    American Air Masters was referred by my close Audio/Video contact in NRH. Steve came out and can’t express how nice it is to find these guys. They cover our units of Trane and Lennox and can do all in most reputable fashion soup to nuts per new installs, assessments, upgrades and any maintenance need.     American Air Masters installed our new AC system a few years ago and we are so pleased!! We highly recommend this company, they are honest, knowledgeable and their customer service is excellent! Curtis is the owner and was so great to work with and he truly takes care of customers! We just referred our daughter and son in law to them and Curtis himself drove to their house to repair their heating unit. They called to tell us how impressed they were. Can’t say enough good things about American Air Masters!

    Just had a heat pump installed by Jeff and Earl and we were so pleased with both of them. Great guys, professional and hard workers. Our previous heat pump still worked but needed to be replaced and we didn’t wanted to put any more money in it because it was 20 years old. Curtis made us a great offer we couldn’t refuse. We recommend American air masters because they are a local company with good reasonable prices . We also recommend them because they have outstanding employees who are a big asset to the company.

    We have been doing business with American Air Masters going on 10 years and we will keep doing business with them. Curtis and Sheryl are the most honest and professional business owners.Their staff are truly the best as well. We just had our a/c tune up done the other day and Cody (technician) was wonderful….he called me when he was on his way but I had also received a call from their front office staff letting me know he is own his way (They really keep you in the loop!). When Cody was finished he explained everything that he did and recommended when our next tune up should be scheduled.By-the-way, they were the ones that installed our whole a/c system several years ago.If you have any heating or cooling needs , call them…you will not regret it!

    Curtis and his crew are so awesome. Repair technician Greg so knowledgeable and helpful keeping old system running. Then when I decided to invest in new ac/furnace, Curtis (owner) was very knowledgeable and patiently answered every question. He listened to exactly what I wanted and his prices are the best. On install day, Jeffrey was detail oriented, knowledgeable, and always polite. They even cleaned the mess... so much nicer than last company that replaced ac. I would definitely recommend them.

    They say that good service is dead, but thats not the case with American Air Masters.Curtis (owner) made time to visit my mothers house on New Years Day because her heater stopped working and the house was very cold. On a holiday, he diagnosed the problem, sourced the necessary parts and gave us a very fair price. While the repairs were being made, he even brought my mother his own personal space heaters to help fill the gap while the repairs were being made.In short, he went above and beyond.Curtis and his team were professional, courteous, kind and highly responsive. The heater at my mothers house is now humming like new and Ive asked Curtis to come service the three systems in my home as well.Several friends recommended American Air Masters and Curtis to me when I went looking for help and Im very glad they did. The team at American Air Masters is just great. I did not feel price gouged. We were not given any hard sales pitches. They have been nothing but honest, fair, responsive and effective.I whole heartedly recommend American Air Masters, as did my friends, to anyone looking for heating or cooling expertise.

    Ive been using them for years. Always had good experiences. Today they installed a brand new system for me at a great price. Curtis, the owner, is very customer service focused and easy to talk to and knowledgeable. UPDATE 4/21/22 They just did another fantastic install today for me! They always leave my place looking better than when they showed up! UPDATE 6/2/23 STEVE came out and fixed a leak in my drain line very quickly and efficiently. I called at 8am and the repair was done at 10:15am.

    Curtis and his team went above and beyond replacing our two HVAC units! Curtis connected us with great people to get things like gas lines run to the furnace and coordinating other service providers to make the new systems work in our old challenging house. We have complete trust in Curtis and gave him the run of our house while the work was being done when we were out of town. Oh, and the systems work great at a reasonable price!

    Bought a new AC unit from them in January 2020. Excellent service. Fast forward to October 2021, Curtis came out on two different occasions within the last two weeks to mess with my AC. First call ended up being a bad zone controller that they didnt install. He double checked all the hardware and verified it was all good. Never charged for the service call. Very nice of him. Two weeks later, the hard start kit burned up. Curtis again came out the same day I called and repaired the issue right away. He again waived the service call since it was a new system and I had been having a rough time all of the sudden with the system. Great guy, great service. Thanks Again!!!

    In our first meeting, American Air Masters’ Mr. Curtis gave enough time (1 hour and 45 minutes) explaining to us about replacing my old air conditioning and heating systems with new ones. Then, made a very reasonable offer for the system. Mr. Jeffery, Steve and Jimmy did a wonderful job replacing my two Air conditioning and heating systems with two new systems. They are very outstanding experts, hard workers and punctual. I highly recommend them for HVAC jobs. Thank you, American Air Masters!

    Ive been with American Air Masters for over 13 years,and they continue to be honest and professional every time I deal with them.Before I had new equipment installed, Curtis called to explain what the installers would be doing and describe the new equipment.Jeff, Earl, and Greg installed my new heat pump, air handler, and thermostat.They were very thorough in explaining how to use the new equipment, and they cleaned up everything before leaving.

    I have used American Air Masters since 2012 when they installed my new A/C system. Always great service and value! Just had Steve out to do an annual check up. He has great customer service skills in addition to his professional expertise. We also appreciate his safe practice of wearing a mask and his adherence to social distancing. Great job!     Ive been a customer of American Air Masters since 2016. I can assure you, if you are considering a system replacement, or servicing your existing unit, this is the company you want to do business with. American Air Masters does excellent work and refreshingly they operate their business the OLD FASHIONED WAY by providing outstanding customer service both before and after the sale. I recently had some work done and Greg (my tech) was very courteous and knowledgeable on an install he performed for me. I am very particular and this is the only company I will trust and can be assured they will do it right the first time.

    My system was old, the life expectancy of the A/C unit had ended and died. I used American Air-masters to install a new AC/Furnace in my rental home. The labor warranty agreement had expired just a couple days after purchased. Curtis did not charge me a penny to have it replace. They handle it very professional, reasonable price, well educated, and extremely honest. I have been using their service ever since and no thought of anyone further. I highly recommend them, they are the best!

    Steve, Larry and Jimmy installed 1of 2 HVAC units at my home. They were professional, knowledgeable, showed up when they said they would, completed the job and cleaned up. They also explained to me exactly how it worked and what I needed to do to maintain it for maximum efficiency. I got several bids on this job from different A/C companies and am very happy that I chose this company to complete the work. The 2nd of the two units will be installed tomorrow and I expect the work will go as smoothly as today.

    Our AC for the master bedroom stopped cooling on one of the hottest days this summer. Curtis was able to come out to diagnose the problem very quickly. After he explained the problem we decided the best plan was to replace the entire unit as it was almost 10 years old. I wish I could post pictures on here to show how clean and professional the install was. Every piece of equipment was meticulously installed by a very professional crew. They even put a cutoff switch in the new drip pan to turn the unit off if the drain gets clogged. Curtis personnaly called the next day to make sure everything was ok. They also took the time to register my warranty. Every detail was taken care of. The entire experience was great from start to finish. The AC industry is full of companies who are not always honest or fair. Its refreshing to have found one that is.

    Found them via a print ad and was pleasantly surprised with how competitive their HVAC installation was. We bought a Lennox 4-ton from them in 2017 and replaced our entire system (blower, furnace, coils, outdoor unit). The new unit cools better and uses less electricity. Ask for Curtis at American Air Masters.

    Big thanks to the entire team at American Air Masters. My husband and I contracted last November for a two system HVAC replacement with a January install. Half of this set of systems are in the house and inside small closets. The quote respected the size of the closets, and the size of our wallets. The installs made the house look better, and with the additional ask, the team went up into the attic and discovered prior work had knocked the duct work loose in a number of places. This was repaired and replaced for a nominal additional charge. A really nice small business team of people that work for their customers satisfaction.

    We recently used American Air Masters for installation of a second system (for the second floor), repair of the existing furnace (now serving only the first floor), new ductwork for the second floor, and rework of most of the first floor ductwork. They recommended an outside the box solution to our issues and substantially underbid another company with a less desirable solution to our situation.I previously used them for HVAC maintenance and replacement at another home as have other family members of mine. Weve been extremely happy with the results of their work and will call them again for maintenance and any other replacement work.Curtis Dorsey, the owner, often shows up himself for new work or substantial repairs. Curtis has also been able to talk me through basic repair work to our older existing furnace on the phone when needed, avoiding the need for a service call.I highly recommend working with American Air Masters.

    I called American Air Masters because I wanted a top of the line reliable HVAC replacement for both my top and bottom units. I had four other quotes already with the cheapest so ridiculous I felt something wrong to the most expensive which was the “Cadillac” of the HVAC world. With hours of research I settled for the American Standard brand which is made by and the same parts as the Cadillac which uses the Trane Brand. His quote was dead in the middle of them all and I gave him the job. The owner showed up and examined the job and quoted me everything I needed. The installation went off perfect. I have my 1st monthly bill and saved $83 compared to last year. If you want a reliable system installed correctly give them a call
