ATS honored the contract we signed, helped us move out and again back in. We did a whole house remodel. ATS had personnel on the job site every work day until the job was completed. Great response time. They keep in touch and perform all work with pride and accuracy. We have been using this team for more than a year and wouldn’t consider using anyone else. AC/heat, water heater install. When they say they will be there at a certain day and time, you can count on them to be there on time.

I’ve been using ATS for several years both personally and for a large medical practice with multiple sites. Mike and Martin consistently provide excellent service. They always respond as soon as possible and keep us going whether it’s AC or heater. I highly recommend them for both commercial or home HVAC needs!

The first problem I had was a leaking Condenser Coil on my Goodman 5 Ton AC unit which was still under Warranty. A replacement Condenser Coil had a 6-8 week delivery. ATS worked with Goodman to reduce the time to 4 weeks and picked up the coil from Goodman to install. ATS brought their Crew out to do the change out which was an all day affair. The lead Technician Mike did a great job supervising and got my AC working that day,2 months later my Compressor still under warranty locked up and had to be replaced. Again ACS worked with Goodman to get a factory ordered compressor. Delivery was 2 weeks. ACS picked up, installed per manufacturers specification. Again Technician Mike did a great job to get the AC up and cooling again. ATS gave me a one year free labor warranty.ATS is professional, honest, trustworthy and I would recommend them any time.

My ac went out in the hot summer heat and since we added a room decided to also upgrade to a bigger unit. We were referred to ATS by a friend but still got several quotes from other companies but ATS stood out to us. They made us feel so comfortable using them and didnt mind my 100 questions. They quoted and installed so quick that we didnt even have to be without cool air too Long. They cleaned after themselves, and did a walk through ever room making sure the air flow to each room was what we wanted before they left. And the ac unit is so cool! We are very happy with them. I definitely recommend them and they will always get my business when needed.

I contacted ATS on a recommendation from Facebook. I inherited my childhood home and it needed a lot of repairs. Martin gave me a great price/deal and started immediately. My son who lives there had brand new twin babies and it was hot hot outside and the 30 year old AC just wasn’t keeping up. The crew installed a new AC/heater and all new ducts throughout. They worked quickly and cleanly to ensure the babies and new mama were kept comfortable!! You don’t find that kind of service every day. Thanks to Martin and his team!!! My upstairs unit was out. Had a couple of companies come give me quotes. Not only did ATS get my business because of their knowledge and experience . But they took the time to answer all my questions and put my mind at ease. They are a very professional company. All the guys that came to replace my A/C were very respectful and well mannered. Martin and Mike put in new everything, ducs, condenser and attic unit. They did it in less that a day and they did a great job. No mess, lined the floors with paper and cleaned up afterwards.Since it was winter and just now starting to use the A/C, and needed some adjusting. No problem, they where there the next day and corrected all issues. Definitely will be using these guys again.

I was given their info for a second opinion and thank GOD i did. Dave came out and FIXED my system. He didn’t just try to sell me on things. He was on his stomach on the floor fixing my system so quickly. Other companies tried to sell me anything I’d buy but Dave came in and looked at my system and knew where they break from usually and sure enough it was. Thank you Dave my kids and i would have had a miserable summer without you.

If I could give these guys 10 STARS I would! They were fast, efficient and affordable. I called at 5pm on a hot August afternoon and in less than 2 hours they were at my front door! Definitely will recommend them whenever I can!
