Back in 2018 we hired a new air conditioning company from a referral we got from a friend. Best decision we made. We needed new units installed and the pricing was competitive. The team was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient from start to finish. They provided a tailored solution that perfectly met our needs and ensured a smooth installation process. What impressed us the most was their commitment to customer satisfaction. They followed up after the installation to make sure everything was working perfectly. We leveraged their semi-annual maintenance program so that we do not encounter issues during our hot Houston summers. The experience has been so great that in 2023 we decided to have them take over as our air conditioning company for our commercial building. I highly recommend American NRG for your residential and/or commercial needs.

We had a wine cooling system that was installed by another company that had failed. American NRG provided a full inspection of the set up and pointed out several other flaws in the room insulation and vapor barrier. Their staff was knowledgeable, honest, responsive, and provided great care to all of the existing home finishes when gutting and replacing the entire mechanical system. I will continue to utilize their services and highly recommend them.

If you’re looking for Solutions, Service and Quality, American NRG will deliver. From the moment my wife and I met Carlos, we recognized there was something special. Following his initial walkthrough and evaluation of our HVAC situation, he committed more time summarizing his observations and recommendations than we have become accustomed to from other service companies these days; he patiently and effectively answered our many questions. Ultimately, he prescribed for us a solution for our situation, not just a simple, quick & easy replacement. The American NRG installation crew was top notch; they showed up on time, completed the project and everything is working as expected. Very importantly, Carlos hasn’t disappeared and moved on; he has followed up repeatedly to check on the system and confirm our satisfaction. We were introduced to Carlos and American NRG by a respected reference who told us that he had only heard great things about them from many of his own clients to whom he recommended Carlos and his team. We now count ourselves amongst that group and offer our highest recommendation!

I have used American NRG exclusively since I moved into my house in May 2022 at the referral of a friend. I couldnt be happier with the service and honesty of this outfit. I called them at 12pm on a Friday after my upstairs AC unit went out last September, they sent a tech over at 5:30pm so my children could sleep in their bedrooms that night - what service!I needed attic ducts replaced and was on the fence about repairing old downstairs HVAC unit or replacing. Called and got quotes from several AC companies and American NRG really showed they knew my house and knew their stuff. American NRG had one of the owners come to my house and inspect along with his technicians to give a thorough evaluation about the pros/cons of repairing my old unit versus full replacement. The other companies sent mid-20s sales people to hard sell and get me to sign on the dotted line for work to begin tomorrow.Ive been so pleased with their knowledge and ability to keep my home comfortable I have opted for the 2x a year maintenance plan they offer. Im not the best about maintaining my unit on my own so its good to get AC company in the house 2x a year to be sure my unit will perform under stress of Houston climate.*****************************************************Edited with addition 10/2024I had American NRG back out last month for a very complicated job. They came out for 2 visits before the work started to assess replacing ductwork that went from 2nd story attic, through chases down to 7 first story registers (just under 50% of our first floor registers). The team was very professional and completed the job within budget and timeframe. I didnt realize how much a/c was leaking into our chases from these 50 year old ducts. The first month with the new ducts our electricity bill was $150 lower!We are setting money aside to have American NRG complete the rest of our 50-60% of registers on the first floor before next summer.

We thankfully found American NRG many years ago, and have had a consistent positive experience with their prompt, honest, reliable maintenance/repair service. When a repair is not possible they have communicated/explained why the older units could not be repaired in a logical and understandable manner. They then quote options for efficient and prompt replacement of the old units and got us back on line. I highly recommend this very professionally run business to take care of your HVAC needs.

Carlos and his team did a great job coming into my home and repairing an improper installation. Master bedroom was significantly warmer from the remainder of the house due to the poor design.
