I am absolutely thrilled with the service I received from American pro ac company in Richmond, Texas! the staff was friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable. The technicians were prompt, professional, and did an excellent job. They took the time to explain everything and made sure I was comfortable with the installation. The follow-up service has been top-notch as well. Im so impressed with the level of expertise and customer care. I cant thank Hamad enough!!! He came to do a AC Tune Up several years back. And did a Great Job. One of our Heating Units stopped working recently, my husband tried to take care of it quickly before I was back from my trip and hired some AC Repair guys from Facebook Marketplace just to find out that they actually messed up the working unit, sold him thermostats when it was not even needed LOL We finally reached out to Hamad when I got back yesterday and today came and fixed it all for us. He even installed our previous thermostat back and made sure all the units are working both Heat and AC!!! I now have Hamads number on my fridge, just in case 🤣 Dont waste your money like we did, call American Pro AC for all your AC or Heat issues. They are family-owned and work with Integrity. -

I can’t recommend Donny enough for HVAC repairs! I have a smart AC unit with multiple sensors and communicating components, which makes it tricky to diagnose and fix. The first technician I hired had no idea how to handle it, and the second insisted that replacing the control board—the most expensive route—was my only option.Then Donny came along. He spent hours thoroughly testing and troubleshooting the system, patiently figuring out the real issue. His dedication and expertise saved me a significant amount of money, as he got my AC and heat up and running for a fraction of the cost I was previously quoted.Donny is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and polite. It’s clear he genuinely cares about his work and his customers. From now on, he’s the only HVAC expert I’ll trust with my system. Couldnt recommend him more. -

Were part of their AC/Furnace maintenance program and have them come out twice yearly to perform minor checks and the information they provide in addition to doing the work is very helpful. They are extremely knowledgeable and are always there to answer any additional questions we have and provide insight. We will definitely be renewing the contract. -
