Gave Kevin a call in the morning and he was able to come to my house that same day. When he got there and I told him what was going on he pretty much knew what was going on before even touching my unit. After running the unit and him hearing how it sounded he knew exactly what it was. Kevin had a piece already on his truck and was able to change it right there. Took him maybe 10 minutes to complete the job. His price was very fair and not expensive at all, especially for coming out as quick as he did. I would highly recommend always cool air and heat!!

I had these guys out to do maintenance on my unit because it went out in the heat of the summer. The head man came out and work on it that night and got me up and running. I had to call a HVAC company late on a Friday evening because the air was not working and I had my 91 year old Daddy recovering from hip surgery here. They were the only ones who responded and told me what the problem was. It was electrical not HVAC. So a couple of weeks later when the ceiling started coming down above the unit in the attic the insurance company told me to get a HVAC company out to see what caused it. I called them again and they came out that day. They found and corrected the problem. I felt bad that they were up in the very hot attic for awhile but they said they were there to do a job! They were both so polite, thoughtful and professional. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

I text Mr. Kevin bright and early one morning asking him lots and lots of questions. Not one time did he didn’t respond. We decided to use him once again. Let’s just say we’re so glad we did. The air is not only working properly but it’s blowing COLDER than it’s ever had. They even changed my thermostat out as well.My daughter always had to use a ac in her room bc by the time air gets to her side it’s still hot. I don’t know what he’s done but so far her room is cool too. He’s AWESOME!!Anytime our unit needs looking at we will most definitely call him. He is THE MAN!!
