What a great company to have worked with on my drain issues. Aron B was so compassionate in understanding what type of drainage issue I was having. Found out not a drainage issue in my sink but keep looking and using the equipment he had to confirm a busted pipe in slab. Made all the arrangements to have a crew come out to repair, scheduled for next morning. Aron cleaned the cabinet where water came out and everything around the sink. I was extremely impressed with the service Aron provided. The company also is fantastic. Made all arrangements. Followed up with satisfaction and scheduling for the additional work to be completed. Douglas came out on a Sunday and within a few minutes knew that it wasnt a huge problem with the flow under the house. He was able to get the water flowing in the shower. Due to a remodel before purchasing the house it just wasnt a small clog but grout and material that was washed down instead of cleaned out. He gave us solid advise and a recommendation to do a hydrojet for a more permanent clean out later. Got to use a coupon in the Value Pak to help with the cost. Excellent, fast and courteous service.

Dan J., and his trainee, are literally lifesavers! I live in Houston and my elderly mom lives in Arlington. My moms AC had gone out and she called All Masters to come check it. When Dan arrived, my mom initially didnt answer the door. Dan took the extra steps to call her directly to see if anyone was home and when she opened the door she told Dan she wasnt feeling very well. She then fainting right on the spot. Dan immediately called 9-1-1 for help and my mom was taken to Arlington Memorial ER by ambulance, where she was treated for heat exhaustion and dehydration. Dan kept me posted on her status the whole time. He submitted an emergency repair order and got new AC installed the very next morning. After mom was back home, Josh took the time and extra steps to visit her to check the AC unit and thermostat and program all of the settings for her. Dan J., his trainee, and Josh all went above and beyond to ensure my mom was taken care of and safe. I am truly grateful for them!! I highly recommend All Masters for their exceptional level of service and customer care!

He was able to unclog the drain, which was followed up by another plumber co-worker Lindsay using a cable camera to ensure there were no other problems with the drain pipe itself. Will call this company again for future plumbing needs.

Amazing service!!! Thank you Junior !!!!!!!!! Atmos shut our gas off right before 4pm on Fri afternoon on a holiday weekend. They said there was a leak somewhere and wouldnt turn it back on until a plumber fixed it. Junior came out within 2 hours and fixed the leak. Ill definitely be a return customer. Thanks again!!!
