    All Safe Electric came out to my residence in October 2024 and completed a meter and electrical box upgrade. The office manager Nicole was there every step of the process. Anytime I had questions she was quick to respond with reassurance. All Safe completed the job inside tight time constraints.     Jonathan from AllSafe electric came to my house to replace two attic fans that another company had told me could only be replaced through the roof - a costly repair!     John was a very nice young man, he didnt mind answering questions i may have had. The only problem was that he didnt make it here until after7p.m. because he said he ran into a problem at another job. My appt. was from 11 to 3p.m and i called the office ,she said he would be at my house by 4p.m nope that didnt happen so by 5or 5:30 not here still, i called the office it was closed so i didnt know where he was. I called First American about 7p.m than John called and said he was on his way, i told him i normally dont want no one in my house this late after hours because that dangerous fir me as a women, but i let him come on only because my daughter was here with me. Over all John was great, but was so so late. Thanks John for your help on fixing my doorbell.

    The service tech didn’t perform a service so I can’t really rate that. They work for AHS MY warranty company. Of course the warranty company wouldn’t cover my issue but that’s not All Safe Electrics fault. Nicole was very helpful in helping me understand what was wrong and why they had nothing to do with AHS decision to not cover it. So since they didn’t service me I can’t Really rate that. Customer service person was nice and tech was an hr late for service call without letting me know. So I’ll leave a 4 star for that. That’s all I can rate.
