    Nick with American Heritage came to my home promptly and remedied my heater issue efficiently and effectively, on the coldest day of the year. He literally saved the day!     We had American Heritage Air out on Saturday to take a look at our air conditioning condenser. Our technician Scott was great. He replaced a capacitor and also serviced our furnace before it gets too cold. He didn’t try to sell me more parts like so many other companies do. Their prices were lower than other companies I have used in the past. I will definitely be using them in the future when it is time to replace my ac unit.

    The only company to respond to an emergency call on a Sunday night. Nick quickly restored my AC and advised a more permanent solution. I am currently convalescent and very much appreciated his patience and kindness. The new system was installed quickly with a minimum disruption. Lisa was wonderful and Travis and crew did a great job. Perfection!

    OMG! I cannot say enough good things about this company. Our upstairs was not cooling on our first warm day of the season. It was after dinner we placed a call and they were quick to respond and punctual. Thats a big plus for me. In one hour we were up and running. Kids were very happy to have cool air for the night. The tech was very professional and knowledgeable. Give them a call. Good quality work which is hard to find these days.

    Technician went right to work and found the issue pretty quickly— he also physically some badly clogged drain lines that needed serious blowout as water had almost filled the drain pan in the attic because of the clogged drain lines. He was informative, honest and definitely knew his job. I highly recommend this AC company— they do not work on commission and are quick to get us back and running! Awesome service!

The technician worked on our unit was prompt, professional, and very kind - pricings were absolutely fair compared to what I was able to find from internet. Glad to find a place I can rely on near home. (May 2023)--------------------------------------------------Had another great experience with American Heritage in August 2023. Called them due to temp not dropping to the set temp in thermostats and they picked up the phone on Sunday like a pro. Turned out to be dirty air filters (oops) and Nick explained about aging AC units. Super reliable, not sales driven but customer driven service with a lot of valuable information about potential replacement of our units in the future (our units are about 10 years old).
