All I can say is awesome...I had tried for almost a month to get other companies to come out and repair my upstairs unit. Two told me they would come out...never showed. The last one after three promises to appear with no luck I decided to try All About Air.They answered the phone on first attempt (no message we will call you back) at ~11:00. They had a tech on site within two hours. My unit was back operational by 3:00.Jimmy was a great tech, showed me pictures of the problem, didnt tell me the whole system needed to be replaced (Ive had that happen before with another group) and had it fixed quickly for a very reasonable cost. He also had some good recommendations.They also offer service plans, which he didnt try to hard sell but offered - as my units are 10 years old, its probably a good idea.I would highly recommend All About Air.

I called about a well check on the AC Unit and they were able to get me in on the schedule within the same week! Jake, was the service tech that came out to check and was very respectful and thorough in his explanations on how to keep maintenance and cleanliness of the unit in top tier! We have 6 dogs, so keeping this unit clean has definitely been a hassle, but he was super understanding and clear. He was also the same tech that came out to install over a year ago! When he advised me on getting different filters and where to go , I went after he left and they were out of the filters I needed. I called the office and I think (Kathy) was able to get ahold of Jake and he was able to help guide me better direction on ordering on Amazon and sent pics of the exact ones I was needing. All About Air saved the day again! Our AC went out Sunday night. We called Monday morning and had a tech out thst day. Sadly, it looked like we needed a completely new unit. (Ours was installed in 2009 and needing more and more repairs) They ordered us a new unit, and were out Wednesday morning to install it. The three young men that came to the house were extremely quick, polite, efficient, courteous, and kept us informed during the entire process. They even relocated the outside unit to move it away from the door. Once finished, they cleaned up everything . The staff in the office were also a pleasure to work with! My only complaint? I cant give more than 5 stars on the review! 100% recommend All About Air!

We have used All About Air several times now. Last year they installed a very difficult hood vent and did a great job. This summer we decided to purchase their maintenance package. Marshall came out and did an excellent job checking and cleaning everything. We are very please with all of the service we have received from All About Air and plan to use them for all future maintenance and repairs.Jake came back for our check up recently. He was courteous and did a great job.

My experience with All About Air was great. Chris showed up on time and had the problem resolved by the time I got there. He was knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Not only did he restore my AC but, he looked up my unit to tell me the age of the unit and when the parts warranty would expire. I only paid for labor which I found to be very reasonable and All About Air would submit the claim for the warrantied part that was replaced. He found a leak in a line that had been welded when they replaced the coil about a year ago. I have been a customer of AAA since 2021. I have only had maintenance done. On my last appointment my compressor fan was replaced. That night the replaced fan shorted out and burned out its internals. I called AAA in the morning and they set up an appointment as soon as I was available. Low and behold the owner of the company showed up for the appointment. Said as soon as he heard from his general manager, he personally wanted to go on this call and see what happened. He was very courteous and honest about everything. It seemed water had gotten into the motor and shorted it out. He replaced it with another one at no additional charge and stayed to ensure that it worked properly.I was very thankful that they made the repair a priority and very impressed the owner took it personally. Im happy to continue doing business with them.

I love this team! They go above and beyond. We bought our house in 2020 and had to get a new AC unit (the previous owners bought a unit way too small, so our house wouldnt get below 80 degrees). The company we used to get our larger AC ended up cutting off the air supply to half of our house. When I got that same company to come out to fix it, they came out and assessed it for free but told me it would be better to wait to fix it because it would just cost more money. So we decided not to use that company again. Jimmy from All About Air came out on a Saturday and gave us so much more feedback than the previous company. Not only did he find how the air flow stopped, but he also found other issues as well, one of which that our dryer vent was connected to our attic. Either the other company missed that or didnt think it was their problem to fix. Either way, Jimmy was very informative and proved to have expertise in this area of work. He along with Gage, Jason and Xander came out to fix the air flow and the dryer vent in a very timely manner. I stayed in one of the guest rooms that night and was actually cold! Ill be staying in there a few more nights to make sure it stays that way, but Im so happy for the improvement! Jimmy also insured me that if it still isnt working, then to contact them and theyll come back out to reassess. The whole team gave me so much feedback on my house, among other things other than AC needs. I highly recommend them.

Our window unit wasn’t working and even though they don’t usually work on window units he was kind enough to come on his day off and diagnose the problem. Thankfully it was a easy fix just to replace the plug but if it hadn’t been for Brian we would’ve gone out to buy a new unit. He saved us a bunch of money! They worked hard, they are very professional and are very tidy, when they were finished with the job yesterday afternoon, I could not tell that any type of work had been done at my house! They cleaned up after themselves and left no trash or debris behind. They had to run conduit and cable through the sheetrock and down wall through the floor on a peer and beam house. They also fastened the conduit up off the ground so it was secure under the house and not lying on the ground. In my opinion from the moment I called them till completion Of the job they were very very professional.

Turns out, the disconnect box in the attic was basically fried. Chris was able to diagnose, fix, and ensure that our system was working great. I am continually impressed with this company. Yesterday Marshall came out to do the pro package maintenance in our AC unit. Not only was he meticulous, highly professional and competent in his work ,he , just like this company’s other staff, was extremely nice and pleasure to have in our home. He spent 5 hours bringing our Texas dust and dog hair ridden system up to scratch. Overnight our system became more efficient at cooling our home and the air quality inside improved. It was amazing and such a bargain for the price considering what improvements it made and how much work he had to put into it to do it. On the day our service was scheduled, Marshall called and told me he could be at our house in 40 minutes and asked if that would be okay. I said yes. Our doorbell rang 40 minutes later, and there stood Marshall! Very polite, very proficient and knowledgeable, very informative about what he was going to do and about how long it would take him to complete the job. He worked outside at the unit, inside at the thermostat and up in the attic. He finished the tasks and gave us a thorough and understandable explanation of what he had done and why, asked if we had any questions and left us with a printed report of the service call and the results. Although our system was not salvageable, they ordered a new system and spoke with our homeowners insurance multiple times to assist us. Michael was a key, knowledgeable AC pro that diagnosed other problematic aspects for us to be aware of as well. He was on time and did a diagnostic check on my unit, one that has been giving problems for several years. He then advised me including a great explanation with plenty of photos. I needed someone fast to get my ac running before we had company arrive that same day. These guys answered and got me scheduled immediately. Seems like you can’t even get a real person on the phone these days or a call back so this first step was huge for me! Jimmy, the technician, called me on schedule and was at my home and had the capacitor replaced in no time at all! Another big win! I can imagine it wouldn’t be too hard to take advantage of a willing and desperate customer like me but Jimmy diagnosed and corrected the problem, and I spent more at HEB that night getting groceries for one meal than my bill was with these guys. Both units finally died in the same week in September.I called All About Air and they knew my house (3 units). They went out to the house and provided me with a video of my units and attic equipment/vents with commentary. Then, they sent me three options to consider for repairing or replacing the two old units. They listened to my situation and provided solid advice for me to make the right decision for my family.When 3 days of getting the quotes, my two new units were installed and running. I highly recommended them.November 2018: My A/C went out at 7 pm on a Friday evening just before the Thanksgiving holidays. All About Air saved our weekend! Got to lake on Friday night and air conditioner clogged and leaked water all in our unit and downstairs. Got up Saturday morning and started calling. All About Air was the only live person to answer the phone Saturday morning. They told us Marshall would be to us by 1pm! Marshall was early, professional, and explained the other issues the older unit was experiencing to make us aware of potential problems. They will be our new a/c service provider!

Service was schedule for next day, they did a complete check up and located two preventative measures I needed to take that I expect lots of companies would have missed all together.
