Highly recommended. Excellent work done by Kevin R. at Alliance Heating and Cooling! He is courteous. He quickly identified the problems and replaced an old plastic capacitor and switch. My old a/c unit is ancient. But, it works very well 99% of the time. Kevin has been very helpful explaining the issues, potential issues and giving me insight into the health of my two units.

Excellent service and fair pricing,Kevin was very helpful in guiding me in the selection of a soft start for my unit. He did a very clean installation which also protected the device from the elements. I also also appreciated that he did not try to upsell parts or services like some other companies do. With the soft start, my portable generator can power my entire home including HVAC when the next power outage hits.

I recently bought my first house 3 years ago. I did the proper home inspections prior to purchasing the home. However, what was originally not noticed was how terrible the A/C and Heat ventilations were in certain area of the home. All the bedrooms and bathroom were fine. In the living room and kitchen were absolutely unbearable during the summer and winter. I would set the A/C around 65 degrees in the summer. However, the thermostat and the area would show and feel 90 degrees. During the winter, I would set it around 75-80 and it would feel like 50 degrees. After getting a lot of different quotes and opinions from a lot of companies, I felt that they were price gouging me too much. I, then was referred about Alliance Heating and Cooling. Kevin explained that the vents and tubes were too small and that it was bent where the air could not flow through freely. Which made a lot of sense where I didn’t feel any air coming out of the vents. I felt that Kevin was extremely knowledgeable, confident, and honest. We scheduled the perfect day and time to do the whole revamp! He finished everything within a whole day and I have never felt so much comfort and relief in my living room! Air is finally flowing through my living room and kitchen, and I passed out on my couch because it was super comfortable at last! I would give Kevin a 10 out of 5 stars!

Mr. Kevin was so professional. He explained to me the technical details in simple way and took his time to clean and replace the damaged part of my AC. I had this issue with my AC when it is On, I feel and see a vibration in my bedroom s door and the wall upstairs. Problem was solved, when the damage was diagnosed and fixed perfectly. Mr. Kevin labor fees are fair. He knows what he is doing with excellent experience and skill. I recommend him for any issue you may have with your AC. He will be in prompt response and do the job in no late.

Kevin is a AC repair guy that I actually met after having my AC previously done by another company. He was servicing my neighbors AC and I thought I’d have a conversation with him about AC units. He took the time out to share with me a wealth of information. I thanked him for taking the time out to share his knowledge with me as well as explain to him once again the repeated problem I had been having and let him know that if the problem showed up again I would reach back out to him. A few weeks later the problem did come back I called Kevin we briefly discussed my issues with my A/C and he quoted me a price an assured me that it wouldn’t go beyond that. He came out to my house the same day did a full diagnostic actually found the root cause of my problem and at that point I decided to go ahead and have him do the repairs although my problem was greater than the original quote he gave me. He still stuck to his original pricing. His mannerism and his service was among the best that I had received from the two prior companies that had came out we talked about a long-term strategy and I agreed with his assessment and thanked him for his quick response and getting my AC back up and running I will definitely write him a 10 out of 10

I have used this company many times and it is always a superb job. The right technology to book and confirm the appt, the right technology to pay for the visit and check whats going wrong in a quick and efficient way. Living in Houston and specially this summer, happy to say that it is still true and might even getting better. If I could give 6 stars I would gladly do that. :)
