🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 service, replaced wall-heater with a new Monterey Top-Vent Wall Heater 35,000 BTUH, 66% AFUE, Natural Gas , and a thermostat, 100% satisfied, I definitely will call Anchor Air again for future HAVAC service . -

Technicians came in and got my heater ready for winter. Very courteous team. Showed me what I can do during the winter to keep the unit working efficiently and checked twice for a noise I had last year, but didnt show up during their visit. Figures. ☹️ They would come back out anytime I would need them. Sticking with Anchor Air from now on. Good price for service. -

Arthur at Anchor was responsive to our needs and quite accommodating. Alex, the tech who actually accomplished the work was polite, professional and kept his work area neat and clean. All work was completed in a timely and satisfactory manner. I will call on them again and highly recommend Anchor Air. -

Anchor Air saves the day. I would definitely recommend this company. They walked into a mess so I gave them a call and after interviewing several contractors, I knew they were the ones. Rudy was dispatched. He’s very professional. He showed up pronto, did a proper assessment which lead to an affordable agreement. They even made sure to clean up before they left our house which seems to be very hard to get in El Paso these days - Thanks Again -

Anchor Air always does a great job for a great price. Took care of our Evap. Cooler problem within 2 hours of us calling to see if they worked on Evap. Coolers (not everyone does anymore). Arthurs team is always on point. Wouldnt use anyone else for HVAC. -

Arthurs team at Anchor Air was an excellent choice for our A/C conversion. Arthur listened to and respected my wants during consult. He found a way to make it happen. His price was fair and affordable. His team was professional. They worked hard, finished every aspect of the job, and cleaned daily. When the progress got slowed down to do external factors, his team keep working to get us our air. They even went out of their way to work on Memorial Day day when they found out we had a newborn! Can’t sing their praises enough! Amazing work at an amazing price! Done right the first time! -

Called on a Tuesday shortly before noon about a bad A/C at one of my apartments. Technicians showed up about 3 hours later, diagnosed the problem to be a leaking evaporator coil. They installed the the new part the following morning. Tenant happy, landlord happy. Very professional staff and reasonable prices. -

I’m a long time customer but this is my first air conditioner purchase with them. After getting several quotes, we chose Anchor Air because they had the best pricing and helped us choose the best brand and model for our needs. The install went off without a hitch and did not need modifications to our curb because Arthur was able to get us the same brand air conditioner so they were able to basically just drop it in. -

The 5 ton replacement unit for my 22year old a/c system was professionally and promptly installed. The price for the new unit was fair. Great care was taken in removing the old unit and in keeping the work area clean. I am very satisfied with Anchor Air contractors and highly recommended them for HVAC work. -
