly diagnosed the problem, repaired and had us up and running. When complete with the repair did a full maintenance on my AC, including inspecting all other components(no issues found & no upsell), checked and cleaned float switch piping, all as part of the service at no additional cost. Andrew Smith is a locally owned an operated business. I asked a ton of questions while he was here and Andrew was happy to answer them and was not bothered at all. Good local family business, do not hesitate to call just because you may think a big business is better.

    I own a coffee shop and restaurant on the Square in downtown McKinney. I called Andrew Smithā€™s air-conditioning business and unlike most large service companies, Andrew himself answered the phone. Was kind and responsive and immediately scheduled me for maintenance. He listened to the needs I had and said that James would be available that day. He asked me what time is convenient and explained the anticipated charges. James, the service technician was wonderful. Professional, patient, asked questions and then took a look at everything and thoroughly explained to me everything he found and needed to be done. As someone who owns her own business and who appreciates the value of good communication and customer service, both James and Andrew knocked it out of the park! Highly recommend their services šŸ˜

    Andrew and his crew were at our house less than 12 hours after reaching out about a broken AC at 11:30 PM in the heat of a Texas summer. Amazing!!! He is highly educated on HVAC systems and takes the time to fully examine the units before making a diagnosis or presenting solutions. He did a thorough check of our A/C, cleaned the outside condenser unit and declared us fit for summer duty.     Andrew was very friendly and professional. He returned our unit to its best working order since we installed it a few years ago. The last couple of people/companies who came to ā€œfind & repair the problemsā€ just changed filters, added coolant, & charged us for patching issues they never resolved.They came out, found the problem, addressed it with us, fixed on the spot, and it was very affordable for the problems we needed resolved. They spent all morning working on my HVAC unit, but it is working better than the day it was first installed!!!He came over within 24 hrs of booking the appointment, showed up on time, and left everything very clean and working so nice and working GREAT!!     My a/c system stopped cooling so I did a Google search for repair companies near me. Andrew got really good reviews and I really liked all the comments people were giving so I thought I would give him a try. Let me tell you, the great reviews he was receiving were well deserved. He was early for our appointment, very personable, knowledgeable and genuine. You can tell he cares and he is there to help you, not pad his pockets. I am going to need a new system in the near future and I will definitely be reaching back out to Andrew.

    Andrew was exceptional. Customer service these days is nearly obsolete. However not with this business. Andrew was on time, thorough and beyond helpful. His prices were reasonable and even gave us a discount we didnā€™t know about. We plan on replacing our entire system soon and I guarantee we will be going through his company for it.     Andrew is very knowledgeable and above all honest. He will make repairs necessary to extend the life of your unit when possible But also give you an idea regarding how much life is left before you need a Replacement. Andrew shows up on time and is very quick to respond. I have used him several times: to install my nest thermostats as well as a small repair and maintenance to keep my 20-year-old AC unit working. Highly recommend him.

    Andrew is an amazing individual. I came home to a house that had been out of propane for over a week during the winter storm to find that my furnace wasnā€™t working after the propane delivery. I called Andrew on a Saturday morning at 8:30 and he was at the house by 10:00am! He had one part but had to order the other. Showed up at 10:00 again on Monday and has me up and running again. So glad I stumbled on his number when searching for a repair person. Price was very reasonable and he even checked my whole system to make sure there were no leaks or other issues. Will definitely use again for any future HVAC needs!!

    A couple of days ago my AC unit would not kick on and my house was very humid and getting warmer. I googled HVAC near me as it was 7:15pm and wanted to get it fixed before the end of the night. I called Baker Brothers and A#1 Air and spoke to customer service who said a technician would reach out, they never did. (As of me posting this smother still havenā€™t even called and itā€™s been 3 days.) I then saw Andrew Smith HVAC Services as closing soon. I figured Iā€™d give it a shot and give them a call. Andrew answered and I explained the situation and he said he would come out that night and get it fixed. Andrew showed up and was able to diagnose the issue and repair it in a timely manner. I typically do not post reviews however I know the importance of reviews for small businesses and I wouldnā€™t use anybody elseā€™s HVAC services after meeting Andrew. I called them because of the great reviews he had as well. I also signed up for his preventative maintenance service as well. Andrew was very knowledgeable, timely and very respectful. If you need any HVAC services I recommend Andrew!
