    After unfortunately having a horrible experience and being scammed by another “business” that would not return calls when the unit stopped working again a week later, I called All Service. Kathy, who scheduled our appointment was very pleasant and helpful! Andy Vestal, our technician, was great! He communicated clearly about when he would arrive and kept me updated. He allowed me to walk with him and watch every single thing he did. He showed me the issues from the previous repair and also things they should have taken care of. He gave me all kinds of information to help me realize we were previously over charged and he gave me some steps to take to possibly deal with that and also to report the other business. He was very friendly and super knowledgeable. He answered any question I had and was never pushy. He informed me of some future things he recommended we do but I felt zero pressure to do anything. We are very happy with the service we received and will definitely continue to do business!

    Brian and Colin came out to do service to restore my heat pump and add heat strips in for when the temperature drops below freezing. Both were extremely professional and attentive to the issues. I will absolutely use All Service again if I have another issue

    I was worried when I first reached out because I needed service and my regular companys fees had risen considerably. I was immediately at ease when I spoke with (I think) Cathy. She explained what the twice-a-year check up would cost (and I have 4 units in the house!), and they saved me about 2/3. Tim Parrish was the tech, called me when he was on his way, arrived exactly when he said he thought he would. Friendly, professional, communicated well. Explained the current condition of each unit, gave me a heads up on the only one that hasnt been replaced in the past year, and what to expect in terms of cost. Reassured me that although I might smell a little burning when I turn on the heat, there was not enough dust to cause a fire, and I would be safe. I am THRILLED!!

    I went through so many HVAC companies before landing with All Service Heating & Air. My first experiance was with Josh the owner who surveyed and quoted two new units in 22 when their was a shortage. He explained the install, what I needed and what I didnt. He also explained the shortage and gave a great price on new units that were more than I needed but available. It was a great process and the price was fantastic. His install crew was also top notch and let me hover over them during the whole process (I like to ask questions :)). Everything went super smooth! I even had my dad use them for his install a few months later. He is super happy also.Ive been using them since to do my annual checkups, which I never had done before and considered it a waste of time/money. But they do a great job of maintaining the units and making sure its all as it should be. Ive also had a lot of dealings with Kristy who is Joshs wife. Shes also awesome and always quick to deal with any questions. I cant remember everyone Ive dealt with but the other shout outs go to Collin, Tim and another woman in the office who was extremely helpful tracking down a payment issue (sorry I cant remember your name!).If you need work done give they guys a call. You wont be dissipointed!

    Man what a relief to find this company. Called at 8am and they got me in first thing withOUT an additional fee. Andy came out and has both my systems running by 1030! I also want to say Cathy at the office if the reason I chose them as she explained everything clearly. You can tell this company isn’t some corporate Goliath and actually cares about their customers. Family owned, local company as well. Highly recommend

    I spent considerable time researching different options and communicated with multiple HVAC companies/contractors before talking with Andy at All Service Heating & Air. He had some excellent insight and suggested a system that would solve some problems associated with an older house. The install team worked quickly and did an amazing job within just a couple of days after the quote.     I have a very satisfying experience with All Service Heatinf and Air. I compared the price between 4 different companies and this company offered me the most reasonable price with a best financing option. They installed AC perfectly with very good manner and on time. It has been running very good. They also installed a new thermostat. Chris was very thoughtful to even put a frame around it so I don’t need to paint the area from the old thermostat! Chris came to do quality check after the installation. They also offer 2 years warranty (maintenance) on new AC unit. I am very satisfied with their service and will return for the other unit in the future!

    Unit stopped working late this afternoon called All Service Heating and Air late. Brian is the tech on call and came by. Looking at the codes he knew right away what to check out. Unit was fine no damage to system from possible power surge so he cleared codes checked system over and finished up within 30 minutes. Very pleased with them. This is my second time having them out and will continue relying on their service expertise.

    Misael SALTO, Jr. came out yesterday to install and calibrate our last two Generation 4 thermostats. He even programmed our iPhone apps. He noticeably , was on time, courteous, again once again was well trained in getting the job done right the first time around! Extremely trustworthy and transparent individual. Can’t give Misael enough credit for a job well done.As well , Andy Vestal stayed in touch even while he was in Orlando, Florida for factory training.     Andy saved the day!! We returned from a week long vacation to find 1/2 of our house was 85 degrees! Our neighbor had recommended All Service so at 8pm on a Sunday we called for an appt. They offered urgent or next day service, Our appt was for 10-12 am on Monday and Andy arrived just after 10. He was friendly, professional, informative and patient as we considered the options: repair an old unit, replace it, or replace both home units. After hearing the benefits we decided to replace both and it was a considerable cost savings. By 1pm we had signed paperwork. He said he would return at 8pm to bring a small window AC unit to help cool until our new units would be installed on Thursday. He cheerfully arrived at 700 with AC. Our install was set for noon-5, but they called on Wednesday to begin at 7am. The demo crew was efficient, friendly, respectfully laying coverings in all walkways throughout our home, Octavia and crew began the install and completed the work by 200. They were professional, efficient and friendly. At 300 Chris came to make sure Quality Control markers were met to our satisfaction. He was attentive to adjusting a vent and air flow in a couple of dampers in ducts. He installed and demonstrated thermostats. At 400 our house was cooling! Its like living in a 5-star hotel. Very quiet and so comfortably cooled, It appears to be very efficient at balancing cool with lowering humidity. We love it!! They consistently arrived earlier in the time slots allowed and delivered more than expected.Thank you All Service Crew!!

    Just amazing customer service and professionalism from Chris R. Came in to fix my AC in an emergency with my elderly parents coming later that night. He had the problem diagnosed and fixed within 30 minutes. They saved us THOUSANDS of dollars on repairs that werent needed.Out A/C had been out for 2 weeks while we went back and forth with our home warranty company and the HVAC company they sent who, BTW, wanted to upcharge for work not needed.We reached out to All Service Heating & Air because they were local and family owned. It was the best thing we ever did. They had a technician come over the next day.     This is the first time Ive had All Service Heating & Air doing work at my house. Colby set up my appointment for much sooner than I expected and then followed up with a text introducing Tim Parish as the tech (with photo) who would perform the service. Tim called when he was fifteen minutes out to say he was on his way. He was not only on time, he was early. In this current Texas heat it was remarkable they could get to me so quickly. Tim was professional, very knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. He diagnosed the problem and explained what needed to be done in a clear and concise manner. Very happy to say he fixed the problem and the system is working great again. He also made suggestions for what I might consider in the future to keep the system working longer and more efficiently. I was so happy with this experience I signed up for their regular preventive HVAC maintenance program. I always prefer working with a local company and All Service Heating & Air is a great company to work with.

    It was an August weekend in our area in Plano, TX when all on a sudden we were getting cooked in our house with no air and the house inside temp quickly climbed to 97F. Our Trane system is only 5 years old and the Contractor who installed it simply abandoned us despite repeated request for help even when this system is still well under its warranty. We called another Trane recommended Service in this area and their Tech came but could not address the problem - only telling us that it is a very complicated setup and need parts that are 8 to 10 weeks in back order. The whole weekend passed in desperation for our family in the scorching heat. Come Monday, upon recommendation from a Teacher friend, my wife called All Service H & A for help and Service Tech Andy Vestal came to our rescue. The guy is serious yet funny at the same time. But aside from his interesting personality he is a genius and fixed the problem in no time and we started having cold air back in the house to everyones relief. A part of our sensor wire got chewed up by rodents resulting in a system lock out and Andy identified it and fixed it right away and got us back into normal life. Not only he finished the job with impressive result but he also ordered for a part needed to complete the repair and he continued to follow up with us with calls the day after and even later to make sure no further issue had occurred. In these days we hardly find people offering such great customer service and care and to that end Andy is a shining star.     Andy Vestal came to troubleshoot an issue with my AC yesterday. It was a second opinion visit to another companys service performed last week who said all things were running and looked fine. Andy discovered the issue within the first 10 minutes (maybe less, I wasnt timing him) - low refrigerant. He discussed other options to make the system run optimally, but was not pushy. He completed service with further instructions to call again if results were not seen after a few days of allowing the system to run and optimize. He was polite, professional, honest, and as an added bonus, funny. I will definitely be calling All Service Heating & Air for future HVAC needs.

    Our A/C unit was 24 years old & not working. Because we had replaced our other unit 3 years back, we had an estimate from then for the make & model that we wanted to purchase. I reached out to the company that replaced our other unit as well as another HVAC company we had dealt with in the past for a current estimate. The 1st company (claiming they were giving us a deal because we were a return customer) came in quite high. The 2nd company (knowing that we were getting another estimate) came in a bit lower & included an additional year of labor on the warranty. I had seen an add for All Service Heating & Air that showed they sold Trane units (which is what we were looking for) so I decided to get 1 more estimate. That evening I left a message at their office & was contacted the next morning. Josh, the owner, came to our home that afternoon. Josh was professional & super personable. He noticed that we needed to add an air return to allow the HVAC unit to run as efficiently as possible. Joshs estimate came in over $1,000 less than the lowest bid we had received, plus he included a 2 year service agreement. We set up an appointment to install the new system the following week. The 4-man crew worked diligently to complete the removal of old unit & new install within 4 hours. Crew leader was very courteous, team cleaned up after themselves as they worked -job was completed quickly & professionally. My boss had his upstairs unit go out a couple weeks after ours & I referred him to All Service Heating & Air. I highly recommend this company!

    In late spring, the owner Josh from All Service & Air in Plano, visited to provide a quote in replacing a failing 23 year old Trane system of: AC condenser, evaporator coil & furnace/blower unit with an all new Trane system. While in the attic, Josh correctly observed that the return air was considerably less than the supply and did a precise calculation for adding an additional return duct to balance the system. When finished, he provided his written quote. I received 3 other quotes from other authorized Trane dealers, which were all considerably higher for the exact same equipment. In fact, 1 quote from a Frisco dealers salesman, who just made stuff up, was a ridiculous excessively high price. This salesman was only looking to stuff his pockets with a huge commission with my funds. Not only was Joshs price the best, he also was the most knowledgeable and straight forward from all the other reps and without all the hype and indirect pressure from typical salespeople. After awarding the job to All Service, their installation team also did a thorough and excellent job along with obtaining the required City permit & approved inspection. Josh and All Service & Air are highly recommended for your HVAC needs.

    One of the best contractors Ive ever dealt with.Took time to give me a detailed outline of the work to be performed, explain the pricing, and there were no surprises at the end.Install crew worked very quickly, showed up when they said they would, and didnt leave a trace behind, even though they added three returns. I expected to have to clean up some sheet rock residue, and that wouldnt have bothered me, but they literally left no mess.They sent a manager out a few days after install to inspect the job, and finished up a few minor things. When the system was running louder than expected, they came out multiple times to get it right and ended up installing an additional return for the bigger unit at no extra cost.Very prompt in communicating if they were going to be running late, but that only happened once. Two times they showed up at the beginning of the window they gave (after calling in advance), and two other times they called to see if they could show up early.Great experience, highly recommended.     I cant say enough good things about this company. Let me first tell you I am an engineer so my expectations and attention to detail are probably unreasonably high. With that said, these guy did an exceptional job and exceeded all my expectations. They went well above what was in the contract and didnt leave until I was satisfied with every detail. Roland and his entire crew were prompt and courteous in every respect. They cleaned up well after they were done and left me feeling very comfortable that all was well. I recommend them highly!Here we are about 6 weeks after this initial review. I had three 20 year old systems until All Service replace the first one. As luck would have it a 2nd system started giving me trouble and wouldnt heat so I called All Service. We decided that it would be more cost effective to just replace the 2nd system. That was on Monday March 2. On Tuesday they installed another entire system. They did the whole thing in one day and, as last time, they did an excellent job. Keeping my fingers crossed that the 3rd system lasts a little longer. :)

Each person seemed to know exactly what they needed to do, as a team, and they very methodically planned out and executed the install. It took 3.5 – 4 hours total. They did such a great job, I had them to replace my other AC and furnace earlier this year.     I contacted All Service because I had just moved in to a new place and was having terrible allergies, and had a feeling our HVAC was the cause of it. I don’t have any knowledge in that area and was lost when it came to filter replacement or any of that equipment. Tim came out on a service call and and showed me my unit, taught me the different components, and showed me the overall health of the equipment. Not only that, but he also cleaned my filters for me at no cost, and even helped move some large packages into my house! The owner of the company personally came to our house and fixed the AC!     We recently used All Service Heating and Air to install new service at our house. I ask three companies (all referred by friends) to submit proposals for the same equipment ...Trane 18 Seer, Variable Speed. All Service, Josh, did a more thorough pre-inspection than the other 2. The proposal was for a 5 Ton, 3 Ton Zoned, and a 3 Ton, with air purifiers. The All Service bid was substantially less than the other two and included replacing a fair amount of duct work that had been poorly engineered previously plus cleaning all the ducts (which the others did not include). They scheduled the installation quickly, showed up on time and completed the job on time. The technicians were very courteous and professional. It was a big job done right. We are very pleased with how quiet and efficient the new units are. We would not hesitate to use All Service again and to recommend them to friends

    Finding a good contractor, let alone a great one, is extremely hard to find. All Service came in, installed a new furnace, AC Unit, repaired and rerouted my ducts and sprayed in insulation. I meet with the technician during the sales process instead of a salesman, so I knew who was going to be doing the work and he was able to explain to me what all was needed and going to be done. All Service went out of their way to insure everything was installed properly and walked me through the process after the project was complete. I was particularly impressed with the integrity All Service showed. There was an issue with the new AC Unit, no fault of All Service. Being the winter time, they could have ignored the issue and charged me for a service call come summer. Instead, they informed me of the issue, ordered the parts and fixed it once the parts came in under the original installment agreement. They are also competitively priced.

    I was referred to All Service Heating and Air by my neighbor. Called them around 11AM and had a tech out by 530PM same day because the heater wasnt blowing on our upstairs unit. Josh Heinen, our tech, came in and asked what was going on. I told him the issue and asked him for an honest assessment of both of our units since theyre roughly 16 years old. Looking at the upstairs unit first, Josh asked me who last inspected our units. I told him On Time Experts who we asked for an assessment too back in Spring and they told us we needed to replace both our units, which would cost us somewhere in the neighborhood of $30 to 40 grand. Josh found that something wasnt plugged in which was the cause of the initial issue and then found a secondary issue which leads me to believe that On Time Experts has some shady business practices and people working for them.Josh cleaned up a few little things on both units and told me that the units were fine and would last longer than I originally as long as they were maintained accordingly. As a consumer, we should be able to trust the experts we let enter our homes and never feel like were being taken advantage of. This is the type of service we got and are grateful for. When it is truly time to spend the money to replace our units, Ill gladly spend with All Service Heating and Air.
