    Daves been doing our HVAC since our builder-installed outdoor unit collapsed during a hot summer 🥵 he was able to do an emergency AC visit on super short notice and provided us with a window unit to keep the house livable during the (short) wait for the replacement setup. Since, Dave has done several tuneups and some great upgrades to our HVAC system. Hes always punctual, professional, and takes the time to explain options and discuss any problems in detail.

    Dave was great! Our AC stopped blowing cold in the middle of this Texas 100 degree heat, he answered my call on a Saturday morning and was able to come out just a few hours later.     David drove a pretty good distance to get to our ranch and helped me with a complicated installation of two minisplits. I worked alongside him throughout the day, and over the course of 10 hours you get to know a guy pretty well. Hes a hard worker, as honest as the day is long, very strong in his faith, and a man of integrity. And with 25+ years of HVAC experience, hes very qualified.     Contacted AATC&H to start the year off with a general HVAC tune-up service. David was able to schedule us in quickly amidst an otherwise hectic time in the world.He was timely & professional, and was able to give us a good run down of how our system was running, down to the detail of determining that our inducer was starting to run high out of voltage range and was likely on its way out. He took the initiative to help check on the furnace warranty and schedule to get the part replaced as labor only.David also made some solid recommendations for updates to our HVAC system to include a UV system and an Air Purifying system. What David *didnt* know at the time is that when COVID hit, I had already been researching these devices but at the time, but couldnt get my hands on any due to demand and supply-chain issues. This also meant that I had a decent idea of about how much these devices were to buy and have installed.Why is this relevant? I spent hours in 2020 researching various products and brands to arrive at my top picks and features, and Davids recommendations here in 2022 were not only on my list of trusted brands, but his quote to install each with labor were more than fair.So I approved the quote for the additional features, which came with bundle discounts that were nice, and a few days later he was back at the house to perform the Warranty replacement for the inducer, and install the air purifier & UV systems complete with separate transformer for powering the accessories.Very courteous and friendly all around, with fair pricing, timely and professional installation. I would recommend and will continue to work with AATC&H in the future.

    Last summer, we went with Rosnovak to replace the system in our home. We were happy with the result.We called them back two months ago to install systems in our inventory buildings. They blew us off, never responding after a half dozen calls over TWO MONTHS. I told them to forget it.After a search for more than a dozen other companies, only three called back. Two wanted us to email them with information, neither of which responded. Ultimately, three came by with estimates. One was exorbitant... almost twice what we did pay.The guy who ultimately got the work gave us a good deal. Part of it was installing a mini-split we already owned in one building and supplying and installing a second system in the other building.I cannot recommend him enough. That would be Dave Sabo with All About Texas Cooling and Heating.

    David came out in very short notice on a Saturday. After the AC went out he still came out and got us taken care of. He identified the issue quickly and got us taken care of. He was incredibly thorough and made sure everything was setup and no stone was left unturned.The fact was, its 98 degrees here in Texas and we couldnt go a day without AC. I called four different places on a Saturday, the first three were highly reviewed, and one of them I used before. David was the only person to answer directly. Everyone else went to an after hours answering service and only one other actually called back.Customer Service is really important to me, and when you are stuck in the middle of Texas heat with a little one in the house, a business offering 24/7 service should provide just that. They definitely do. I cant thank David enough for helping us out and being there to answer the call. All about Texas cooling and Heating has my business for everything HVAC related in the future.

    Our power went out on a Friday and we didnt notice the AC wasnt blowing air until late into the night. On Saturday we called some places and all about Texas said they were able to see us in the afternoon at 2pm. They came right on time and worked on our AC. It was also during a heat warning so it was much appreciated! They also didnt mind or multiple dogs. They gave great advice on how to maintain the system and seemed very knowledgeable.

    I dont usually leave reviews but All About Texas Heating and Cooling is top notch. David has been to my house twice now, once for upstairs and once for downstairs. Hes courteous, professional, honest and his 3 decades of experience are obvious when he starts explaining whats wrong, what causes it and ways to help prevent the same and other issues. First time out he took the time to show me the wear and voltage meter on the old parts compared to the new parts for what needed to be replaced and that solidified my trust in his company. Ill never call another company for heating/cooling and the rest of my family knows who to call now. Highly recommended!

    We had our AC out all day and I contacted 6 different companies trying to get someone to come out as I have an elder living with me and it’s over 100 degrees outside. Every company I contacted told me it would be a week before they came out or there was no answer at all. David was the only person to answer my call and come out the same day! He worked us into his schedule at the last minute and came out at 10 pm just to help us get our AC working! We are so appreciative! Thank you!!!
